He had come, but Celsus had remained silent for the entirety of the meeting so far, sitting on one of the many benches around the coliseum. The whip lay draped across his lap, mostly just so he had something to do with his hands, fingers idly twisting the tails of it around and around again as Celsus listened to the proceedings. He had nothing to say that hadn't already been said; and besides, he wasn't here so much for himself as he was for the man standing beside him.
As if on cue, Emrys said, with at touch of despair, "I feel as though I won't ever be well-informed or experienced enough to get through this whole...knight thing."
"Squire," Celsus corrected gently, his gaze flickering towards his brother, whose hands were gripping his staff so tightly that Celsus reached over, gently prying his fingers looser so he wouldn't lose the circulation in them. "And you will. Just give it time. I've taught you a great deal, haven't I?" he added, his lips quirking up into a faint smile. "And so has Eurydike, that b*****d, and you still should meet the others in my brigade, once I bring us all together."
Emrys did not look reassured. Celsus clapped his good hand on his brother's back and made him jump, startled, almost dropping the staff entirely.
"Relax," said Celsus. "And listen. And watch. That's the best you can do."
Emrys gave him a slightly wary look but closed his mouth obediently.

"I wasnt' exactly looking for something that went bump in the night. I was about to go rock climbing, indoor rock climbing, when I spotted a moving shadow." And she just had to run after it, without back up, while being a Page, and it wasn't the brightest of things but it did prove she was the sort to run into things without much thought. Apparently like the blond haired knight of Mars.
"Gym space...we could check various gyms in the city. Find one where we can maybe book time?" Gorner offered thoughtfully, smiling as the idea took hold of her. She could go and check out plenty of gyms on her own, or with other people, and see if any had rooms or areas they could either rent out or just use and monopolize for their group. She could easily find the time in her schedule, meaning she'd make the room and some other things would be put to the back burner.
Listening to the blond haired knight as he continued speaking, Gorner let her pale blue eyes drift about. Watching everyone around them she found herself sighing. "Well, as exciting as a fight might be...that won't achieve anything and unfortunately we need to achieve things. It sounds like half the people here must be a group of immature children." She said, not really thinking or considering her words. She was, in her mind, referring to those who would so easily start a fight with no goal in mind - no headway trying to be made. Those who would fight for the sake of it, not those would would fight for a sound idea or to have a good idea heard.
"I doubt anything you started was nonsense." She said waving a hand about and focusing back on him. "It sounds like some of the others here would start a fight over anything, even little s**t nothing." She stated and tossed her short white hair. "Oh well, I wonder if we could bring popcorn and get it to pop here if we put it under the sand or something." She said wondering if they could get popcorn to go with the show next time, though that would likely provoke some form of a fight. It would be interesting and perhaps get the message across to any who would start a childish argument.
Her attention was taken away from Kairatos as another knight arrived, one she didn't know, and her pale eyes roamed over the Pluto knights form before nodding and holding out a hand. "Gorner, I prefer Key though." It was shorter and easier than Gorner and Keely - thus Key was the best.

"Then stop being so jumpy." Meteora smirked, shaking her head. "Though I have to think you enjoy the attention Mr. Talk Show Host." Kairatos Interrupts. That would be a hysterical slapstick comedy hour she mused leaning her head over to listen to the others. "Well, I don't think..." Met cut herself short when she saw the appearance of the Pluto knight. A smile crossed over her face as he bowed to them all. Playing along, she gave a nod of her head. "Well you should have seen him last week. He kept all the pretty men to himself. And the week before I would have sworn the lovely rats were following him around. It just seems this week he gets the ladies. By next, it might be cats." Sliding over once more, she made room for the new appearance and reached out a hand. "Meteora. A pleasure good sir. Have you lost your horse this evening?"

"No, we do what we can. At best we can tell people to watch out for the terrorists. We can't name them, or indicate that we know anything. To do that would bring attention to ourselves as well as questions. I have heard of some telling their family. But I'd advise against it, in case any are involved in the war...or if any slip and mention your position by accident." People talked, by accident or not - people talked. Though hadn't she told a civilian...brought him to her wonder? It was a risk, she knew it, but they weren't family.
"All we can do is defend people when we see them being attacked. He are limited." She could only assume members of the Negaverse didn't go about telling their family and friends either, the risk was too great.
"The police in the city don't do much as far as involving themselves in this war goes. I would just try and hint not to get involved, that you worry for them. Subtly might work best." It was really the only sound advise she could give. Her own family was in the dark about her involvement and she didn't have to hint at anything, they didn't have positions that would open them up to more risk than anyone else in the city.

