✿ ❀ Isis frowned somewhat as Leon commented that his standards had left him pretty lonely so far. "Well..... Now you have me, right...?" Isis offered up with a small smile. While Isis couldn't honestly say Leon's good looks didn't attribute to her attraction to him, she wasn't so shallow to only look for physical features it a guy that she wanted to date. That was why, in spite of Leon's flirty behavior, Isis had her reservations in dating him until she was sure there was more to him than good looks.
Then again there was also a bit of herself just nervous to date him in general for fear of this only being a temporary relationship, which wasn't what she was looking for. She didn't believe in flings, nor did she ever want to be a part of one. The long silence that allowed Isis' thoughts to wander was soon interrupted however as Leon brought up that it was nice to be away from the games and crowds. "Definitely. It was getting far too claustrophobic back there. This is a lot nicer..." She agreed, looking around at the forest as they entered. They eventually came upon a larger tree in the heart of the forest, and Leon explained that this was the wishing tree he'd mentioned.
Traditionally, people tied slips of paper to the tree with their wishes on them, because it was said there was a Jirachi that sleeps in the tree and occasionally granted the wishes. Though if someone was a little too curious to take a slip off the tree and read it, they'd be cursed for 20 years. Isis shivered at the thought. "Yikes! Duly noted. I wont replace someone else's slip with my own if I can't find room. Got it." She chuckled nervously, making her way to a little shrine stand that held several blank slips and a marker, taking a blank slip for herself. But now that she was here... What would she wish for...?
She made sure that Leon wasn't looking over her shoulder or anything, and if he was she would shoo him away, and then take another slip, because she had two wishes that she just couldn't choose between, so she hoped it wasn't selfish to wish for them both. One, she wrote for Zero, wishing for his happiness and that maybe one day he would find Alex. The other, Isis hesitated before writing down. She then quickly took her two wishes and moved around the tree with a wooden pole to find a spot to hang her wishes, and once she did, she noticed a message on her Xtransciever. It was a reply from Marx, asking what island she was on since Cheria had been wondering.

Isis sent the text, blushing a bit. It felt a little awkward to explain that she was on a date, it was just a tad embarrassing, but maybe that was only because it was a different image than what Isis normally portrayed to other people.
Meanwhile Yang made his way into the Arcade center to play a game to entertain himself, and much like last time, he got a very high score, earning him seven tickets. It was good to see he still hadn't lost his touch. He smirked a bit and retrieved his prize, hoping his streak of good luck would continue to roll. ✿ ❀

Dumuzi once more found herself at the fishing game, though her mind was distracted by the thoughts that she was having recently and her concentration was broken and pretty useless at this time. As such, when she started to try and fish her heavier prey out of the little bowl, she found out very quickly that she wasn’t going to have very much luck, she had already put a bit of a tear in her net when she hit the water at a wrong angle she was pretty well sunk before she even started. She found it all but impossible to wrangle the fish out of the tank. She was given her 1 ticket for her effort and placed it in her bag. She wondered if she should go and calm some prizes before too long, it would certainly help take the edge off counting all those tickets at the end of the night if she broke up her prize claims. It was something to think about later. Right now though, she was more than happy to continue to enjoy herself for the festival.

Results Dumuzi let Vivienne try her hand, er… paws, at this game this time. She let her little blue friend out of the pokeball and set her on the table where she was given her throwing darts. Dumuzi explained the game to her and found her little blue friend to be more than enthusiastic about giving it a try. She launched her darts at the balloons with a mixed success, she was really getting into it too which was even more adorable. With all of her darts launched, Dumuzi found that half of her targets had been hit and found that 4 more tickets had graced her purse. Vivienne looked more than pleased with herself and naturally Dumuzi was quick with the compliments and snuggles as they moved on. Seeing her pokemon having so much fun was a refreshing thing for her.

