Mara stared at him confused as she relaxed her posture. "It is you..in the same voice?" She shook her head, she didn't know enough about mane or malices to even know if they could imitate the mental voice of their host. She wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if they could but why would it in this situation? The host already knew there was a problem there was nothing to gain by continuing to lie. "......if you were just a normal human I would say you might need to talk to a psychologist about that. Meta's unfortunatly also have the added risk of gaining a mane or malice ....so...I really have no idea. " she looked confused even wary. She would need to ask Spectrum and after reading Hexxis files she was very reluctant too.

This... was disappointing. At least, that word seemed accurate enough.
You did not explain well enough.
A Malice or a Mane... It knew about such things, this... did not seem like it was the case. It shook its head. "No, I do not think it is either of those things. According to my data, Malices wish harm upon their hosts and nearby bystanders. This voice has not attempted to do me harm, nor actively attempted to push me into harming others even if it has expressed a desire to "destroy" Haven or Teldhet." Hopefully that would clear things up... It paused for a moment, thinking... "And if it were a Mane, I do not think it would have allowed me to fall into the situation that I was in. If my data is correct, the Mane would have prevented the many damages my housing unit has acquired over the time I spent with Teldhet."
Wouldn't it?

It trailed off, growing quiet as it listened to the voice... "It seems... Sad. I am not well versed in reading tone but I think that is the appropriate word."

"They hit you?" She relaxed fully and just looked confused then shook her head, yea some of them might, she shouldn't be that surpised. " Never mind...you said it sounds...Sad and talks in your voice. What is it saying? What does it want? " she moved to lean against one of the jutted out walls of the room near the door and watched him, trying to understand.

It abruptly ended that train of thought, not sure why the voice was so upset about it. Did it not want to think about the damages it had received..? It wasn't like it had actually felt anything.

Fix it. Fix me." It blinked, wondering if that would make any sense at all to Mara or if it would just confuse her further.

Mara stared at him and ran her hand through her hair. "Okay ..it sounds like -you- have a problem. But it...you think you can fix itself ...yourself by reading a file and looking through some memory? " she muttered looking confused and concern.
"If you were human I would say nu huh that's not how that works but you're a meta ..and your kind of computer like, so I have no clue. It really might fix you. " she grasp at strings not even knowing where she could ask about this type of thing. Kae came to mind but she was still missing and no headway in that directions, then there was Zira. Zira was doing work for Kae maybe she would have an idea?" What kind of file is it talking about? ..and do you think looking through it will make you break down again? "

Anadii remained blankfaced while she spoke, though it was listening intently... Fixing itself likely wouldn't be that easy, if that was what the voice wanted. It already knew it had to make a new founding code - what else could it possibly need to fix? "When Administrator Tri granted me Administrator privileges, I was given access to a part of my system I did not know existed previously... I have not gone through the files individually yet, but there are many memory files and text files hidden in it..." It trailed off, thinking for a moment... "I suppose that it wants me to go through them. Or perhaps the Haven files, since I have not opened any of the others aside from the Medical History."
It glanced to Tri's laptop, small frown starting to form on its features. "I do not know if I can access them without experiencing a system failure once more. I would "like" to look at them, but it is too dangerous for me to do so when I am near other electronics. I do not know what a total system failure will do."

"Ahh...Ha...ha..ha. Let's not then, I am not saying you shouldn't look through them eventually but I don't think you're mentally prepared for what is in there right now. Not if you freaked out over the medical record.....actually is there any way I can see that? If the other administrators could see what you have now without you actually knowing..how did they manage to do that?" She asked curiously. "But first, if you really want to risk a total break down find somewhere that is very very far away from anything electronic ..like a desert or one of the places between cities. " feeling a little better now that she could at least guess at an answer if only going by common sense.

"...The voice seems to dislike the idea of anyone but myself accessing these files." It commented while it attempted to think of a way to explain why it wouldn't have known about files in its own system before now... "Without Administrator privileges, it was as if I had tunnel vision and was unable to even fathom that there might be more in my database than I already knew existed. There was not even a file labeled for administrators only. While it is possible for other administrators to access them I..." It trailed off, thinking...
"I would not like that. It would not like that. The reason I did not handle the medical history file well is because up until that point, I was taught without a doubt that I was not actually alive and was, in fact, a computer myself. To learn that I am alive and not at all a computer was... ...It completely brought everything that I know into question, and continues to do so."