Terry had been awake working on a simple project when he had felt the pull. As he had answered the call of the Code to Olympus before he was quick to realize just what it was and let himself be teleported to Mars. Though he had only been in a pare of sleep pants while on Earth the Squire was of course in his powered form when actually on the red planet itself.
The young man had gotten there in time to hear the speech that glossed over the basic information of what it mean to be a Knight as well as covered a bit of both enemy and ally in this war. However he hadn't actually sat down during it and instead had been looking around at those gathered at the meeting. When he spotted Kairatos, Meteora, Gorner, and Havasu he gave a wave and a smile in case any of them happened to look his way but instead of joining the group he moved over to some of the seats, in particular the one that his boyfriend was currently sitting in.
"What's cookin' good lookin'?" He said with a smile, quoting a game just to get Venice's attention. "Glad to see no fights have broken out. Yet." He sat down on a free seat by the older man and reached over to lace their hands together. Venice would probably notice that he was a bit more bouncy then he really should be at this time of night.Sleet Tempest Snape Hey there is this seat taken *eyebrow wiggle*

The perky, bouncy, mood that Terry was in had him wondering what the other was doing...was he here somewhere? He had felt it in the back of his mind the whole time he'd been here, maybe the other had been like this even while he'd been sleeping? He had no way of knowing even if that had been the case, not with him being asleep. he did however find out soon enough that Erebus was indeed here on Mars.
When the other turned up at his side he found himself staring up at him, blinking his dark eyes while giving a questioning look. That was a turn of phrase, he assumed, that he didn't know. "Fights common here?" He asked, figuring the other would understand the look, and the reason for it, Erebus was typically good at reading him and knowing he didn't understand everything, especially certain slang words or phrases.
Giving the others hand a squeeze he leaned into the others side. "Lot of energy from you...good mood?" He asked as he turned his head and pressed his face to the others shoulder, in order to muffle and hide a yawn. "Was woken by summon..." Hence the yawn. He was awake but he had still only just woken up and it had been a rather sudden wake up call. Tired eyes lifted to the others face and a quick press of lips to cheek.
With a bare face, like he had now, the small marks under his eyes were visible for the other to see. It wasn't something new to Terry but without glasses and nothing hindering his sight it was easier to see, so was the little difference under his eyes...a slight difference but when he smiled, as he did now, it made a difference that was noticeable.

He had a nice smile, one that was encouraging, at least. She felt… slightly less at a loss here. She nodded along as he spoke, the motion emphatic. There were a lot of people, and it was hard to follow. Its part of what upset her… it was all just moving so fast and there was too much of it all to grasp at once, so it ended up just… a lot of vague, scary things she didn’t know what to do with.
Ah! He had offered his name. This part, she knew how to respond to, for the most part.
“Hercynia. Also… Earth?” She said as her brows lifted questioningly. She touched her necklace, angling it so he could see the cross in the circle. That meant they were similar, right? Because Syrtis, and Chauvet, if she thought about it, were different. Syrtis was Mars, kind of like the blonde one with the beard over there, who was gathering a small crowd. There was a dark haired woman with him, who’s colors matched Chauvet’s and Hvergelmir, who had been on the stage. They all had different symbols than the one she and Falias had.
It took a bit after that, the blonde girl sitting in quiet thought, before she produced a soft question.
“What is your wonder like?” She asked. She must have one of her own, Hvergelmir had said so, but she had to wonder what it was like. Were all wonders the same? Had she said that? It was hard to remember. “How do you get there?”
If she wanted a signet ring, like the others had, and to meet her ancestor, if she had one, it all seemed to hinge on going to her Wonder. Maybe she should think about that. When would be best to go? Did time matter? How long would she be gone? Questions, questions, but not ones she felt like giving voice to.

If he had been paying attention, Terry would have noticed Seung had been peacefully sleeping before the call had come but at the time he hadn't been. Now that they were on Mars and his attention was pulled away from his project he could recognize the sleepy feeling in the back of his mind coming from his boyfriend and more then likely if he kept his attention on it then he would end up sleepy himself from it. However between his current state of bounciness and the fact that they were once again on Mars, his attention didn't stay on the sleepy feeling.
Erebus gave Venice a smile at the confused look and was quick to translate what he meant. "It just means something similar to phrases such as 'what is going on?', 'what is up?', and the like, and of course it includes a bit of flirt to it." He said then gave a shrug at the other's voiced question. "Sometimes. Not physical fights but verbal. Much like how meetings with all of the order tend to turn into chaos, the Knight meetings from what I've experienced tend to end up with yelling as well."
"I- might have had a bit of candy. And cool aid. I was also working on a fun project before I got here." The way he started the sentence had him drawing out the 'I' a bit then he gave Venice an innocent smile. The young man kept himself mostly still as the other man cuddled close, though he couldn't quite help but occasionally bounce the leg farthest from Venice. "Sorry, at least when you head back you can continue." He said and pressed a kiss to Venice's forehead.

