Tri moved past Zira giving Ree a warning look as he looked between the...demon? child and Hexx-Ash, watching them interact with hint of confusion. It almost looked like tha Malice cared, then again she was draining herself not to die so that might just be the major factor.
He frowned as Ash called his name, taking a step closer as he glanced toward Leukros, keeping Zira's warning in mind. They needed to take Hexxis back asap but the protective stance of the other child, why was one doing here anyways?, garnered his respect.
"I'm here" he said quietly glancing at Ash before looking back at Leukos. "She needs medical help...will you let us take her so sh-"

There was no warning, Ree tried to lift Leukos and throw him against the nearest window as he rushed toward Hexxis, slamming Tri back toward Zira with a blast as well.His control over his powers shaky from everything that had happened earlier and he was winding down. However, they were going to talk while she died, didn't they see that?! His two light artifacts appeared and disappeared as he crouched down by her and attempted to heal if he made it.(healing: two light artifacts: lvl 6)

Mara shook her head a faint smile touching her lips as she sigh and looked toward the papers. "A Colonel? Something about a Parley with someone named Zaku who is a leader of some Renegades... Nothing I remember " she sighed reaching out the nudge some of the papers many which were classified but she didn't even know.It also wasn't excatly true memories of blood a screaming accompanied the mention of Zaku...followed by bounties and a picture of a pink haired man in specific. There were other ones a black hair women as well but that didn't have anything to do with things now right? "As for you I ...hm sorry. I don't remember anything. Why don't you tell me? Maybe it will help me remember as well " she smiled tiredly, feeling a little better now that there weren't so many people in the room but at the same time...sigh.

Leukos had relaxed slightly as it was confirmed that the black-haired meta was Tri, the one that Ashral had mentioned coming for her, but why was the other one attacking them. He didn't understand. "She said you would co-..." he had been so distracted that he was easily thrown to the side suddenly, slamming against the edge of the window sill and falling to his hands and knees, coughing. "..a-Ashral!!" he screamed, as Ree made a move for her, throwing Tri as well.
He was shaking in anger now, "They already tried that!! You're going to kill them both!!! STOP!!!" he was thrown into a sheer panic, scrambling to his feet as he tried to move back quickly.
Zira didn't move from her position as she braced against Tri to dampen his impact against her. "Ree... calm down." she instructed softly. She narrowed her eyes, calculating.
Ashral barely had time to react as she watched Leukos be thrown from her, extending her free hand out to him slowly, a concerned look on her face. Not even realizing that Ree had approached as pain washed violently over her body, she let out of scream as she threw her head back and arched slightly, closing her normal eye and clenched her teeth hard as she tried to bare the pain. Though, it was just too much as she threw her head back slightly and began to scream more, kicking her legs as she panicked. Forcing her eyes open, she reached up and grabbed Ree by the throat with the hand that had been rested on her stomach. "..you want to help her... then so be it!" she shoved the words through her teeth as she glared hard at him, concentrating the best she could within the waves of immense agony from his healing. Her hand began to give off a faint glow as Ashral tried to only give away enough of the injuries she had to bring Hexxis further from the edge [Wound Transferal].
He stopped just a few feet away from them as Ashral reached to Ree. "Ashral, wait!" he called out, unsure of what to do. He couldn't attack, they were too close together. "Leave Ash alone!!!!..... please!" he looked distraught about the situation. Closing his eyes, he summoned fire into both his hand. "GET AWAY FROM HER RIGHT NOW!!!" he yelled angrily, opening his eyes, threatened by tears, as he took a step toward Ree.

