"NOOOOOO!" They were coming up on the ramp with so much speed that Amonee started flipping out. It was just so incredibly scary! He tried to scramble out of the sled in fear but it was too late.
They were already flying off!

Elidae was pretty excited to be able to participate in such a fun game! She didn't even mind the 'yellowblood' boy taking charge; she'd do her best to follow his lead. She got into the bobbing position, allowing him to take off at whatever speed he wanted but-
"Ehh!? Too fast, TOO FAAAAST! Elidae shrieked as they came up to a turn, trying her best to slow it down but definitely failing to do so. He just went straight for it at full speed! Admirable, but whoa!

Was he-- They were on their way to the ramp and Amonee was flailing and not even trying?!!?! "GOGDAMNIT AMONEE?!?!" Austri screamed, giving him a terrifying glare reserved for only the strongest of threats. "Just STAY THERE! And don't move~!!!!" She screamed, tilting her shift into a better position, ending it in a rather good twirl.

Whoops. The sled was definitely off balance from his earlier zeal and he eased up on pushing the speed until they were under control again. Cerpin didn't want to piss off Elidae, she was still bigger than him and could throw him out if he messed this up.
"Ahaha, my bad! We'll go slower." He grinned sheepishly but his eyes still had that crazed spark in them that said 'WIN'. He was a troll with ambition and he was going to get his hands on a trophy somehow!

With the slowed speed, Elidae finally was able to sync up to her partner. "Great job! We're doing so well! Hehe!" She cheered as they were now perfectly synced! Hurray!

"Now I'll try to stop it!" Tevini yelped as they landed and veered towards the target. She very much needed to be in charge of the brakes as she didn't trust any seadweller to know when to stop. It wasn't in their nature.

Austri didn't got this, she didn't got this at all. A loud scream fell out of her mouth, as she lost control of their twirling, green tears bubbling up at the edge of her eyes. This was terrible!!

This was so fun! He loved the adrenaline rush of flying incredibly fast down the course. Cerpin hoped Elidae was enjoying it too but it probably wouldn't last given his tendency to dash headfirst into things as fast as possible. Hopefully that wouldn't be a tree.
"We're the freaking BEST!" He grabbed one of her hands and raised it to the sky in some kind of boastful risky dangerous cheer.

"Careful now!" She was crying, he was crying. This whole experience was really stressful! Who knew bobcurling was such an emotional activity? Gog, he felt really bad making her so upset but all they could do was keep going!
