Points: 15Noticing the familiar dancing around her feet, Missy giggled and placed a thing slice of cake on the floor for it. The jackalope enthusiastically buried its nose in the dessert, eating so vigorously it barely surfaced to breathe. Shaking her head with a chuckle, she looked up and noticed a chimera leaning on a pillar nearby. Well, at least they seemed age-appropriate for her to approach, and honestly it was time people started to dig into her creation. Cutting another generous slice of the bottom cake, she walked over to them with a smile. "Could I interest you in something sweet?" She asked, her voice somewhat melodic after the calming tea she had drunk. "It's fairy floss flavoured! But uh... don't ask about the sugar content," she suggested with a wink. She was serious though - too much of that cake would probably put you in a sucrose coma.

The rainbow colors of the second one was just as sparkly and clear as pink and blue one. It was closer to the dance floor, but that was alright. After swiping the stone off the ground, she overbalanced and ended up knocking into someone. "Oh! I'm so sorry," she immediately apologized. Quick to get herself up and off the poor naga, she held out a hand to help the other up. Not entirely sure whether they would need the help or not, she flashed a smile anyway. “My bad.” 4/21: 10pts 4/22: 12pts

To his surprise, Aiden found that this particular table was giving out familiars. Giving them out if you could win them that is. Most of the time he wouldn't bother, but one of the flitterrats in particular piqued his interest. So he paid the small fee and got ready to knock down a pyramid of cups. A moment of focus, and ignoring the ghost murmuring next to him, he tossed the ball and managed to knock them all down. His grin brightened as he picked out the flitterrat he wanted and he held the small thing up for inspection.
"Hm, bright eyes, sleek fur, nicely rounded belly. Perfect," he decreed. "You will fit in perfectly with the rest of my pets and are small enough to carry around without hassle." To say he was pleased about this would be an understatement.
There were two kinds of the seasonal candy. The robin's egg blue, which was chocolatey with a thin wafer inside, and the floral pink, which was more like a hard candy. Agave drummed their claws against the table, debating which kind they wanted to get. Sure their roommate might enjoy the blue one, but that pink candy looked so good. In the end, they snitched up one of the small bags of pink candy for themselves and decided they could get their roommate something in a little bit. After all, it wasn’t like the festival was ending right this minute. Oh, and now that they’d noticed it, they couldn’t dance very well with a bunch of trinkets in hand either, now could they?

 Nashira wasn't really... sure what she was doing at this dance. She didn't see any of her friends, but... really, why had she come? She was standing by a wall for the majority of the dance so far, watching everyone interact. At least it was nice, seeing how people interacted in this sort of situation. She wasn't so bold as to presume someone would want to talk to her, though. As she stood there, someone seemed to think she needed something to cheer her up. Maybe they thought her date stood her up? Well, that's how she found herself with a rather cute plush. She smiled faintly at it before watching others dance once more. Her long ears caught the a sound that wasn't chatter, but musical, but it wasn't coming from the stage or the speakers. She looked around for the source, and laid eyes on an imp playing a guitar. ...And he was good. She watched him for a moment before taking a few hesitating steps towards him. She clutched the plush nervously to her chest. Why was she approaching this stranger? She didn't know. But, one didn't make new friends by simply standing around, did they? She had made friends with Bebe, Samhain, and Calixtus by making the first move, so... she was hoping things would go a little better now then they had that weekend. She did stop a few feet away, not sure what to say, but listened to him playing. She liked the song, and it sounded so much better from his guitar then it did from the speakers. Without thinking, she began shifting her feet, and before she realized it she was dancing, slowly, almost like a ballerina. Toes pointed, movements slow and graceful.

The vespercat meowed plaintively in reply to his murmur, and rubbed itself against him more in reply. Chuckling, Ares turned his attention back towards the dance floor. Quite a few new daydreams had joined the throng of dancers, but the one that caught his eye was a giest. Her outfit was fairly revealing, but he found himself more interested in her dance style. It didn't quite fit with the music throbbing from the speakers, but it was a good match for his playing.
His grin brightened by several watts and he leaned back against the table behind him. Watching the dark skinned nightmare dance for the next few minutes made him itch to dance with her. He wanted to pull her into a faster paced song, one that made you dance wildly and without regards to who was watching. Ares smiled at several others who glanced at his guitar, or at him, but most of his focus was on the one.
As the song drew to a close and his fingers stilled, he prepared to put his guitar away so he could speak to the mystery nightmare. After all, he didn't want to hit someone with it when he went over to her. He set it next to the vespercat in sight of the dance floor. The final notes to the song lingered briefly before the next one started up, and the imp slid neatly onto the dance floor and within easy speaking range of the geist. "You look like you're having fun," the grin in his voice was obvious. "Care to dance with me?" The expression on his face as he offered his hand said he was confident she would accept.

Nashira lost herself in her dance as the strange imp played. She heard the band on stage finish their song, and she ended in a bowed position. The guitar stopped playing, and after a second, she looked up and saw the imp... w... walking... walking towards her?! No, no, no, he wasn't... right? She slowly stood and looked at him, her eyes widening a little when he did indeed approach her. She brought the plush back to her chest, but then something bumped into her. OH! It... it was a rammykin. She was distracted for a second until the imp said something to her. She looked back at him, and the rammykin gently nipped the ear of her plush and floated away with it. The next song started up and she was staring at him when he asked her to dance. The confidence in his face was matched by the uncertainty of her own. But this was a dance, and she wanted to meet new people. "Y... yes. Yes I would like to dance with you." the geist/litch looked at his hand a moment more before taking his hand and gave him a smile. "...You play the guitar well. It was lovely."