Leon couldn't help but smile as Isis responded to his comment about being lonely. "Mm, Do I now?" he teased lightly, but laughed. She also seemed in agreement that it was nice to be away from the crowd. The berry forest just seemed all the more serene at this time of year. Kai hung back in the water by the bridge, lurking as his trainer and Isis continued into the berry forest.
Finally reaching the tree, and after letting Isis know about it, he decided he knew something he'd wish for. Something that might be a little selfish compared to wishes he's made previous years, but he just figured why not. He waited while Isis made out her own wish tags, and once she moved away from the little shrine, he approached and picked up a pink slip of paper to write his wish on it. He hadn't bothered to look over his shoulder to see if Isis was peeking, since she was likely still finding somewhere to tie her wishes. The slip said : For Isis to give me a chance.. He then went about finding a place to tie his wish to the tree, being careful not to dislodge any wish tags already attached while doing so.

Dumuzi really did like the wheel, there was just something about its rewarding simplicity that kept drawing her back in as often as possible. This time, however, she invited Niamh to give the wheel a spin and try it out to see what she got. She probably would have picked Tam Lin just for amusements sake, but really… that was probably just a disaster waiting to happen. She certainly didn’t want to have her newest pokemon hurt himself giving this wheel a spin. Maybe she would let him jump around on the buttons for the arcade games and give her a hand in the process. She couldn’t imagine it would be any worse than her usual run of it. Dumuzi stepped back and let Niamh used her ribbons to give the wheel a respectable speed in its spin and waited until the numbers came up for the prize amount. It didn’t take long before the number came up as 8 and Dumuzi shared her happiness with Niamh. That was a very good roll, and she was more than happy with what she got out of the game.

Dumuzi tried her hand at fishing next, she still kept her eyes on those heavy little fish that looked oh so adorable and yet so very, very hard to capture. She tried to fish them out of the water with her paper net, but she could tell right away that the net wasn’t going to hold. She tried to salvage the defeat into a victory anyway but it just wasn’t quiet in to the cards for her to succeed. Dumuzi’s cheek puffed out in mild annoyance as she watched the cute little pokemon crash through her paper net and left her with one ticket as a pity prize. She was getting used to them, to be sure, but she wouldn’t let this discourage her by any means, later she would come back and see if she could change her luck with the capturing. She did it a few times so it wasn’t as though she was poor at it, it was just the nets tended to be very fickle things. At least that’s what she told herself to make herself feel better.

Well, there wasn’t anything to be said about this abysmal show… out of all three of her rings, she managed to get an amazing… nothing. Zip. Zulch. Nodda. A big fat goose egg! Bah, things were still relatively slow when it came to her ability to earn tickets it seemed. Maybe her luck with this island had finally dried up and she was going to be nickel-a-dime her way to completion of her goals. She was handed her two pity tickets and went on her merry way. Bah, oh well, she supposed there was always next time for getting a lot of tickets or at least performing a little better with her earnings.

Leon felt a light blush crawl across his cheeks as Isis mentioned that maybe he'd have her after the date, too. He couldn't even think of a comment for that as she filled out her wishes, even when he was filling out his own wish. They met up again after the wishes were tied to the tree. The raven haired male smirked with a chuckle at her question. "Well, I personally don't think that Jirachi would discriminate against wishes that were shared. It's up to what you want to believe, though. " he responded thoughtfully. He was curious about what was so important to her that she made out two wish slips, but he wasn't about to push her on telling him. And well... He'd be too embarrassed to tell her his wish, and felt that it might put pressure on her, which would be unfair. "Let's just hope our wishes come true, for now." he smiled, offering his arm.
"I'm thinking maybe we could head back. Possibly go see about going to - ffffff" Leon started to say, but there was a violent shake from one of his pokeballs before it snapped open, releasing a very angry looking shiny rayquaza. "STUPID FLESH WORM!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!" it roared, then thrashed out at them. "s**t! Get back, Isis!" Leon shouted, then moved to push her out of the way as the dragon's tail swung towards them. Luckily, Isis was out of range, but Leon took the hit, getting knocked back to the ground. The raven haired male groaned, jumping back to his feet and looking around for his starter. Was he still lagging behind? "KAI! COULD USE YOUR HELP RIGHT NOW!" Leon called out, trying to figure out what to do about the raging Rayquaza. His other pokemon weren't likely able to hold their own right now against it.
Kai perked up from the water by the bridge as he heard a roar coming from the forest. Thinking that his trainer would need him, he gave a grunt and left the water, running towards the wishing tree to help out.