The name itself was enough to make her frown and she looked away to sigh. Mara suggested she tell her about their relationship. Melody looked to her again and nodded. "Yeah." she agreed, collecting her thought to explain how she even got there. "My name.. is Melody Heart. I used to live at the sanctuary with Professor Rhun and Leukos." she then shook her head, that information wasn't very important, so she continued with something more relevant. "I was shot during a scuffle to capture Andy. When I woke up here you told me about my parents... You thought it was Andy and Rasiel the Killer. Though, it doesn't really matter much anymore. At that time, Andy was taking me to see someone who'd be my new dad. Zaku. You said that they were probably trying to recruit me to the renegade to replace Leukos' mom." she frowned a bit more. "You told me how you and your group were trying to bring back diplomacy and show that everyone can co-exist. You told me how the renegade had been pushing to start another war and you wanted to stop them. Being that my parents are both in the renegade helping cause all the problems and killing people... I ask to join you. I wanted to help. I wanted to protect others." she blinked solemnly, hoping anything she did stirred memories in Mara. That had been their entire interaction thusfar, being that they hadn't interracted much after that. "I.. never really had parents... I was always kind of an orphan.... but you made me feel wanted. I really like you, Mara. So I'm hoping that you get better. I'll do anything to help you if I can." she smiled weakly, slightly shy in her own way as she squeezed Mara's hand again.

Ree clenched his teeth and closed his eyes as he kept on healing, not sensing anything that would cause her such distress. He "saw" her pain receptors fire off randomly all over the place for no reason and after a second he ignored with a rising sense of guilt as he went for the most damaged area first, letting the energy flow to where it was most needed.
As he worked he almost didn't feel the smaller fingers touch his throat, until they grabbed him nearly blocking off his airway with their sudden strength. He tried to pull away but barely moved,his own power combined with the boost of the two artifacts was quickly draining into Hexxis's body.
"Let...g-"
Second later he started to scream as the skin on his side started to split while the same wound started to heal on Hexxis. The same happened to the rest as he screamed with sudden new pains while his mind was jumping around reaching injures that suddenly disappeared and he could feel it on himself. Maybe he deserved this....for flipping the car with her inside..for not thinking of what might have happened. ""A...ll" he whimpered softly barely feeling the healing connection between him close as he ran out of energy, slumping against her arm as he finally passed out.

Tri gasped softly as he was shoved back against Zira, taking more than a moment to remember to breath with how bad it was. It was even worse he he finally turned his attention back to what was happening.
"Ree! Get away from her " he yelled, pausing only when he heard the other child say the same holding fire in his hands. Glancing back at Ree and Hexxis in a panic, both screaming in pain as they did ... Something, he couldn't tell if they were trying to kill each other or not..but if the other child set them on fire....Ree's feathers could quite make it a bonfire.
"Zira...I can't tell. If they are trying to kill each other other ..stop them?" As he looked to Leukos, his own shadow raising up and moving to pause in front of the fire holding child but not touching him yet. (Shadow touch )

Mara stared quietly at Melody as flashes of memory came with some of the names. A poster of Rasiel the killer...some paper that was important... Andy, her poster ....angry ..confused....then another meta? Red and black eyed. A shiver ran through her as that memory opened up. "Kage..." She whispered softly then shook her head focusing on Melody and the nagging feeling that was something wrong with this. Zaku....that was one part of the puzzle that felt like it connected somewhere but she couldn't remember how, was it part of the renegades trying to recruit Melody?
"We are? I am? " she blinked and chuckled. "Sorry ...it just seems so strange, I barely understood most of what you said but it almost sound like //I'm a dreamer//have high hopes. " she shook her head " I like you too, and you're so cute, hopefully I remember soon so I'm less in a hazy and more in ..how you expect me to be" she said with a smile messing up Melody's hair before pausing. "No disrespect but shouldn't you be more protected? Wouldn't they be trying to get you back? I mean ...I kind of like you being here. You're a little more easier to talk to the the others but not if you are at risk .... " she looked worried, even if she said she was an orphan...wouldn't they have tried to get her back? "