"....Haven really loves to mess up meta's brains. You're the second meta I know who has no idea they were alive..kinda. The other one thought she was only a weapon. Soooo.... " she looked thoughtful as she sat down on the bed again.
"I don't know much about computers....but seems maybe you're able to access the memories of what turned you into what you are now? Recollection? I hear that is pretty bad to if you're not prepared for them either. Why not just go...slowly. Figure out you're alive first ...make peace with that then one day dig a little deeper. " she said with a shrug not even knowing what she was saying as one of her phones rang.
"Give me a moment " she muttered and answered. "Hello?" She asked listening and frowned and finally looked angry. "What?" She glanced over to Anadii and frowned. "I can ask but if there is nothing....wait..actually. It might be a good time for both of you to come in...see if Belrad might bring you back. They are desperate enough " she said with a sigh, knowing that will just complicate things. "....okay then I'll see you there" she muttered and hanged up looking toward Anadii. "Well..I have to go and meet up with Tri. By any chance you still have copy of the files you got out for Tri and Ree? Anything like commands?" She frowned moving to the door. "And are you okay staying by yourself for a while? I'll likely be back or Ree..if Ree comes back with someone else call me. Same if he tries to take you with him "

"Is that the person that Ree had me retrieve the files for?" Anadii frowned slightly, figuring it made sense but--... The details of that medical file seemed as if the person in question had been put through a lot... The cold feeling it came to know as "fear" seemed to resurface in its stomach. Suddenly it very much did not want to look at the files.
"...Yes, I have an ability that allows me to record and preserve everything that I experience and view it in perfect condition later. It seems that some of these memory files were taken from me and locked away. Administrator Ree has already discovered that I have been programmed to delete memories every time I consume food." It nodded a little, figuring she was right... but the voice was so insistent... "I do not really understand what you mean by "make peace." I am either alive, or I am not, and I have factual evidence that states that I am. There is nothing more to accept or deny but the facts laid in front of me." It quieted down as the phone rang. It seemed something was wrong.. but what? It wasn't going to try and listen in without permission.
"Yes, I do. I have command files for "Hexxis" and myself." It blinked, not really liking where this was going... was she going to ask for its own command files? She wasn't an administrator so she couldn't actually force it to hand them over... "Yes, I am used to prolonged isolation. Administrator Ree is a registered Administrator of my system and thus has the capability of commanding me not to relay this information you are requesting. You are not a registered administrator of my system and are therefore unable to override his commands." It figured it might as well tell her, since she seemed to want it to alert her for what ever reason... "I am not allowed to register new administrators without the permission of Administrator Tri or Ree."

"Uh huh...but what he doesn't know he can't tell you not to do right?" She smiled faintly, "wait..you have command files? .....of course you do" there was a sigh. "Right now Tri needs Hexxis command file, Ree used one of them and he wants to see if there is a way to stop it " she said with a look of frustration and anger as she reached the door then paused waiting. "I have to go do ..something. But one of us should be back soon. Actually ...if the phone rings answer it okay? Likely one of us calling. " she looked ready again to go out the door and stopped realizing she was supposed to wait for his answer, already her mind was fixed on the future and what she needed to do right now.

No. You do not.
"Yes, I also have commands. I have not looked at them." She seemed upset by that- or perhaps tired? It had a hard time differentiating between sighs... "I have placed Hexxis' command file in your phone. I do not want to spread mine to non-Administrators at this time. I will answer the phone if it rings." It nodded, watching Mara get up to leave from its spot on the chair... Perhaps while she was gone it might look at... SOMETHING, it wasn't sure what.

"Perfect!" She gave him a conspitroial grin as he said said he didn't have to tell Ree then a nod to the file in the phone. She will look at it on her way over and see what she could tell Tri about it and then maybe go shoot Ree in the leg a few times. "Stay here and ..try to stay out of trouble " a worried glance as she stepped out and locked the door before closing. She paused in front of it really thinking if she shouldn't take him either her and decided against it. Turning away she headed to where she parked her motocycle. She was going to need all her jumps.
