Ree winced understanding, having been woken up himself with dreams of falling ceilings and flipping cars haunted by Kage's voice. Hexxis would have had a lot worse things to dream about after being Spectrum's patient and her conditioning. "You still need sleep" he muttered, his mind moving to Ashral thinking that it will take him a while to sleep only to immediately fall asleep from one moment to the other.

Hexxis only remained asleep for a little over hour before she began to wince in her sleep, obvious distress on her face as he tensed up and rolled a bit, a noise of struggle came from her mouth. She rolled back onto her side, facing Ree as she gripped onto his jacket tightly. "...tri..." she whispered. She began to settle back down again, and slept for the rest of the time fine. Until the four hour mark came, Ashral was prodding at her mind, trying to wake Hexxis. Though, it back fired as Hexxis pushed Ree's wing away and let out a scream, she scratched at her arms as though she was desperately trying to remove things that weren't actually there. She screamed again, as she reach up to her collar to pull at it, her nails scraping against her neck as she did so haphazardly. She gasped for air for a moment then arched back, struggling against a force that simply didn't exist. "TRIIIII!!" she shrieked, tears in her eyes, choking back on sobs as fear had taken full control of her sleeping mind.

Ree tried to wake up, there was screaming...screaming in his ears. He fell asleep, oh go- it fell, they were screaming because he let it go. (Telekinisis at the ceiling : rolled: 22 damage )) he curled in on himself, top wings trying to shield himself lost in sleep.
The Sheetrock above them strained and broke slamming up to the attic/underside of the roof , pushing against it before holding.
TRIIIII!!
The voice pulled at his exhausted mind, brining it out of the deep layers of sleep as he slowly became aware of more screaming and struggling by him. Eyes finally snapped opened and he pushed himself up, Hexxis....Ashral? Seizure? Collar...electricity? "Hexxis!!! " he pushed himself up on his knees on the bed and backs up. First reaction was to grab her hands but no...."Hexxis!!!" He reached out to grab her hand not feeling the zap of electricity he was expecting but her collar look to be hurting her. Uh....he couldn't get it off he didn't has any way t.....
He let her go and tried to squeeze his fingers through the collar by her neck before trying to sight teleport away with just the collar.

Hexxis shrieked and struggled against Ree as he grabbed her collar. "NOOO TRIIIII HELP!!" she screamed, still in the grips of her dream as she pushed against him with all her might.
"Wake up, dammit! You're going to hurt him! Hexxis! Wake up!!"
She was beginning to wake up but was still disoriented as she continued to push against Ree. "Leave me alone!!" she yelled as she opened her eyes to look at Ree, distress in them as she winced at his pulling at her collar. "r-Ree!!" she exclaimed, staring to come back to reality but not realizing she was still pushing against his grasp reflexively, still in a panic.

NOOO TRIIIII HELP!!
He almost let go, fear flashing through him that he did something wrong..that he was hurting her somehow. Okay he might be, but his fingers were stuck as he tried to pull back and was pushed away by Hexxis. Wincing he look past her shoulder and sight teleported with the collar in hand, hoping he didn't make a mistake. Hoping that was the problem, never actually thinking her nightmares were that ba-....uh where 's ceiling?
"Hexxis?" Turns to look back at her, the collar in hand as he watched her."Are you ..okay?"

Hexxis sat up completely, flipping around to look at Ree with wide eyes. What did he... She reached up to touch where her collar was, gentle fingers sliding over discolored flesh, wincing at the touch of her own inflicted wounds. Looking down at her hands as her face dulled back into her normal expression, eyeing her scratched up arms. "...I.. I am sorry." she answered and sighed, frowning only slightly before closing her eyes.
She opened her eyes, her left eyes now red. "Ree!" she bolted from the bed and moved to him. "Are you alright? Did.. she hurt you?" she seemed concerned as she looked over him then settled her vision on the collar in his hands. "You... took it off?..." she seemed to be in disbelief, "Aren't you afraid of me... or what I could do..." she answered, knowing the only reason Hexxis didn't want to actually take the collar off was to protect Ree from her. The only other defense she had against the malice within her.