Alright, she supposed that it was Tam Lin’s turn to have some fun with the games. Dumuzi decided to let him have some fun on the Arcade scene, she let him out of his pokeball and explained what he needed to do. She took up the arrow buttons and let Tam Lin jump on the buttons. In order to press the buttons, Tam Lin had to jump up and down on the buttons… but he did so in a manly way. Dumuzi couldn’t help but giggle as she watched Tam Lin jump up and down, doing flashy poses as he landed. They didn’t too great, but it certainly wasn’t bad, despite this though, she was having a lot of fun with the Arcades this time around. Things were always more fun with friends, there was no mistaking that. After the game had ceased, Dumuzi collected her tickets and scooped Tam Lin up and moved on. She would definitely be bringing him out again to help her with the games.
Dumuzi nodded. ”Alright then, lets-“ She was cut off by the echoing sound of a howling pokemon, and it didn’t seem to happily whatever it was. The cry sounded strong and fierce, it was nothing like she had ever heard before and she could feel the chilled fingers of fear start to tickle up and down her spine. She took a step back, away from the noise, raising her hand to her sternum with a worried look on her face. It sounded like it was coming from the wishing tree. Dumuzi worried her lip for a moment and pondered over what she should be doing and if there was any point to go and help. Her pokemon weren’t the strongest there was and she didn’t think that she was the greatest of battlers either, still, maybe there was something that she could do in the meantime. Though… maybe it would be best to stay out of it? If she knew that she was going to be getting in the way, maybe the best course of action was to sit back and do nothing so as not to get in the way. Honestly, she really didn’t know what to do at the moment. Dumuzi happened to notice a rather crabby looking Feralgatr tromping by and towards the source of the noise and once more found herself struggling with what to do. She paused for a moment before deciding to slowly make her way there. Maybe it was nothing and that someone just lost control of a pokemon, or perhaps a pokemon just evolved and that was something of a rebirthing cry. She could at least check out the situation before she dove head long into it. If it sounded like a struggle of some kind then maybe she would stay back until it was done and then offer help to those who were involved. She guessed it would just play things by ear for the meantime. ”I… I think that maybe we should… check out that noise?” Dumuzi finished replying to Theo, though there were certainly tones of uncertainty in her voice that betrayed her indecision of her actions. If anything, she hoped that the wish tree was alright and that whatever was happening didn’t disturb things there.

✿ ❀ Isis pondered the idea of whether Jirachi wouldn't grant her wish if she told anyone. Honestly she agreed with Leon in that Jirachi probably wouldn't, but she also didn't want to tell, it was... A bit embarrassing honestly. "Well, maybe I should keep secret until it comes true, just to be on the safe side~" Isis suggested with a smile and a shrug, nodding as Leon suggested they just hope their wishes come true. She took his arm and snuggled close, feeling quite content there just looking up at the tree of wishes...
That was until one of Leon's pokeballs popped open and a black Rayquaza popped out. Isis practically froze in fear as the Rayquaza roared and cursed Leon, interrupting whatever he had been saying before. Isis suddenly felt herself get shoved away as the legendary dragon lashed out with it's tail and knocked Leon to the ground. "LEON!" Isis cried out worriedly. That was a hard hit, but Leon managed to straggle to his feet again, looking around and calling out for his starter for help. Isis narrowed her eyes. She could help too, she was confident in her pokemon's strength to hold down this angry legendary. "Atona, help!" Isis tossed the Lucario's pokeball out and watched as the pale mega lucario appeared in a flash of light. Together they ran over to Leon and Atona put up a psychic shield to protect them both from another blow of the Rayquaza's tail.
Isis looked to Leon with panic in her eyes. "You were SERIOUS?!" She practically screeched, thinking back to when Leon had said in his text that'd he'd been cut off by a rampaging Rayquaza. He'd mentioned it so nonchalantly in his text that Isis was certain he was just joking, but no, she was wrong, and here they were, being assaulted by the same pissed off Rayquaza. Isis still could hardly believe it, but then again she'd seen some pretty strange goings on in her lifetime already, and one of them decided now was also a perfect time to pop out of her pokeball. "Hinata no!!!" Isis called out to the Celebi, but it was too late. She zipped through Atona's barrier. What was she---???
"Bii!~" 'Delta!~' She squealed, clearly unafraid for her life, nor her trainer's. She practically tackled and clung to the angry Rayquaza's face all too happily, completely oblivious to the tension in the atmosphere around them.
Yang paused as he spun a colorful wheel, hearing a distant roar up where Isis and Leon had left. Part of him worried what was going on, because the roaring creature did not sound happy at all. Then again, he knew that Isis' pokemon were capable of handling tough situations and protecting her, more so than he could, so it was probably best to stay here and wait, hoping for their return. His attention then went back to the game stand to find that the wheel had landed on a 7, and gave him just as many tickets as a reward. ✿ ❀