/They are...healing her./ she responded with a slight hint of confusion. She didn't exactly understand what the purpose of it all was. /Ashral is hurt by the healing and decided to use Hexxis' power to transfer some of the wounds to Ree. Ree has every intent of taking it all, however./ she then looked at Leukos. /The boy is confused. Zaku, Lucian, and Andy had healed Hexxis the best they could under time constraints. Leukos helped Andy jump start Hexxis' heart by awakening Ashral to take over. Andy wanted to take Hexxis with them, but Zaku told her Hexxis belonged with SIU. They've been waiting for you specifically to come get her./ she explained, pulling from Leukos' thoughts now that he wasn't listening to music to block her out anymore.
Ashral's breath was weak as the body threatened to kick her out again from all the stress being place on it from healing. She glared at Ree through pained eyes, trying not to scream out again in pain as her body recoiled on its own in defense. Still keeping a firm grip on his throat she closed her eyes, tears surfacing as she forced her voice out weakly, "...fine.." Ashral released her restraint on the power and let him take all of her injuries. Not that it would matter to her much, though it would end up greatly shortening the time she'd have to be in control before Hexxis could wake up on her own again. "....leukos.. don't.." she whispered lightly then let go as Ree's healing faded and the wounds had been transferred. She felt weak, as she pulled back her arm, letting Ree fall against her. Ashral then wrapped her arms around him breathing heavily, exhausted, struggling to stay in control, to stay awake. "...you're the worst kind of idiot....... i hate you..." she muttered faintly as she raised a hand, a glimmer of an image in her hand that faintly looked like a sword. Unsheathed and ready to stab Ree through the back. Astral strained and the image flickered and faded as her hand dropped to the floor, too weak to continue. She layed there against the wall with Ree laying on her as she tried her best to steady her breathing now that the pain had subsided.
Leukos hesitated as a shadow formed up in front of him, he glared at it ready to attack but then heard Ashral call to him. He looked at her, pain in his eyes as paused then extinguished the flame. He stood there watching as then they both slumped over quietly. "Ashral!" he took a step forward in panic but stopped, looking up at the shadow, conflicted on what to do.

Melody nodded and smiled, "You sounded pretty inspiring to me when we talked... you were really nice to me.." she then blinked and looked away embarrassed a bit as she was called cute. "..uhm.. well.. I think I'd like you either way..." she admitted then looked out into the room, frowning as Mara talked of her protection. "They tried once. But I fought back and they left because you all protected me. I don't know if they will come back for me again. Andy did leave without me... So maybe they gave up." she swallowed hard at the implication her own mother had now abandoned her. Tears were threatening her eyes. "It's okay... I'd rather stay here with you, Mara. I don't want to go back to where I was... I was unhappy... though I wish Leukos was here too... I'm sure he's at least looking for me still..." she wiped her face of any stray tears that might have escaped then sighed. "You said you'd help me get stronger so I could help fight." she then looked to Mara, her eyes starting to look a lot more hopeful now, "I'm glad that you like me here.... this is the only place I've ever felt wanted... and that's thanks to you. I chose to stay. I want to stay. If... that's still okay..."

Tri didn't have time to respond as he lunged forward, hand extended trying to stop Ashral from bringing down the barely form blade into Ree's back. He came a foot short as Ashral dropped her hand to the side but he didn't care, he dug his fingers into Ree's wings, grabbing feathers and bone and sharply attempted to pull the other Archangel out of Ashral's grasp.
His own shadow faded away as he turned all his focused on the newly healed Malice, seeing only exhaustion and pain on Hexxis face. He grimaced as his own wound sent a stab of pain as he attempting to pull Ree further away, trying not to move to her as well and check on her! Since she looked much much worse. Why were they both crazy?
"What ....just happened" he said softly, not sure why Ash didn't finish stabbing Ree not sure what Ree just did to Ash....not quite sure of anything other than if this was a trap they had fallen into it quite easily. With that thought he turned his attention quickly to the other child, eye narrowing slightly.

Mara looked surprised "Well I don't have any problem with you staying. At least not that I can remember" that almost made her smile, almost. "If I told you I will make you stronger then I hope I can ..." Memories flashing thought but not related to memory. "How about this, for now you can be my little guide until Kae comes back?" Sounding hopeful, having something steady would be good and if they were going to protect her from those who tried to take it..it was better if they stayed near each other? She wasn't sure what she could do but it was obvious she at least knew how to shoot. Maybe that would be enough for both of them.

