Taking the paper from the girl, Fuukyu read it over, seeing his signature and seal of the village on the paper and nodded, handing it back to the girl, “Fair enough, then. Just remember that as a condition of you being given the land and tools needed to farm it, anything produced from the land, including livestock, beyond what your family needs for subsistence will come to the village to provide for the civilians and shinobi of Iwagakure. Also you’ll be expected to serve as a shinobi as well, though with reduced duties to leave you time to work the land.” With that all said, Fuukyu walked over to his desk, grabbing a map of the lands surround the village and a headband, handing the headband to Amira before saying “Alright, let’s head on out to the land, then.” As he headed for the door. (EXIT)
Igarashi sighed slightly looking away for a few moments not paying much mind to the people in the office. She must of been lost in thought for a very long time. Her ears perked up after hearing her uncles voice talk about livestock, of all things to pick up on and bring her back to the real world. Sitting down heavily into the chair next to her uncle she crossed her legs waiting to find out more of what was going on.
One of her tails slipped out from under her robe but quickly hid itself. Hoping nobody noticed she quickly re positioned herself on the chair and folded her arms across her chest. After a few mere moments she again was lost in thought she was always a daydreamer she couldn't help it. After a little longer of the chat she noticed her uncle had made a leave of the office. Perfect time to go searching his drawers and such for candy or something he always seemed to have tucked away.
She looked like a young child digging through each and every drawer in the office till she found the bag. Holding it up like the best worldly possession she could of ever owned she grabbed a candy out of it and popped it into her mouth. The delicious taste of strawberry filled her mouth as she felt like a kid again she sat on the floor behind the desk like a lil child sprawled out on the floor eating one piece after the other.
xxxxxxxxxxAmira smiled happily as Fuukyu accepted the fact she was there to gain farm land, but her smile faded a little when he spoke about the conditions. It didn't seem like too much of an issue, but it meant that she couldn't sell her items to the open market, and that her wares would be considered already bought by the Iwagakure market. She'd need to find another source of income if that was the case. Nodding once he finished his list of conditions, she followed after him to find out where exactly it was she would be living. After that, she had no idea what to do first. With a new village to explore, the field to begin working on and Shi-chan to once again seek out to inform about their living arrangements, she'd probably be busy well into the night.

“Aaaand here we are Flona!” Eagerly pointing in the direction of the Tsuchikage’s building Luna power-walked up to it. She admired it for only a split second before walking inside, so eager to get her headband and begin her training. She learned in the academy that she was quite the expert when it came to ninjutsu, so she definitely wanted to work on that first, but above anything else she wanted to form a squad, of course, that would come in time and besides, she needed to plan things out first. “Listen up Flona, we got to be respectful for now! We don’t know anything about the Tsuchikage other than he’s the head of the village! He’s probably gonna try and intimidate you and make you want to cry and give up being a shinobi, just be strong and follow my lead and everything should be just fine!”
Walking into the Tsuchikage’s building, Luna ran through it before arriving at the Tsuchikage’s office. “Here it is! Just remember everything I just told you and we’re gonna’ have our headbands in no time okay!?” Luna gave Flona a stern look, almost as though to say ‘don’t screw this up for me.’ Of course if anything, Luna would be the one who ran her mouth to the point of failure. Aggressively banging on the door, Luna screamed out as though to grab his attention. “My name is Luna Lorante and I’m here to get a headband with my friend Flona Historia! We’re Academy students about to become Genin!” After pounding on the door and screaming out an intro, Luna took a couple steps back and turned to Flona, “Someone told me you have to sound assertive so he knows how passionate you are about becoming a shinobi! What would you do without me Flona? Geesh!” Luna shook her head, almost in disbelief about how much she was going to have to teach Flona.

Making it back into the village was relatively easy since Flona knew her way around the spring area. Things weren’t too difficult to figure out anyways since they could’ve just followed the river back to the village as it was the primary drinking source for everyone here. As they got closer to the Tsuchikage’s office, Flona could hear Luna talking about it for a moment, something about how she was going to take the lead and get things done, which was perfectly fine with her. She didn’t have much to say about anything that was going to transpire. Besides, all she really wanted was her head band and to get out of here. She’d met the Tsuchikage before, only in a few of her lessons though about the previous Kages. If she was correct, he was an Akimichi clan member. “Okay I will be respectful…” Following closely behind, Flona made sure to give Luna some space in the event that she did something a bit crazy and relentless in order to get her headband, which honestly, Flona wouldn’t hold over her.
Her suspicions were right. When they got to the Tsuchikage’s door to his office, Luna began pounding away and screaming about headbands and introductions, this yelling forced Flona to cover her ears as to keep her head from ringing afterwards. She almost immediately began thinking to herself, ‘What kind of crazy person told you all this stuff!? What kind of crazy person would believe it!?’ After Luna took a couple steps back, Flona sighed, almost as though she knew the two of them were about to get in trouble for being so disruptive. Although, it would’ve be the first time Flona has gotten in trouble for something Luna had done. “I don’t know what I would do without you…” Flona sighed, ‘Probably get in a lot less trouble that’s for sure.’ If only she could say the things she wanted. She knew that arguing with Luna was pointless.