Leon really didn't mind that Isis would rather keep her wishes a secret until they come true. He was quite happy when she took his arm, snuggling against him. Darn, she was so cute... Unfortuanately, he was interrupted mid sentence by the rayquaza he had caught back in Ecruteak. He was glad to have succeeded in keeping Isis from getting hurt, ignoring his own pain to get back up on his feet. "YOU FILTHY FLESH WORM!!! YOU DARE STOP ME FROM MY REVENGE?!?" it growled, winding up for another tail based attack.
Thankfully, Isis was there with Atona, the latter's psychic field blocking the hit. Leon took a moment to catch his breath, rubbing at his chest as Isis screeched at him. "W-what? I may be unbelievable at times, but I'm not a liar!" Leon replied, a bit wide-eyed still from adrenaline. "Are you okay? I didn't push you too hard, did I?" he questioned her, the shiny Rayquaza raging in the background.
Kai finally arrived on the scene, growling at the dragon. The Rayquaza was building up for another attack on the bubbled people, but suddenly snapped it's head to stare towards the tree as if it had spoke up. ".... NO, YOU SHUT UP!" the dragon snarled at the tree. Kai ran over, grabbing on to it's tail. Rayquaza whipped it's head back around to growl at the feraligatr that was now trying to hold it down. "YOU STUPID LITTLE LIZARD GET OFF!!!" it roared, and just before it could attack the gator, something small attached to it's face. It knew her name. Rayquaza suddenly fell quiet after a few good sniffs. This small being was familiar... "LITTLE FAIRY. Get off of my face and let me see you!" It rumbled in a more gentle tone then the rampaging roaring that had been going on.

Isis hissed, gesturing to the giant black snake at it hit Atona's barrier with it's tail and continued to roar at Leon. He was unbelievable alright. Isis wasn't exactly mad at him, more just in a panic that this was actually happening right now. She attempted to calm down so she could at least try and think straight, shaking her head as Leon asked if he pushed her away too hard. "I'm fine, I'm fine... Thank you for.... Saving me. Are you okay?" She asked. He had taken the harder hit, honestly Isis was surprised he'd gotten up so fast, but in the heat of battle and intense danger, she supposed pain came second to self preservation.
Kai finally arrived to help try and wrestle the dragon down, but really only seemed to be making it more angry as it thrashed about and growled. I've met new friends and I got this neat little music thingie that the blonde one gave me, and the male friend makes funny jokes, and we've had SO many adventures! Are you with them now??? Oh my gosh it's going to be so much fun if I get to travel with you again!~' She chirped excitedly, flitting this way and that, continuing to twirl and chitter away excitedly.

Yang decided to give the booth games a rest and try a new arcade game, one he hadn't played yet. This one was a lot harder and less familiar with the ones he'd attempted before though, so he didn't end up doing so well on it. He still got three tickets for his efforts at least. ✿ ❀
