FLIPPIN HEY! Fierce narrows her eyes at the vibrant dancing acha outside this booth. Watching others walk away with prizes, and occasionally worse things. Snorting as she brushes past her, determined to win. "I don't believe in luck, but I'll play your game." Fierce was sure there was some trick to this shell game, she just had to be careful about how she played. Fierce prances in place when she finds that she's won, turning again to grin at the acha over the purple buck with the shells "Hah! I beat your little game, no luck needed." Fierce makes sure to thank the dark buck for the prize, he doesn't seem nearly as loud as his partner. Taking her three tokens and sauntering off. "I'll be sure to come back tomorrow." Maybe she'd tell others, after all, the game had been fun.

FLIPPIN HEY! Web liked lingering. The fiery orange acha fascinated him. So when the new day rolled around, he came back to chat her up, but found himself playing again. "Ah, I've won three tokens." He smiled. "So who's idea was it for everyone to be a winner?"

FLIPPIN HEY!
Fair Hunter wasn't much for playing the games as she was running her booth alone, but as she headed away from her fishing pond for a snack break, the shell-flipping booth was a real distraction. She watched a few kin, then picked a shell herself. There were no tokens under it, but there was a delicious squirrel. Well, half a squirrel. It was just at that stage where it was perfect for eating but hadn't gone off yet. She nodded in appreciation at the purple buck who seemed to be running the place, then horked it down. Mmmmm, delicious.

FLIPPIN HEY! False Light was wondering the booths and stopped by this one. She looked up the mechanics of the game and saw she had a higher chance of winning...something from this game. Narrowing her eyes she looked at the kin of the booth and nodded her head, to say she wanted to play. Tossing the bag, it landed on the outer part of the board. The kin gave her her token she won, picking it up, and left.

FLIPPIN HEY! Emerald steps up to the booth, looking around nervously. "You haven't seen a pink buck with cream swirls, have you?" she asks, absently flipping over a shell.
Glancing down at her win Emerald smiles, under the shell was a token and a pretty sparkly stone, the colors of sunset swirled through it. Surely Seashell won't be mad if he catches her now, not only has she won a token but she's got another treasure for him, one unlike any he's already got. She should know, havin kept his hoard in order since she was a foal. "Thank you!" she says to the two kin, scooping up her prizes.

PRIZE DELIVERIES! (Sorry for the double-quotes, everyone!) Can You blew a raspberry at the green, striped doe. "You're lucky I don't shove my hoof up your -"
Suddenly a rock clattered against her scales, and she turned to glower at the purple buck in the back."Thass a step too far, missy," he called to her, shaking his head. "We're runnin a famerly friendly event here!"The acha grinned as that cute yellow kimeti rolled up again. Maybe he wanted to make this a thing? She could get behind that, at least for now.
"Ehhh, it was his idea first," she said, tossing her head at her cohost. "But he wanted everyone to win something nice. Where's the fun in that? So I convinced him to throw in a few duds, spice it up a little. Originally, I wanted it to be even odds to get something nasty, but that was too much for him. He's way too nice," she added with a disdainful sniff. She looked away from mr. yellow as a cute little white and red acha asked if she'd seen someone."Ahhhm, pink and cream, pink and cream... Was he a kimeti, with some greeny-blues on him? Mighta been here yesterday, won himself a real stinker. You lookin for him?"

FLIPPIN HEY! This was Partner's kind of place. Busy, crowded, loud. Everyone had their attention the games or their hosts, which meant he had plenty of time to slink around snagging whatever goodies he could get his hooves on. Granted, so far he'd not really managed to snag anything. But he just needed the right opportunity! That's all. And this silly shell flipping game seemed like just the thing he needed. Other kin were already eyeing up some of the crudely made shells, trying to decide which to flip. While the hosts were distracted with their current players, Partner crept up to the shell farthest away from the acha and her kimeti co-worker and flipped it over. Three tokens sat underneath. Not exactly something shiny, but he knew it was the market's currency so maybe it could get him something shiny later. Scooping up the tokens, he quickly glanced to the hosts and made sure they were still distracted before attempting to flip over another shell.

"Uhh sort of..? Thanks." Emerald replies, only just stopping herself from spilling out the whole truth. She's got a feeling this doe would rat her out if her father should return. Giving the doe a worried smile, Emerald turns and trots off.

FLIPPIN HEY! Call of the Wild had been meandering about the booths for some time now, trying to decide whether or not to play. Some booths looked enticing, but too risky for her; especially that fighting one. She wasn't nearly adventurous enough for that, despite her draw to the possibility of winning.
But when she spotted the shell-flipping game, she figured that was a good amount of risk. Even though there was an element of chance, there was no risk of danger or injury (aside from the possible shell full of thorns like that poor kin a few moments ago...). But she could deal with some scratches. They'd be like battle scars! Right?
After carefully considering all of the shells, she selected one and hesitantly flipped it over. Perhaps most disappointing of all, the shell was empty! Of course. She offered the purple kin a sheepish smile and thanked him before turning to leave with a sigh. Hey, at least she'd tried!

FLIPPIN HEY!"I'm back," Distant Tidings announced quite unnecessary, giving the blazing Acha who had mocked him so a hard sort of look that was also quite obviously admiring, "obviously a glutton for punishment, as they say."
He peered ever so closely at shell after shell, but it was just as she'd told him the previous try: they were all close enough to the same, and, indeed, covered everything so completely, nobody – including him – could tell what they were getting until it was, as it were, much too late. He'd watched as other Kin had tried their luck – and there seemed a good number of lucky winners lately, truth be told – but could not discern a rhyme nor reason to the placement of prizes and pranks.
"Ah well, I did ask for it," he reached out to an unassuming looking shell and flipped –
Well.
It was.
A token.
That was it. Simply a single token. A smooth, brown pebble, now glistening in the sun. Rather suspiciously, he poked at it with a carefully raised hoof – but a token it remained.
"Well, that's almost anti-climactic, wouldn't you say?" he laughed, winking at the doe, "I'd almost been looking forward to the horrors that awaited me – but I'll not say no to a little prize. Thank you kindly, madam – this time!"
And off he went, balancing his two tokens on his nose.

FLIPPIN HEY! After stumbling into the mushroom booth, Dare Me was a little more cautious than he might have ordinarily been. Sniffing at the shells to be certain there weren't any unpleasant surprises in store for him, he chose one that seemed promising -- and found nothing beneath it. Ah well. There would be other days and other shells. Maybe he could look forward to less of a headache today.

FLIPPIN HEY! Poppymilk glances at the game with interest. It's her second day, and so far there seems to have been more winners of good prizes than bad. So, she decides to give it a try. Why not?
And...
Hey! A token! She smiles, pleased, and winks at the purpleish buck before she takes her prize and goes to see what else she can find for fun, today.