Understanding the phrase the other had used now, thanks to the explanation, Seung nodded his head and flashed the other a bright smile. Dark eyes almost fully closed with the brightness of his smile. A moment later he was running his fingers through the others hair. "Flirting with me?..." Trailing off, staring at the other. Well, that was interesting. After this meeting he was bound to be rather awake...maybe once he got home he could go for a late night walk, or cab ride, and visit the other...it was an idea to play around with once this meeting was over. He could surprise Terry for sure.
"What are you working on?" Ignoring, for the time being, the comment on how meetings like this dissolved into some form of fighting. He didn't like the idea of this meeting dissolving into a fight, it would just hinder any progress they could make and stop any progress from being started. This was why they weren't doing so well against the Negaverse, at least in part, it had to be.
"Will go back to sleep but later...going to be too awake from this." He would likely go to Terry's and crash there. It wasn't so bad spending a night over the others house, it was nicer in some ways even. "Finally can wear contacts again." He said after a moment, rather out of the blue but he had just realized he hadn't worn them in weeks around Terry as he hadn't been able to.

"It's nice to meet you Hercynia" Falias said as his smile shifted into something slightly less awkward.
He nodded at her question, fingers reaching down to the stone of his own necklace and lifting it, the movement causing the owl feather attached on the end to sway gently.
It was a symbol that as with her was repeated across his outfit.
"Yes" he agreed "The crossed circle is our - is Earth's symbol" he looked it up one day back when he had still been a Page. "There's actually a third one of us here today - his name is Camelot and he's a Royal Knight, but he's also very kind and very nice."
The silence that fell between them after that was not an uncomfortable one making Falias hope that he wasn't doing too badly.
At least he hoped that he wasn't doing too badly.
"My Wonder is a forest" he said at Hercynia's second question. "And there's a city - well at least the remains of a settlement built up in the trees."
He continued "And I get there by repeating my pledge to my Wonder."
His voice turned rueful as he continued "Even after finding out about Wonders, I couldn't get there at first but then one day when I was out on patrol it was like there were these words" he frowned but the frown wasn't an unkind one "Or perhaps they were always there and I had just recalled them."
The frown faded "But after that I've been able to visit my Wonder, although it's not something that I can do every day."
The ruefulness was back in his voice as he admitted "I think that the pledge might be different to each knight although I know that the whole thing sounds weird."
Because even to his ears it sounded odd.

"Sorry, Havasu, it's the scars." He joked, gesturing vaguely. "Well I'm going to pretend it is anyway. I'd say pull up a seat but they're not exactly adjustable. Someone should complain to management." He paused for a moment to think and added. "I think someone I know mentioned a gym, I'll have to ask about it, find out how much it costs to get some time." That would make a difference after all, especially if it ended up coming out of his pocket. That would smart. He reached over to try and find a ticklish spot on Meteora though adding. "I enjoy it when people are actually informed. I don't see lying to people about the danger they're in, or what it cost to do something just because it left a bad taste. Besides, last time I stood up there it was a bit of hell, including some Saturn knight asking why we couldn't just hug it out with the Negaverse pretty much. You guys remember them?" He didn't see him at a glance in the crowd, and he couldn't help bitterly wondering if the boy with the skull on his head had tried to hug it out and had his star-seed taken for his trouble. He wasn't sure if he'd feel guilty or relieved if he found out this was the case. Maybe a bit of both? "Give it time, it's still early." He added finally, to Terry. "But hey maybe not, could surprise us."

The pull was undeniable. Even in sleep, it reached the boy jostling him awake. At first, it felt like it was still a dream. In truth, it was very much like sleepwalking. Erytheia barely registered the warm glow of his uniform as it caressed his near unconscious form as he opened his eyes to see the surface of Olympus Mons. Indeed, much of the page still imagined this to be a dream. But it wasn't. There was an all-consuming presence that assured Alphonse that what he was seeing was in fact real. It was the largest piece of the Code he had ever seen or felt. And he somehow knew this Code was special even though he had only recently come to discover what it was and what it meant to knights like himself. Speaking of others bound to the order of knighthood, Erytheia of Cosmos could sense the presence of others as the scene unfolded before his eyes. Knights of every planet, moon or star appeared here. A full-fledged knight of his star, Cosmos, led this unusual meeting. It was all so very, very much to take in. He had barely begun to learn how to travel to his own lone wonder and now he was on Mars! The Code. Knighthood. Wonders. Memories. Sacred talismans. Magic. Chaos. Senshi. Negaverse. A thousand years. It all seemed so much larger than himself or what he could ever dream to comprehend. Was this who he was? ✪