The moment the shadow faded, Leukos ran to Ashral's side just after Ree was pulled away from her. He put his hands on her shoulders and looked over her, noticing the injuries she had inflicted were gone. Reflexively he lifted her shirt a bit and saw that wound was gone to. Leukos seemed confused as he turned his head to Tri and Ree quickly. "He healed her.... But how?"
Ashral strained a bit as she attempted to sit up better, too weak to do much now. "I let him..." she stated simply. She shifted her eyes to Tri and gave a careless smile as she closed her eyes, "Be grateful I'm around. Hexxis would be gone forever if it weren't for me... Even so, I'm still keeping her alive right now. She won't be able to wake up on her own for a few days.." she forced her smile into a devious grin, opening her eyes to look at him. "So you're stuck with me for a while." she looked to Leukos and her face softened, "It's okay, Leukos, I'm fine. Ree had me transfer all my injuries to him..." she spoke calmly, not underlining with ulterior motives as usual, like a normal person. She looked to Ree and sighed, "...so Ree... he must be very important to you..... he's at least very noble..." she spoke idly, not really meaning anything by it. "About now... is where I would reintroduce the idea of a contract... and try to tempt you into it...... but not only is it already implied by these events,... I'm too tired to try to convince you right now. So you'll just have to do with talking to me." she half-explained. Taking another deep breath and leaning her head back as she looked up at the ceiling. "Tri...let's go home..."
/I'm unclear on where to begin with your question. In regards to this incident it started with Kylar making an attempt at escape with captive Blaise and with Andy. During their leave, they kidnapped Hexxis hoping to use her to prevent SIU from attacking them. That backfired, however, when I was instructed by Ree to slash the tires and cut the under carriage of the vehicle she was in during a high-speed chase to retrieve her. It was apparently clear that no one had anticipated that it would flip the car. Blaise chose to save Hexxis by taking the brunt of the damage from the wreck instead of trying to save Andy. I then made a move to obtain Hexxis despite there being no vital signs detected from her. I was halted by Blaise who removed my arm in the altercation. She passed off Hexxis to Andy hoping that Andy would be able to heal her back to life. Then Kage shifted the blame to Ree which has filled him with such immense guilt for killing her./ she shifted her eyes to look at Leukos. /He is a very weak telepath likely due to age, Lucian's son, and has a power that attracts and calms spirits. From what I can see through him, Andy brought Hexxis here, where she, Lucian and Zaku all worked together to heal her of most of the more major wounds from the wreck in the short time they had to do so. Andy then used electricity to jump start her heart while Leukos used his power to summon Ashral to help her heart start beating again. Hexxis' soul is far too weak to keep her own heart beating at this time as Ashral is the one doing it for her right now. Zaku instructed the renegade leave her here since she belongs with SIU, emphasizing she is apart of SIU's members and not a possession by the facility. Leukos stayed behind to care for Ashral and wait with her for your arrival to come take her back. You know what happened from the moment you have arrived as you talked to Ashral and Leukos. Ree panicked thinking that Hexxis was still dying while you both idly talked and made a move to heal her unaware of how it would hurt her. Instead, Ashral decided to use the same ability Hexxis used to heal you, but reversed it to give her injuries to Ree. She only intended to give him part, but his guilt for being the cause of her death and injuries made him ask her to give him all of the injuries. She obliged. That is where we are now./ she then looked to Tri again. /Is there anything else you would like to know?/ she asked, her face deadpan and emotionless, standing there in the doorway staring at the scene.

Melody smiled brightly. "Really? I'm so happy!" she exclaimed quietly. She then nodded, "Right! I'll help you remember everything!" she was enthusiastic now. Placing a finger to her lips, she thought for a moment. After a few seconds, her face brightened up again. "I know! It's a game that Leukos and I used to play!.. well, it'll be a little different. Go through the alphabet, for each letter, think of a word starting with that letter of a memory that you can remember. It will probably help as a... succession?... I mean, if you connect different memories together by a common theme, it should be easier to remember, right? So.. an alphabet. That's pretty easy to use as a common theme..." she was trying to remember how things like that worked. It helped that she had been raised in a facility that had a lot of emphasis on science and biology. "In the mean time, I'll look for some kind of planner or something.. maybe just seeing dates and what you were doing before today and what you will be doing in the next few days, might help you remember too!" she offered then began to rummage around her things for a planner, diary, journal, notes, to-do lists, anything that would help. Anything that Mara might have missed finding in her own search for information around her room.