Iwagakure no Sato was still a pretty foreign location for Asuka, but it didn't take a Genius to figure out that the tallest, largest building located in the center of the village would be the Kage's domain. With her head tilted back, she gazed at the peak of the building towards the large window as the building itself towered over her, shadowing her entire being. It was rather intimidating. 'The Tsuchikage's building...' With a heave of her chest, Asuka took in a deep breath and exhaled. All of her training and hard work had led up to this moment; now was definitely not the time to start freaking out! The gentle smile on her face was suddenly forced to grow wider... perhaps in an effort to hide to her nervousness, as she took her first few steps into the building.
The ascent up the staircase provided her the time to regain her composure, and soon she was smiling just as casually as ever. She was looking forward to meeting the Tsuchikage, getting her headband, and finally becoming a Genin, thus allowing her train. These encouraging thoughts kept the knot in her stomach from getting any tighter, and she felt even more at ease once she reached the top of the staircase, seeing two familiar faces that she was unable to put a name to. Both girls, she had noticed at least once or twice while they were in the academy, while not actually having the pleasure of interacting with either of them. She was too shy, being the 'new girl' and all, preferring to keep to herself, and study as hard as she could. Asuka would approach the two from a distance offering a wave and a smile to acknowledge their presence, and would further introduce herself if either of them encouraged it.

Aw, the sweet satisfaction of being absolutely correct! “Yeah that’s right! You don’t know what you do without me! You’d probably be sitting out here waiting for him to walk by and maybe he would notice you but I’m helping us out!” After giving Flona a cheeky grin to show her satisfaction, she turned her attention to the stair case to see another girl walking up towards them. She looked familiar and around the same age. ‘Hm,’ Luna thought to herself, ‘I’ll bet she’s from the Academy she looks way too familiar and look at her, she’s obviously in here for a reason!’ Luna looked to Flona and pointed at the girl now in their presence. “Who’s she? I haven’t seen her before!” Luna pointed at the new girl who was waiting to enter the office as well, trying to figure out who she was and maybe Flona had the answers that she was looking for.
Perhaps she was just here to get a headband? Deciding that asking Flona was a waste of time, Luna decided to ask herself, “Hey what’re you doing here? Trying to get a headband huh?” Luna smiled, “What’re you good at? What’s your power? What’s your clan? What’s your age?” Luna nodded, “These questions are required if you want to become a Genin we all have to know it, right Flona?” Luna turned to Flona, hoping that she would back her up in this matter. It was mainly just Luna wanting to be nosey and know everything about the other potential Genin, after all, they would need a third member to their squad and Luna wasn’t about to look forever.

Flona smiled nervously as she listened to Luna’s tirade about how she was so useful, if only she knew how arrogant she seemed right now, but really, Flona was quite used to this by now. Once the barrage of compliments, (upon herself,) by Luna stopped, Flona couldn’t help but turn her attention in the direction that Luna was looking. Even though she talked so much, she was definitely a lot more aware of what was going on it seemed. Flona had no idea there was another shinobi in their presence. When Luna looked at Flona, Flona couldn’t help but slowly shake her head, “Sorry, I don’t recall…-“ As Flona thought about who the girl was and why she looked familiar, a familiar voice was heard as Luna picked up her barrage of words again, this time on the new shinobi in their midst. ‘Luna… What are you doing? Asking all that stuff isn’t right!’ Luna was nervous as she thought to herself in a panic. She wanted to tell Luna to stop but that would be impossible. Besides, Luna knew what she was doing half the time and odds are, there was a motive behind her harassment, one that Flona didn’t see right now. Instead of arguing when Luna sought her agreement, Flona simply nodded. Not wanting to speak up and say something that might mess up whatever Luna was trying to do. Flona turned to the young girl that looked around her age and bowed, trying to show respect while keeping her words to herself as not to mess up anything that might be happening in Luna’s madness.

