The cute puppy WANTED puppy scratches, and Sunny was perfectly placed to give them. Mud, dirt, who cared, it was all fake anyway. She knelt down in the swampy muck and gave Captain all the scritches a little puppy had room for, cooing the whole time. Dogs were the Coolest.

And now Chel was wet, and her mascara was running a little. Nothing dramatic, but enough to smudge.
She stood up, soaked and arched her arms.
"Alright Shun, I know you can hug~" And then began the chase.

Mentally tossing another balloon at Shun only to have it halted, America directed another at Sunny. And also missing, but that didn't dim the girl's smile as she waved at her friend.
"His legs are like little stumps!" America exclaimed, happily pointing out the Captain's charm points to both Sunny and the corgi's owner, just in case they hadn't noticed.

"Yeah he's a real prince charming," June said with a loving kind of sigh. This kind of reaction was typical wherever she went and honestly June was grateful for it. If people put their attention on Captain, it meant less awkward attention on her.

Shun saw something out of the corner of his eyes. Reaching out, he scooped the water balloon that had been flying at him out of the air, then called it over to his hand. Thank you America. While Chel came charging right at him, he just side stepped before thrusting the water balloon out to try and get her as a counterattack. Chel didn't even try dodging the water balloons. She took them full force (shielding her face still), and continued the approach for a kamikaze hug.blade kuroda first roll = dodge, second roll = attack .... sigh chel w/ the low rolls