Tri narrowed his eyes at Ashral and pulled Ree up to where Zira was, listening and watching as Leukos went up to the Malice without fear....almost caring. He grimaced as Ree's aura hit him and he waited a few seconds trying to calm his heart down again. The look in his eyes harden as he reached down to pull up Ree's shirt until he could see skin, feeling faintly sick as he saw the myriad of bruises and start of blood starting to pool through the stab wound//Stupid.....StupidSTUPID//. Hexxis had been worked on and stitched and had a malice to help...Ree was drained and who knows when help would come. Lowering the shirt he finally let go of Ree's wing and strightened feeling blood starting to trickle down his own back as he forced himself to ignored it.
"Leukos" he said quietly focusing on the de-no cambion, while hearing Ash plead with Hexxis voice and wondering if she knew how sane she sounded in that moment. Whether from the child's abilities or herself he wasn't sure. The malice was keeping Hexxis alive...Zira confirmed it just now...meaning he could not put the restraints back on without killing Hexxis.
//thank you// not sure if Zira could hear him but he added a sense of gratefulness along with it. Information was power, and having been kept in the dark through out all of this he was only now able to start putting together the pieces. Even if some things didn't make much sense like Zaku and Lucien knowing Hexxis was part of SIU ...had a malice...and still healed her while leaving Lucien's son as well? A good will geasture due to the parley? Assuming everything Zira had picked up was true...that was a very useful skill...one he needed right now. If he could keep Ash ....sane as she was now then there might still be a chance they could all live while helping her.
"Why did you stay behind? It seems your father and his friends knew we were coming for her, so why are you here instead of with them " he said quietly, his ears perking as he heard the soft rumble of cars then the familiar hum of a one of the prototype armor (Electric sense) and let out a breath of relief.

Mara look thoughtful "worth a try " she said slowly, reluctantly but sat down on the edge of the bed watching her hunt around. There maybe piece of paper with random numbers some notes that made no sense out of context but that was mostly it. There were at least about two tablets a laptop her phone ...anything like that would have likely been placed on an electronic.
"Let's see...A ......Ametrine " she smirked faintly "B .....blood. C... Cat. D...dragon. E...envelope" she slowly started making her way down the line as more and more memories started appearing causing her to slow down ..even clench her teeth in anger. "K:Kage L:limo M:murderer N: victim numbers O: operation, P: Parley, Q:Quentin, R: Races, S:situation, T: train, U: universal danger, V: Vesrical ,W: wanted, X:......exterminated, Y: ...why? Z: Zaku " by the end of it she was clenching her hands into fists, keeping her eyes closed as memories just started to unveil, revealing more and more of herself. "Damn it Kage " she whispered, her head just one pounding pain.

Leukos looked to Tri as he spoke his name, then asked him why he stayed. The mention of his father made his eyes narrow. "My father doesn't know I stayed behind. Not that he probably cares." he explained, his tone showing spite for his father. "I stayed for her. I wanted to make sure she was okay.. In case you didn't come. She reminds me of someone I'm looking for. And I wont find her staying with them." Leukos looked back to Ashral, thinking for a moment. "...but you guys are the enemy of the renegade, right?" he paused, placing his hand back into Ashral's, seemingly to comfort her. "Let me come with her..." he requested, his eyes focused on Asheal completely now. A look of determination on his face that faded into a frown. "Okay, maybe not.. it might just cause problems... Because I'm his son. But I want nothing to do with him.. Or renegade.. I just want to find Melody. That's all I ever cared about. And I guess if I cant find her, maybe I can just.. Help Ashral...... I don't know." he sighed, he wasn't sure what to do anymore. He was now at a loss of words as he just stayed kneeled next to her, just making sure she was okay.
Ashral sat silently watching Leukos talk to Tri. She didn't move until Leukos put his hand in hers, looking down at their hands, then resting her head back against the wall, just allowing it to be. She seemed so tired, so calm. She merely waited for them to finish their conversation so hopefully they could take her back to SIU. She desperately wanted to sleep, but knew she would not be allowed that luxury for now. Not until Hexxis could take over on her own again.
Zira nodded her head slowly as she was thanked. Then she thought for a moment. /If you are concerned for Ree taking the wounds, you could possibly ask Ashral to take back some of the injuries. It's not like Ree is conscious enough to object. It is a possibility. Just a suggestion./

