Jin was soon served his tea though he had the feeling he was being observed. He snickered, he'd give them something to observe. He took the entire steaming cup and downed it in one gulp, steam coming off his long tongue. His head twitched to the side, a small giggle arising from his throat. "Waitress, another cup and maybe a ham sandwich would be nice~" He hummed.
The quickening of Anise's heart was only slightly due to the caffeine. The majority of this brewing storm of stout and slightly stale staring was steeped in the anger she felt when presented with a fool, a bastardiser! who didn't know how to treat the tea. Fury bristling and branching into clouds of shy steam as tendrils to absorb wisdom as nutrients; as synapses to confer with the spheres of sacred infusion, they and hers would bear down on the workers with the inherent heat that would come from a giant brain of this scale: superheated water; to boil beneath the surface for just a moment longer until, carefully... careful... A bump, the agitation: explosion unparalleled.
THAT TEARS IT!!
It was marked with a clapping shut of her book and propagated in Anise slamming her hands down on the small circle table to tower up in her own mushroom cloud in the middle of the cafe.
"YOU...! What kind of backwards, uncivilised rube drinks tear in one disgusting, self-gratifying gulp??"
Jin snickered as the woman came up to him, angry for some odd reason. He raised an eyebrow with an amused smile as she insulted him about how he drank his drink.
His smirk became wider as his tongue rolled out of his mouth. "Oh~? you mean like this?" And he drank it the same way, in one gulp. "I enjoy the hot steaming liquids going down my throat at once. The pain is lovely~" His head then twitched to the other side. "Why ya so glum dollface?"
The door opened abruptly with a jingle, as Alek stepped halfway through the doorway, holding the door open with his right hand flushing himself against the door seal so Luka could enter, gesturing with his other hand open palm. "Pah pah da da dada..." He hummed out slightly under his breath like a trumpet call for some princess.
His head and gaze shot to the side as he looked inside keeping his stance holding the door for Luka, but also seeing a girl looking like she was about to kill some slightly odd, rather, just yah, odd, looking guy with tea. "Uhhh..... " Looking to Luka then back to the two.
Luka just sort of shuffled into the small building as Alek held the door open for her. She didn't find his imitation all that amusing however. She knew he was only being playful, attempting to lighten the mood, but it came out as though he was mocking her authority. Oh well, it was merely because she was in a bad mood. "Oh..?" Luka wasn't paying too much attention to any of the other occupants of the establishment until Alek pointed it out with his awkward 'Uhh..'. Lifting her head from the ground, she turned her head to look what had suddenly made him so uncomfortable. "Hm.. Oh. Ignore them. They don't concern us." She said somewhat blandly.
She wasn't completely aware of who the boy was, but the angel she has run into a few times before. Once at the park, twice at the school. They weren't exactly on the best terms either. Not to mention, the very presence of the woman made her stomach churn with pain. Not out of disgust or bias opinion. Only because pure or holy beings weren't something she could tolerate physically. Attempting to shake it off, she continued her shuffle, heading towards the farthest table from the two, waiting for Alek to follow.
Mentally gritting his teeth, These are the jokes witch, lighten the f*** up wouldcha, trying to just.... ugh forget it, those two over there are..... oh ok, very well, yah, I'll just ignore the beacon of light coming from the gi-- .... oh yah.
Alek let the door close behind him and walked behind Luka to the table she chose. She looked a little squeemish, must be what he was feeling too from that girl... holy or angelic or something cause it hurt to look directly at her.
Shaking his head and waving his hand over his shoulder as he leaned and pulled out Luka's seat for her. Holding it with one hand. He was gonna make another fan score song but decided against it. She didn't seem to be in the mood. So he just kept his normal face and gestured with his other hand for her to sit. "If you will ma'am." He said professionally.
Meanwhile, Anise was way too into the business at hand to really notice the others coming in. For her there was a frozen piece of time and a target. A crooked grimace morphed her face into a spectre of hate.
"Is that right?" She said slipping back into her old accent. The cup of tea in her hand was cocked and ready to go. "You like it hot, is that it? Well then, maybe you'd like it SCORCHING!" Immediately an arc of hot tea screamed toward the yandere's face. Too much? Not for Anise!

Jin merely didn't notice nor care for the ones walking into the cafe. For now, his attention was on the so-called angelic poetry teacher. His face began to turn red from the scorching tea that she splashed on him. Small giggles uttered from his throat as he began to laugh louder and more crazed. "That feels good Teach! I can't wait to see what else you have in store for me!~ I also can't wait when the headmaster hears about you assaulting a student." He covered half his face with his hand as he twitched.
