 Ren felt like crying. He was never really good at history and it showed. It was enough to pass but he would definitely have to look into extra credit… or acing the next test. There had to be enough points to allow a little wiggle room for such a bad score. He almost wished he had failed it, if only to have more time to maybe make up for it. Ah well what was done was done.

 Hadrian heaved a quiet sigh. He hated tests, but they were a part of school. They just sucked. Laying his head down on his arm, he doodled in the edges of his test between answering questions.

 Mai didn’t do well with tests. She got nervous and started doubting herself and second guessing her answers. Plus history wasn’t her best subject. She had studied for the test because she liked to think of herself as a good student… but looking at her test results she could have done better. Way better. Maybe… maybe she could try for extra credit or something, or just work on all of her other assignments that weren’t tests.

Ayuu and Ellis didn't get a chance to speak the next day at all, considering there was a test in social studies. The grimm hadn't looked over the material recently at all, and ze was rather nervous. Ze rushed through the first questions, and it was only after ze'd had a sip of water and a bit of a break that ze started to think that maybe ze hadn't been answering as accurately as ze could. Time to reassess.

Much better. Ayuu began to calm as ze filled in zer answers, correcting the ones ze'd already messed up and smiling once ze was done. Plenty of day left to do other things now, including hanging out with the imp. Ze wiggled zer claws at him as ze left the room, nodding when Ellis caught zer eye.

Ellis was decent at most subjects, this one included. But today he was a little distracted, thinking about the warm late summer day outside and the end of his career as a junior. Soon he would be starting more advanced classes, and he was amazed by how time had flown and by all the things he had learned. He might have missed a few questions on the history of the chimera that Amory would have punched him for, but once Ayuu waved at him, his sister's potential ire no longer mattered.
He left the room with a bounce in his step, one of his last classes of the year behind him.

Aurelia thought she was better prepared for the test than this. She had studied her notes and books as much as she thought she should but when it came down to it.....she lost most of it during the test itself. Whether it was a previously unknown testing anxiety or her mind wandering as she read through the questions was not important; she had just barely managed to pass and, quite frankly, she felt awful. With a sigh, she tried to brush it off but with the resolve to do much better next time. Now the forever-cheerful nixie needed something to lift her spirits, hoping that Gabby and Gozu were available for comfort cuddles.

 Divone was very confident with this material, making study guides for herself and her friends had really helped get this down pat. History was easily becoming one of her favorite subjects and it was a nice way to wrap up her day.
She quickly turned her test in and made her way out the door. She was getting picked up by her sister to have a family dinner and she was ready to get the heck out of here!

 Maybe staying up late wasn't Vitacea's best idea. With a yawn, she had turned in her test, but looking at the results, she nearly wanted to faint. Yikes, that wasn't a really good score... but it was probably best to keep it rather than try again. She didn't want to risk failing the second go round when this was passing. She quickly shoved the paper in her bag and tried not to think about it too much.

 With a soft sigh, Nepheline silently sent up thanks to the gods that she'd thought to study her history notes before class. Not that she'd been afraid of failing, this was one of her better classes. But she disliked tests and how terribly nervous they sometimes made her.
Still, as she worked her way through the questions, she felt reasonably confident in her work. And by the time the bell rang, she'd finished with a bit of time to spare. Quickly signing her name, she handed the paper in to the teacher and headed out of the room.

Social Studies was probably, no easily, one of Lori's least favorite classes. The teacher was kind of...shy or nervous. She couldn't tell which honestly. And the fact that it was mostly just lectures tended to put her asleep. If it weren't for Bailey poking her to wake her up time and time again, she'd probably be in a lot of trouble with this particular teacher already. Oops.
She had gotten Bailey's help to study for the upcoming test however, so by some miracle she actually managed to pass! What a relief, at least that was over with for now!

Bailey actually enjoyed Social Studied, in fact he really liked the teacher. They may have been shy, or even nervous, but that was something Bailey could easily connect with. He was always trying to make sure Lori didn't fall asleep, mostly because he didn't want the teacher to think he was boring or anything. He even stayed up late with Lori to make sure she did well on the upcoming test. Though, that lack of sleep seemed to have a negative effect on himself...oh well. At least he passed and so did Lori, that's what mattered!

Gaeleath liked hearing all the stories in Social Studies, but for some reason he was always really bad at remembering things and as such he always struggled with tests in the class. He was worried the teacher was going to think he was a bad teacher or something because he was never doing that well on his tests....

After a second attempt at the test he managed to earn a passing grade this time. It just took him studying as long as he could in the morning before the exam. He tried really hard to cram as many dates and events as he could in his mind. At least he managed to earn himself a passing grade, even if it wasn't the best. Maybe he's have to ask the teacher later for some special instructions.

Magnolia actually really enjoyed Social studies, in fact she tended to hang on the teacher's every words since her race was so isolated for the longest time. She wanted to know everything they had missed during their many years separated from the outside world. However, the night before the exam she had caught a little cold and hadn't been able to able to study very well. She had tried staying up though, so during the exam she actually ended up asleep...at least she'd be getting a second chance...