Melody frowned as she couldn't find too much, maybe a few passworded electronics, but that would do no good if Mara couldn't remember the passwords. She idly listened to Mara move through the alphabet. She had been coming up with her own words in her own mind reflexively as she followed along each letter. 'Z: Zaku' she thought in unison with Mara's words as she perked up at the coincidence of thinking of the same word.... name. She noticed Mara was looking tense, angry even. Melody slowly moved back to Mara. "..Mara?..... Do you remember more now?..... Are.. you okay?" she looked slightly worried for Mara's well being as she seemed to be in pain now.

They may or may not know he was inside and with his phone in Kae's care they wouldn't be calling or using the Comm encase it alerted those inside. //Or kill her. Ree is bigger than her and still healthy so that might give him more of a chance. Also as cold as it may seem, I don't want Ashral gaining more leverage . // he said with a glance at Ree then back Leukos // Is he sincere?// going through with his decision anyways, even if the child was a plant he might be the only thing keeping Ashral calm...other than lack of energy.
"Melody is with us" he said quietly his voice taking on a tinge of cold. "We can let you see her if you help us with Ashral." He motion to Hexxis, wanting to go to her but also knowing it wasn't her. "Later we will talk about what it means being Lucien's son and what you might be prepared to do if you wish to stay with us...with Melody and Hexxis" he said with a slight nod to the Ash as he lifted his hand and activated the comm. "Trisuri here.Area is clear. Only people found " feeling a twinge of guilt not doing the check himself but he had to start trusting didn't he? " Hexxis is currently alive, restraints off. Malice in control but ... Calm. Currently keeping host alive. Second person found. renegade member...Child, will be coming back with us, is to stay with the Malice. One injured, Ree. Will need transport back to base and emergency care. Zaku and Lucien highly suspected to have recently left from the (color) home...so you might want to wander in wish care " he sigh and waited, hearing one of Mara's teammates mutter something as they confirmed still spreading out as two open the door. "Leukos. Stay calm " he said warningly as humans entered the house heading toward them with guns drawn to confirm and take them.

"Yes. I am going to kill him " she muttered, one hand to her head as she opened her eyes to glare at Melody before shutting it. Her head hurt and glaring at the only person in the room who .....well really wanted to work with her....wasn't a good start. She took a breath "Yes, I remember .. I hope" not sure how much was still forgotten..not sure how much she was compromised. It had only taken Kage a sentence to put into Andy's mind that she loved him....well she stil hated him so that was good? "Melody ....can you give me my phone?" She said trying to keep her voice soft and even as she dug her fingers into the comforter.

