Lixes watched as Rajani took her place in her hiding spot before he handed the weapons off to her, giving a glance from side to side, "You're welcome, Rajani." He didn't care for the fact that he had to leave her here so he might do a bit of scouting, just to make sure that there was nobody and nothing around that might come to bother her while she was resting. It was like that 'Sleeping Beauty' story he'd heard of once or twice when he was little. He was... hrm... not the prince, since he wasn't the one who would be kissing her away, but maybe a knight on the side who was trying to help out? To protect the damsel until her prince arrived or something like that?
"I will head home soon, don't worry! I think I might just do a bit of scouting first. Be careful, alright?" With that he lifted his hand, giving her a little wave before heading on her way. He'd do some scouting and hopefully find that the villain had crawled back under whatever rock he'd come out of. He really didn't want to run into him again because he wasn't sure what he would do... or what he should do. There was still that part of him, the part he didn't want to acknowledge, and its ideas... and then there was the 'heroic' part of him that just said his task was to keep the damsel safe. He was supposed to defeat villains but not out right kill them because they should have a chance to reform and become productive members or society... or something.
Shaking his head he continued forward, figuring that he would get his scouting done before heading home. Once there he'd seek out his brother Drexl, and maybe after checking in with him he'd get a nap!