Username: Midnightglow18 Dorm Link: Natsumi April 21st - 11 April 22nd - 2 April 23rd - 9 Total = 22  Natsumi had been dancing when she heard a little sound going along with the beat of the music she smiled when she looked down and saw a familiar prancing along and dancing with her. Well, it wasn't the being of her dreams here to sweep her off her feet in a wild romantic whirlwind. She laughed and danced around with the kidden. Not really paying attention to anyone else as she was dancing along not thinking or worrying for the moment which was nice. Then Natsumi went off to the side of the room so she could pet the kidden without either of them getting stepped on. (Open for interaction)

 Meila was rather confused when she ended up on the floor looking at a black and pink stone with a nixie on top of her, she reached out and grabbed the stone egg. Then she turned and looked at the nixie who had knocked her down. She blinked again well that was an intresting turn of events perhaps finding the stone was part of what compelled her to leave her dorm. Meila looked at the hand offered and wasn't so sure on taking it. She sighed and did, in the end, they were trying to apologize. "No need for an apology." She held up the egg "I believe you were meant to know me down. So it is fine, no harm done." Meila fussed with the stone egg, she was never very good in social situations she normally stayed in her dorm and read tea leaves.

Wren looking around the dance, she wondered why she had decided to come to participate. She didn't know anyone here... As she looked around she saw an egg shaped crystal. She quickly walked over to it and picked it up and looked at it closely. It was so pretty, the top of the egg was such a sky blue color. it almost looked like the egg she decorated earlier. She happily put the egg crystal into her pocket.
After stashing the crystal Wren looked at the dance floor wondering if she should join the dancing or not. From watching the dance floor she didn't see many others her age.

 Lis slowly wandered toward the tall pillars into the area around the dance. She loved dances, she loved the interaction and laughter. They were blasts of fun. She looked at the decorations for the dance. The glowing lights on the pillars and bridged across each one creating the boundary for the dance were very pretty. It was nice what they did with just an empty field for the event. Lis made her way past the pillars and to the sidelines of the dance floor. She stood there and watching others dance about, talking, or enjoying refreshments. She pondered what she wanted to do, did she want to head on the dance floor by herself? Get something to eat or drink? A few of her tails twitched as she debated what to do first. ((feel free to interact~))

She didn't normally make a habit of knocking into people and certainly didn't want to start. "Oh, um, did you have a second one of those?" she asked, pointing at the almost identical crystal on the ground. They were certainly pretty and if it didn’t belong to the naga, she would definitely take it for herself. The crystals might be good for enchanting too! "It's weird that there's so many of them about, especially on the ground." This she mused aloud, almost to herself. Her investigative nature made her want to, well, investigate, but she should probably make amends first. "I didn't hurt you, did I? My name is Isabelle." New familiar in hand, Aiden also decided to pick up a bag of sweets. They looked fairly similar to his favorite brand of candies. If they weren't up to the same standard, he would foist them off on his flatmate. They would eat practically anything he would share with them. Practically anything anyone would share with them in fact. “We are used to much better quality things in life, aren’t we?” he chose to address his flitterrat. The small creature merely blinked its’ eyes and cuddled into his hand.
He was fairly certain the pet was male. When he picked up supplies for him, he would make sure everything else was taken care of as well. Just to make sure that he was in perfect health.
Before they made it over to the dance floor, they decided it to treat themselves by opening the bag of candy and eating a piece or two. Agave made it about three steps before nearly tripping over something. They weren’t quite sure what it was, because as they fell they dropped the pieces they’d been about to eat and a paw scooped them under the nearby table. With a soft oof, they hit the ground, managing to save the rest of their treats.
Hoping nobody saw that, Agave got up and brushed themselves off the best they could. Then they crouched down to peer under the table where their first treats had been nabbed off to. There was a small vespercat attempting to eat the hard candies. It didn’t even appear to notice them.
Making smoochie noises, Agave held out a paw for the vespercat to sniff, tucking away the rest of the candies. All of its’ fur stood on end as it noticed him, but surprisingly it didn’t bolt. They waited patiently for the cat to decide what it wanted to do. It didn’t take too long for the small critter to decide. Rubbing its’ head against their claws, the small cat purred, meowing plaintively.
“Aww, poor little thing,” Agave cooed, reaching closer to scoop it up. A quick check revealed their new pet was a girl. “We’ll get you all set up in my room here shortly,” they murmured to it, scratching behind her ears.

Points: 22Spotting another adult nearby, Missy waved happily at the hybrid to get their attention. Smiling, she brought them a plate with a slice of her cake. "Maybe you'd like to try my treat?" She suggested with a small giggle. "It's from that cake over there! This bottom tier is fairy flossed flavoured," She explained as she motioned towards the towering, three-tiered cake on the nearby table, clearly proud of her creation. The jackalope from earlier, meanwhile, had demolished the slice she'd given it and was once again dancing around her feet; no doubt it was eager for more sugary goodness.

"No need to act so eager," Ares teased her as he pulled them into the rhythm of the music. He was not at all opposed to taking the lead or taking about himself. "Thanks, I've been playing since I was a freshling, though I picked up the base about a year ago or so." A quick glance at his instrument showed there was now a kidden bleating a melody to the two vespercats loafing next to it. The pale blue one was from earlier, when had the spotted one joined it? Well, if they followed him home, looks like he'd have two new pets to deal with, three if the kidden came with them. He seemed to always be doing this when he came to the festivals.
Turning his attention back to the girl, he gave her a brighter grin. She didn't have to look quite so much like he was going to pounce on her this very instant. “Do you play anything or just dance?” he asked, amused, twirling her around. At least he didn't have to worry about the girl following him home.