/I'm certain Ashral would be aware of how much Hexxis or herself could handle it if came down to her taking back any injuries. However, it is a valid point that Ashral may gain more leverage that way./ she then looked to Leukos as the same time as Tri and then back to Tri once more and nodded. /Yes. The boy is sincere. It seems that he harbors a hate for his father for never being there for him, and when he was there, he drove Melody away.. the one person he seems to consider family. He has no emotional ties to his father./ Zira remained still, standing there, just watching silently.
His eyes widened in surprise and immense relief as Tri told him they had Melody. He didn't even consider in that moment whether she was their ally or a prisoner. He didn't care, he needed to see her. He nodded with determination. "Yes. I'll help." he glanced down to Ashral, squeezing her hand lightly, not breaking his eye contact as he spoke again. "That's fine. We can talk, make deals, whatever it takes. If Melody and Ash-.. Hexxis... are with SIU, then I'll gladly swear my loyalty to you." his voice was strong and unwavering as his mind was absolutely made up about it. As Tri mentioned the restraints, he looked down at them on the floor next to them. "Hey Ashral... Do you have enough strength to handle having the inhibitors on?" he asked, placing his free hand on the restraints.
Ashral had been in and out of the conversation, concentrating on staying awake. As Leukos said her name, she shifted her eyes slowly to him. She seemed to think for a moment then gave a short, slow nod of her head. "......yes." she said calmly she looked to the inhibitors, back to Leukos then sighed.
Leukos continued to stare at Ashral as he nodded again and picked up the restraints and placed the larger one around her neck. Moving slowly, cautiously, being wary of her hesitancy as he clasped the collar around her neck. Leukos frowned at the sight of her collared but understood why it was needed. He then put the bracelets back on, her arms too weak to do anything but comply to his will, not that she was even fighting him in the slightest. He then put his hand back in hers and looked to Tri as he instructed him to stay calm. Leukos tensed as humans with guns came in but felt Ashral squeeze his hand. Looking at her, she gave him a nod and that was all he needed to take a deep breath and force himself to relax before he'd glow again. Remaining normal, he held fast to Ashral and awaited instruction.

Melody nodded slowly, "I'm glad that you remember... " she said softly. She took a hesitant step forward then stopped as Mara glared at her. Hearing Mara ask for her phone she nodded again, a bit more determination in her face this time. "Right!" she exclaimed lightly as she retrieved the phone and handed it to Mara. Melody stayed close to her this time, reaching up to grab the edge of her shirt a bit. "Who are you going to call?" she asked, forcing herself to not be scared of the situation, of Mara's anger, even though she was already flinching at any sudden movements displayed by Mara, as though she had been the casualty to someone's anger once before.

//swear loyalty to them..is what you mean// he thought tiredly, watching with only a hint of suprise as Leukos managed to convince Ash to put on the restraints before the humans entered.He assumed that it would interfere with Ash keeping Hexxis alive other wise he would have pushed for it as well. Still, it made him feel better seeing them on her.
Biting back a retort as one of them stepped on Ree's wings he waited until they got into position, guns aimed at Hexxis and Leukros. "Satisfied? " he said blankly as Mara's teammate entered in full armor, passing Zira with barely a glance. They should have been the first to enter not the other way around, but Kage and Andy's first outing together really scared most of them and -that-was only with an aura. He wouldn't be surprised if a few resigned in the following weeks....until then he couldn't excuse either that they were better equipped to handle metas than the people who went before them.
"That one needs a collar" the voice was angry.
"If he wasn't the only thing keeping the Malice from happily stabbing all of you. As she did Ree" he motioned to the other meta on the ground, stretching the truth because he didn't even care for any of this now. It wasn't the time for them to realize they didn't only have a problem with the metas but also within the human ranks as well.
"......Fine, you take responsibility for any trouble that happens. Get them in." he snapped before looking at the other, always keeping an eye on the two little "children".
Tri just nodded slightly watching as Ree was moved to the side. Wanting to stay there until they moved hm into the car, but he couldn't not this time. "Let go" he said to Zira, Leukos and Ash. Moving to the Malice and reaching down to grab both her wrists with one of his hands before lifting her up. Sweeping Leukros forward with one of his wings he lead the way, blood dripping slightly from saturated area of his shirt.

Mara watched her silently as she picked up and phone and returned it to her. //huh...// as she noticed the flinch and just took the phone calmly, unlocking it before calling. "A headless chicken...." She muttered, feeling Melody grab on to her sweater and made no movement to pull away. After a pause she correct "my second in command. " clarifying as she reached out as to absently pat her head, actually watching her reaction, unable to get more angry than she was now, as she waited, her head pounding, wanting to know what was happening now and smooth what ever Kae had been telling them. How the elf managed to make her way up so high without actually being human or in the military she had no idea....was she passing off as another branch? That could be a possibility...she didn't even have -time- to sit down down with a long talk with her and already she was indebted who knows how many times.