The female closest to the door was the first to become aware of Asuka's arrival. She pointed at her, exclaiming that she had never seen Asuka before. Clearing her throat in preparation to speak, her feet shifted slightly in nervousness. Surely they both would be looking upon her now, silently judging her, a complete stranger among them. Her mouth opened, but she was quickly cut off by a multitude of questions. Her first couple of questions were answered... with a question. Asuka simply nodded in response, confirming that she was indeed here to get her headband. Yet, not even a mere minute before the girl had questioned Asuka, another volley of questions were asked. Her eyes glanced over at the redheaded female, called Flona. It was a pretty name, and unlike her friend here, she seemed a little more reserved.
Asuka tilted her upper body forward, bowing respectfully in return, to both Flona and her upbeat, and slightly more talkative comrade. She better speak now, before she lost her chance. Taking a step forward, she looked towards the two of them, standing straight, "I'm a weapons specialist, focused primarily on the Kenjutsu arts. M-my power? I don't really have one... or a clan. I'm as basic as a Shinobi can get, but I make up for that shortcoming with hard work and dedication. My name is Asuka Miyamoto, and I am twelve years old. It's a pleasure to meet you both, Flona and..." She answered each question in the order she asked, even offering her name. They would notice rather quickly that she wasn't from here, as her voice carried the strong accent of a Tetsu no Kuni native, but her words were easily comprehensible.

Luna brushed off most of what Flona did as she seemed to blend into the background at this point in Luna’s mind. However, Luna did grin when Flona nodded to her, reassuring Luna that all the questions being asked were important. When the girl told Luna that she was a Bukijutsu specialist, Luna lit up with joy. “Ahhhhh! A bukijutsu user hmm!?” Luna turned to Flona but pointed at Asuka, “Flona! Look a close-range fighter she’s the perfect candidate for our team!” Nodding, Luna continued, “I haven’t introduced myself have I!? Silly me! I’m fair maiden Luna Lorante of the non-existent clan here as well! I’m a ninjutsu specialist!” Luna did a simple pose before pointing to Flona and volunteering her information, “She’s a sealer so just ask her for seals and she’ll make them for you! She doesn’t talk much but that’s fine too! I know what she’s about to say so I say it for her so! She’s shy poor thing!” Luna laughed before pointing to the Tsuchikage’s door, “We’re waiting for this guy to give us our headbands so that we can get on with our training. I’ve got some ideas on how to work my ninjutsu with seals, right Flona!?”
Luna walked closer to the new girl and smiled, “Where have I seen you before? You look familiar… Oh wait! You’re twelve right!? Must’ve been the Academy! You’re one of those members that was quiet weren’t cha!? Yup I know my cliques, you must’ve been a loner?! Hmm!? I bet I’m right don’t bother answering.” Luna grinned, showing how omnipotent she could be with her head held high. She was quite confident she was right, although her belief came from arrogance and she really didn’t know for sure. “I’m surprised you don’t know Flona, she’s quiet too!” Luna nodded, happy with her deduction.

Listening to the new shinobi talk, Flona sighed, it was sad that she was answering all these questions that Luna bombarded her with, but then again, it just went to show how nice she was being by offering up all this information. She was twelve years old too though, that must’ve been how Flona found her familiar; she was another Academy Student? Taking note of her Bukijutsu specialty, Flona felt that maybe she would make a nice edition to their team, that is, if the Tsuchikage allowed the three of them to work together. Besides, it would be nice to work with people who were somewhat similar to her, in terms of not having a bloodline to rely upon or clan for that matter.
As Luna gave up information on Flona, Flona simply bowed, as though to say the information being provided was true. She didn’t mind that Luna was telling this new girl everything about herself since Asuka had given them information about herself, it would only be fair. That way, if they did start working together things wouldn’t be confusing later on. “It’s very nice to meet you Asuka…” Flona squeezed out her sentence in the background of all of Luna’s talking, trying not to interrupt but she didn’t want to forget her formalities amidst the chaos. After bowing once more, Flona turned her back to the new girl, facing it towards the door of the Tsuchikage’s office. She was ready to get her headband and was beginning to wonder if the Tsuchikage was even here to provide it.