Rene stared back at her from where he appeared on the floor, looking up from the dust that was coming down on them to stare at Hexxis instead. "Uh um... " blinking as Ashral took over before he could string together a sentence for Hexxis. Wait...it wasn't the remote control collar? Ah ...shoot.
"I'm fine" he raised his hands a little as if to show he was fine while watching He- no Ashral move closer. There were only mild bruise where Hexxis pushed, luckily not near any of the wounds he was still sporting. He was fine and right now he was just staring at the discolored section of her next then to the collar in his hand blankly before looking up at them sheepishly as he tried to get up. "So...remember Hexxis complaining about me being reckless. Let's say this was another of those times..." He looked at the malice carefully and frowned. He didn't feel..afraid? He didn't feel that since waking up in this house and forgetting who he was talking to in th haze of exhaustion. "I thought she was being electrocuted ..." Realizing now that his trick wouldn't have worked because he would be spazzing along with her on the ground if they were really electrocuting her...ah hahahaha....ha.
"Ashral.....you hadn't killed me when I was unconscious for two days and Hexxis alseep. If it was for your own goals further down the line or because you are still somehow honorable...I don't really know for sure yet... but..." He looked down at the collar as he tried to force his brain to work and think of how it might benefit them. "....I don't actually have the remote and both of you seem to be working well so far in tandem. Right now, it is actually more of a liability than not " relaxing at the realization. "-they- can activate it at any time..and they will want you back " he said with a slight nod now, wincing as the ceiling drop and rose with the nod, oh sh**.
"....I broke the roof " a hint of a whine as he motioned her to leave the room, barely feeling the weight on his mind at all.

She seemed relieved as he confirmed that he was okay. She stared at him, still with slight concern as he mentioned being reckless, and twisted her mouth to the side in a half-smile. "She acts like she's not reckless in her own ways.." she sighed and exhaled, releasing the tension of the situation. He mentioned her being electrocuted, and Ashral shook her head, "Just her usual nightmares... memories from when she was still at Spectrum."
She blinked, surprise and confusion overtaking her face as he talked about how she hadn't hurt them so it seemed fine. He was also right that the collar was just liability, though she paused at his mention of controlling her and seemed slightly scared of something. "The collar isn't to control her.. It's to control me. First off, they control Hexxis with the commands... and there's way more commands in her head than what Spectrum probably handed over to SIU. Some of them affect me too, but not all of them." she frowned, "Second, the collar controls me so that I... don't..." she paused, trying to find a way to say it. "Ree... I'm-.. I can't always guarantee I'll always be... me. The reason why Hexxis can't control me.. is because I can't control myself sometimes. My head gets cloudy and all I hear is voices... and they beg me to spill blood. It's a really hard urge to ignore. I'm trying.. but I want you to understand that despite all my efforts, something within me desires blood... and lots of it." she sighed once more and looked up at the ceiling and backed up out of the room. She grabbed her arm with one hand, seemingly self conscious about how she couldn't control her madness. "...you... broke the roof..." she repeated, trying to divert the topic a bit, but not well enough.

"....Yes.... yes I did" he muttered, bringing down the pieces of sheetrock carefully away from them before letting it go, allowing only a flicker of worry to cross his face before glancing at Ash and taking a step out of the bedroom that was starting to get cloudy with dust. "So it was a nightmare ...." he coughed looking down at the collar as he accepted what Ash said with a grimaced.
"I didn't actually know that. I knew it was to control you but not that it suppressed part of you... "he muttered in alarm looking up at her, not fighting her words only realizing a large assumption they had was pretty much wrong. He thought it only help to control Hexxis when Ash took over not that it helped suppress Ash's murderous tenancies.
"Well.. shoot. " he sigh looking back down at the collar then back at Ash. "I can't put it back on, I mean I could try but it would likely end with it half way through your neck or my hand there instead. " he smirked faintly but it faded quickly as he tried to figure something out. "It might fit over your thigh, I don't know if it will have the same effects or more tone down being away from your head..." his lower wings shifted slightly, sweeping the floor as he thought. "Oh... maybe I can phase it back on? same problem but a little more accurate or at least a bit of lost skin " sounding unsure but trying to fix his mistake.

"Neither of us really go parading that fact around.. So I don't blame you for not knowing. It was just better to make people think it hindered both of us." she explained with a sigh. She looked away, embarrass to talk about it. "...I'm honestly surprised at myself that I've gone this long without doing something I might really regret..." '...besides all the stuff I said before...'
She frowned slightly until he began to list off ways he could attempt to put it back on. A puzzled look turned into a curious one then she cracked a smile, holding back a chuckle that broke forth into laughter. She was laughing so hard, her eyes were tearing up. "... It...It's fine... I mean.. Its not.. But it is..." she laughed even harder. "....it's probably.. best we ditch it... At least I can try.. to stay in control.. of myself..." she forced out words between fits of laughter. Calming down she was still stifling chuckles here and there. ".. I.. I want to get b-..." she paused suddenly and frowned then sighed and turned away, "...who am I kidding... you might as well put the stupid thing back on... I can't get better... I've always been this way... And it only keeps getting worse...... I....I'm sorry." she gripped her arm tighter and forced her eyes closed.