Newgrange had a seat in the back that he'd become very fond of in his few trips to Olympus. It was close enough that he could hear most of what was being said, but far enough away that he didn't feel like he was intruding. He didn't like to stick out, and he had almost considered not coming.
But, the last one he had come to had ended well for him, and he had been searching for more information on wonders and past lives. There wasn't a better place to hear what was going on with the other Knights, or collect information while he tried to sort out what he was going to do.
The information about Ancestors was what interested him most.
He had one, but they'd had all of one conversation and Newgrange was trying to respect the message that had been delivered. Which was, mostly, Go away.
Newgrange laced his fingers loosely together and rested his elbows on his knees. He was hunched forward a bit, relaxed and listening, and trying to learn from the experience of others. He had never thought of his ancestor as a problem--but there was a problem. His ancestor didn't want him there. He thought he could still protect the wonder, and he didn't seem like he wanted company.
So, Newgrange was torn between respecting that request...or going against it.
He had spent next to no time at his Wonder and still wasn't sure he even knew what he was going to about it--but he felt a pulling. A need to be there. He still had things he wanted to deliver to the old Knight there, to try and win him over. But how do you please a ghost?
...The answer probably involved trying, and Newgrange found himself feeling guilty. He hadn't given up, but after he'd retrieved his signet ring, he'd respected the command to leave. But now, more than ever, he felt like he should be going back. He shouldn't just be eavesdropping and retrieving information about other ancestors and Wonders. He should be visiting his own. He should just suck it up and try to talk to the guy there.
A thousand years of loneliness? No wonder he was cranky and possessive.Quote: Newgrange is just hanging out in back but if anyone wants to interact, please just quote me <3

"Awwww man you mean I have to damage this pretty face." He made an exaggerated pain filled face as he took Key's hand and rather than shaking it, since it was typical, he gave it a quick peck. He repeated the gesture with Meteora before settling down on the bench with his friends. "Havasu Falls at your service my good ladies... Kai you can go suck a lemon." His smile was bright and full of laughter as he poked fun at the other knight. "Sadly my horse refused to join me on this trip and she is likely sleeping at home right now." Hav was speaking of his large cat since the general response when people saw her was 'she is as big as a horse', that and he was enjoying the whole cowboy vibe Meteora was humoring him with. Squirming on the bench Hav sighed, "You think next time I could bring my lazy-Boy? At least this way my a** won't fall asleep." He might be a clown and a ham but he wasn't stupid. He had been paying attention but he did seem to miss something. Likely something they had said before he came over. "A gym? I know of a gym but no clue how much it will cost to rent it out. What do you need it for? Not sure if it's what you need, or at least has what you need." He was a silent partner in a gym run by Delilah's cousin so getting time likely wouldn't be hard, it was more a matter of the type of equipment that Kai was looking for. Hug it out? Really? Hav's brow furrowed as he tried to remember that but in all honesty he didn't remember much from that meeting so he just shrugged and shook his head. Instead of commenting on the last meeting he leaned over and took in the sight of the two lovebirds snuggling. The smile that had been full of mischief softened. They really did look happy. Feeling a pang of jealousy and loneliness Hav squashed them instantly and snarked at Kai, with maybe a bit more shrewdness than he meant, "Leave the two lovers alone in their own little bubble. No fighting tonight since that would ruin the mood... the hot, dry, worn, old, mood." He winced as he caught the slight skewness of his tone but he kept his mouth shut since any damage that would have been done was already done.

Listening to her fellow female knight, she really was amusing, Gorner found herself laughing as Meteora teased who was obviously her boyfriend. Keeping all the men and then rats and now ladies to himself. She was entertaining, someone the page of Castor wanted to make friends with. They may not both be the sort to jump into things, as it didn't seem the other was the sort, but she was certainly in possession of a lovely personality that the white haired page needed in her life! As if to back that thought up was how she greeted the Pluto knight who seemed to have fallen out of the old west...and brought part of it with him.
"Mmm, scars aren't a bad thing - I say that." Gorner tossed out there with ease. "Though I'd say it depends as well." A shrug given. She figured most of the people here, men and women, had their fair share of scars. Scars just proved you did things, that you didn't sit at home like a lump. No, she had a few from her adventures and wasn't afraid or turned off, or away, at the prospect of gaining a few more due to this whole war thing.
Watching as the knight of Pluto sat down she decided to inform him of what he had missed. "We were discussing finding a gym where we could train, not just us but others. Either a room to rent or just an area we can gather...like just a bunch of friends turning up. I was suggesting going and checking out local gyms. Kairatos you caught saying he might know a place. It would be a good idea for all of us." At least those of them gathered here now, and anyone else they could bring in.
"I doubt you could manage a lazy boy...but maybe something smaller...lighter.." She said smiling and reaching out to pat Havasu on the head, ruffling his hair. She was still surprised he had kissed her hand like that, she had not expected it. It wasn't unwanted though, had it been he'd have known.