"I was just sittin' here innocently and you got all butthurt and splashed me. So I guess that means... I get to use self-defense." He held his scissors in his hand and licked the blade.
"And really, Dollface, I can't wait to taste your blood on my blades~"
Rolling her eyes, Anise summoned her books to her with the minuscule magic she had. She didn't want to kill the kid, just possibly maim him.
"There's nothing innocent about how you treat Tea, you worm." Her eyes were so much colder than her voice, which was frigid, that no matter what she was scalding, even if she wasn't scolding.
"I think I'll just leave. Causing you anymore pain would just be a win for you, wouldn't it?" A small chuckle. "So why don't you just put your thumb back up your a** and ******** the night away to the beat--" she made the motion-- "of your raw throat churning?" As she said this she began to glow, and before anyone could say or do anything about it the angel was gone in a great column of light, taking her books with her.
Luka took the seat casually, not addressing the fact she may have come off a bit rude. Despite her newly found ill tempered manner, she still tried to keep track of her attitude. But today would not allow it. She then scooted her chair across the floor, pushing herself into the table before allowing her posture to relax. Leaning back into the wooden frame and crossing her arms over her chest, waiting for the boy to sit.
"Alright.. I guess I'll let you start.. Just ask me anything, and I'll answer honestly. Sound fair?" Luka asked, her eyes darting out the window. Even now she had a problem with keeping eye contact in a conversation. Though she could never place why.
Sliding in the seat just a tad, as Luka practically did it herself. Shrugging as he took his seat across from her. Looking to her with a flat face, then relaxing and leaning back, his arm over the back of the chair.
"Oh, aight.... uhhrmm, why are you the student body president... and what in the hell did you do to somehow get a hit placed on you?" He asked somewhat sarcastically but still interested.

The Yandere snickered as the woman left. Now it was time for first period so he paid his tab. Such a dramatic angel she was. To the beat of his raw throat churning. Poetry was just amazing. He gave a giggle before leaving.
"As if I actually knew." Luka spat just as sarcastically. "..Well.. I mean.." The witch hesitated. "I was told Why but I don't fully understand the reasoning. Lulu told me it was cause I had something usually only a 'divine' figure would have. Or something along those lines." The girl looked down at the table, scratching her chin just a bit. "He wasn't comfortable with someone else having that type of power, so yeah. I can't blame him though. I hear 'Berserker Luka' isn't all that fun to be around."
"As for the SBP thing?" Luka looked up at the boy once more. "I dunno.. Vincent just thought I'd fit the position. I guess. I assume it was because he didn't fully trust anyone else with the job, though."
Raising his eyebrows some to her explanation. Giving a smirk at the 'Lulu' part. Then putting his composed face back on at the mention of 'Berzerker'.
Connecting eyes back with Luka, "He was smart in that choice, but whatever it was about you everyone found so important, was obviously pretty big." Leaning back and looking straight up, "Eh, it's past now... just gotta hope Verewolves doesn't suddenly get a sense of duty or pride, ya know?" He shook it off and looked forward again, cupping his hands together on the table top in front of him looking at Luka.
"So, you're turn, shoot~" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
Do salads taste better when they're eaten by default? Certainly the atmosphere, the ambiance, has much to do with the way food is taken and thought of--what with the lighting, the candles, the view, the little words of encouragement and semi-satirical "artistic" blurbs strewn about the place in thematic clusters, racoco promotions of ideas that sell good times with the right product, if you will--so it was really not stretch to suggest that the contexts that seemed to be hidden, or in another way of saying it not as stressed, wouldn't also add to the overall reception of the flavors. As the two walked into the cafe, Winter yiping at their ears the entire walk, a secret ingredient would have been the fact this spot was only chosen because the Zora Prince was not going to eat at his work--because really, can you call those disgusting salty things fish??--and he definitely wouldn't take a girl to the gas station... So, here they were, looking fly and feeling the mellow vibes of--what?--studystep? as they passed the CC barrier of Jay's. He hated to admit it, for some reason, but Rheaus was really getting used to the smell of coffee.
"They have salads here, right...?" Rheaus said straightening out the collar on his uniform's jacket. Points for making sure she was happy, but minus double whatever points those were for doing so in (a) such a lame way, and (b) waiting so long to do it.