"Idddiootttt. you don't say that and ask to put it on now " Ree gave her a odd look as he shook the collar at her then sigh. "Okay ....really I should put it back, but we're not near other people for a while and if you can give me some warning when you feel the need to see red... we could try for a while? " he smirked faintly, ruining it by coughing again. "We should move though.... eat something ..find something to carry this in an g-...." he blinked lifting his head (electric sense) . "...... Armor unit .....3 armor units..."

Ashral flinched and frowned as he scolded her. She wanted to contest his idea and insist he put it back on her, but then she realized his trust in her being able to try to control it. "I will try... she answered calmly in a low voice.
She was about to say something when he spoke of armored units. 3 of them. s**t.
/Hexxis.!/ there was no answer as she looked concerned and alarmed.
/Danmint, this is the worst time to be sulking!/
She turned to Ree, ready to manifest her sword if needed. "Ree... Run or fight?. she asked suddenly, her face falling into a serious look. She was readied to fight but was also prefair to run of need be.

Ree turned slowly in a circle, his hand grasping tight to the collar in his hand as he listened. He realized his mistake when Ash flinched and frowned, he had tried to make it sound playful and it came out to harsh? He'll try to get better at that ..if they get out of this.
Blinking he forced himself to focus on Ash's voice. "Run. They spread out, they have to know about my hearing so ..The 4th direction is the front of the house...so I think its a trapped, I hear nothing coming from there. " Likely people with no electronics on them, they knew his usual tactics and they knew Hexxis powers as well as her commands.
"Commands....." he rushed to one of the chairs and stared at it as the material stretched up and to the sides until it ripped. Digging into the filler material he turned to Ash and held it out to her. "Your free ear. Don't forget the Comm" he muttered already moving to one of the windows as he turned on his own.
"They can fly... they can turn invisible or phase. They hit like a truck and they can shoot at us or try to stun us. Our best bet is to try and sneak past them before they reach us " he sounded worried as he opened one of the windows, pausing to listen again.
"Or go the 4th way and get shoot at and likely have someone start shouting your commands with what ever else they have there." He grimaced as he shifted his wings nervously while he looked out painfully. Realizing they really were hunting them down, it was obvious but it still hurt...plus they had 2 days to plan and set things up.
Shaking his head he focused on right now, looking down at the collar blankly. "If you can hum your song and just run with me? I can shield us for a bit. Or I can shield and distract them all then sight teleport once you're out of their range " He was starting to get confused, with Tri it would be easy he distracts and Tri takes out their power packs, he wasn't sure with Hexxis/Ashral

Ashral took up the stuffing and nodded, "With the collar off, those commands won't really work on me. I'm stronger than they think. But they still work on Hexxis, so in case I lose control...." she listened to his plan and took a deep breath in thought.
'Distraction.'
'No, we tried that, and it was a terrible idea. There's no way I'm let you mess this up this time.'
She shook her head, "I will stay by your side. I'll hum. I'm skilled with this blade to effective block what your shield cannot as far as shooting at us." she had a serious concern on her face before replacing it with a slight grin. "They can hit hard... and so can I." she felt confidence, maybe a bit too much but it would help. "Besides, without the collar..." she reached toward the chair and phased her hand through the chair. "I can do a whole hell of lot more." she smiled, looking down at her hand. She tested out a few more of her powers. She called forth some shadows, but it was weak, a curl of dissatisfaction on her lips. She tried another power but nothing happened. Damn, so she still couldn't use her shadow step to teleport via the shadows. "At least I still have phasing. At least that should be helpful, but if the other powers are any indication. I won't be able to do it often or as long as I normally would." she sighed and then looked to Ree and smiled at him. "Let's go, Ree. I will have your back, and we stick together."

Ree returned her smile, relief coursing through him that they will stay together. Everything still seems fragile an easily broken, making him want to be more careful but thought luck on that right now.
"Let's go then " he phased through the open window instead of fighting to get his wings through. He glanced around listening intently, the three suits had stopped a ..nope now they were running. "We've been spotted" he said quietly and furled his wings in as close as he could ignoring the twang of pain from un healed wounds as he duck slightly and rushed into the tree line as he made his way toward the PA unit. Snapping his shield up around them only once they had crossed, the more he thought about it the less tempting the 4th direction was..so armor unit it was and hope for the best. A faint hint of a grin as his eyes narrowed to slits.

"Spotted them. As suspected they heared us, moving toward ..you (name) "
"Well...here we were hoping they would take the easy way " a soft laugh as he stopped trying to rush at the house and waited for them instead, checking his gun and the new type of bullets that have been rushed up to them. Lifting it he switched to infrared and waited for them to get into range. Birdy gets the pellet and the kid gets the tranq ...didn't want to accidently mix that up