Luna's sudden outburst of joy nearly caused Asuka to jump out of her skin. Quickly, she regained her composure as she suggested to Flona that she might just be the final piece to their team. Of course, Asuka wouldn't even consider it until she got Flona's approval. Taking note of their specialties, she did feel however that she would be capable of filling the void of what this duo lacked. The idea of being on a team with other clanless specialists brought a smile to Asuka's face. Luna went on, offering Flona's seals for use if she ever needed them, and that all she would have to do, is ask. Asuka couldn't help but let out a nervous chuckle, "Alright, but only with Flona's consent..." She smiled, looking in Flona's direction. If Luna was able to know what she'd say before saying it, then maybe she opted to stay quiet for that particular reason.
Asuka instinctively took a step back as Luna moved forward. She hadn't realized how much shorter she was compared to her own height, and she found it pretty rude to look down upon someone while speaking. "You're one of those members that was quiet weren't cha!?" Asuka attempted to respond, "Well, not-..." but Luna had more questions to ask. "Yup, I know my cliques; you must've been a loner?! Hmm!?" Taken aback, Asuka shook her head in protest, "N-no! I-..." It was no use, and poor Asuka's face flushed with heat, her eyes glancing to Flona as she spoke. "I bet I'm right. Don't bother answering." A comical sweatdrop appeared alongside her forehead, as she nodded slowly. 'Okay...' Asuka just held her tongue, not wanting to jeopardize a growing acquaintanceship.
Flona's words were barely audible amongst the chaos, but Asuka bowed back respectfully to let her know that she was noticed. Her eyes then looked beyond Luna, towards the Tsuchikage's door. How long has they been standing out here? Sure the Tsuchikage would've heard them by now, with Luna's help, no doubt. Yet, the door remained closed still, "...I wonder if the Tsuchikage has noticed visitors at his door." She scratched her head thoughtfully, looking at the closed entrance to the office.

Racing through the streets of Iwagakure, the clone made it back to the door to his tower, opening the door and rushing up the spiraling staircase towards his office. Anyway inside would hear the thunderous roar and feel the shaking as the 600 pound man ran up the stairs faster than almost anyone in the village could possibly track, back-peddling to stop at the top of the stairs as he heard voices near his door. Seeing the three girls outside his office, Fuukyu spoke with a loud chuckle, “Hi you three.. sorry, I went to take care of some other business and forgot to leave a clone to watch the office…” the massive man strolled past the genin and opened the office door “Come on in.”, walking in and across the room, ripping off a chunk of leftover boar as he past the pig and munching a bit. As he walked around behind his desk, he spotted Igarashi sitting on the floor, popping candies into her mouth, giving her a harsh stare, “What the hell, Rashi?!? I’m gone for a few minutes and you raid my snack stash??” Bending down, he flicked her in the shoulder, sending her rolling across the floor before he sat in his chair and faced the genin, “So, I’m assuming you’re all here for your headbands?” He’d say with a big smile on his face.
After having listened to what little that Flona had to say, Luna shook her head, “Well you’re going to be coming with us! Right Flona, she’d be great!” Luna nodded to herself before turning her attention to the Tsuchikage’s office along with Asuka. She was right, the tsuchikage was taking a bit longer than reasonable to answer the door. Maybe he wasn’t even in the office right now and they were just wasting their time? Sighing, Luna shook her head, “I bet he’s not even here! How else am I going to get my headband?! Uwah!” Luna was just about to turn around and leave when she felt vibrations rattling up the stairs towards the tsuchikage’s office. There was something heavy moving towards them rather quickly, almost as though it was in a hurry to get to the office. “Those vibrations! Flona do you feel that!?” Quickly turning her head to see what was coming, Luna let out a sigh of relief when she saw that it was just the Tsuchikage.
Even though he’d been out and about in the town, Luna couldn’t help but feel a bit upset that she was waiting so long for someone to give her a headband, not that it mattered because now she met a Bukijutsu user, the missing piece to the puzzle that was there team. After listening to his explanation on why he was gone, Luna pointed to herself and then to Flona before speaking, “Yeah! We’re here for headbands so we can start our training. I’m Luna Lorante and this is Flona Historia. We just graduated and are in some need of headbands so we can get to training, right Flona!?” Turning her attention to Flona, Luna nodded. “I hope you can provide them to us!” Luna was eager to begin her training and to get back on track with her route to becoming a shinobi.

Igarashi heard the thundering of the kage running back to his office. Trying to shove the candy back in the desk drawer she heard his voice. Before she could move he was already there and flicked her across the shoulder sending her across the room. Rolling to a stop she rubbed the shoulder where he flicked her. "It was just a few pieces." She then stood slightly up trying to regain her balance. After a few minutes she was back on her feet. She waited silently till something else happened.
