Ryan has to pause for a moment. The blue made him believe that it might be a water pokemon. A quick scan from the Pokedex would tell him otherwise, but this was a Shiny! Hey, it was at least a water type at heart. This would be the pokemon he would go after.
"Alright Shadow, use Tackle!" the channeler would instruct his pokemon. Bite would be too powerful here. Shadow would run at the Solosis and crash into it. The Solosis would in turn start spinning and run into Shadow: Rollout.
Ryan tsked. That made this task a bit harder. He had to be quick and efficient. Ryan has Shadow once again tackle the Solosis. The damage done shows in the fact that the Solosis isn't spinning anywhere as fast as it had been. Even so, when it hit Shadow, it still did a nice bit of damage.
Ryan would have Shadow stand ready to use Sand Attack as he threw his 1st Safari Ball. Hopefully he could catch the Solosis and end this before it got too bad.

When Ryan went to go throw the ball, it slipped from his hands, hit the ground, and shattered into a million pieces. Shadow would use her Sand Attack and the Solosis misses its attack and spins out. Ryan goes for try two on the capture.

This time the Safari Ball would leave Ryan's hand, but it would hit Shadow in the back of the head. The Poochyena would spin around and bark at Ryan furiously. It would take several mintues to calm her down. The Solosis was trying to use Psywave all this time, all to no effect. Try 3 with what Ryan was given before having to dip into his personal stock.

Finally Ryan would land the Safari Ball on target. Three rocks and a click later, Ryan would have his prize. He would then recall Shadow and head back towards the Judging Area.

Crystal would show up at the abandoned fun house and size it up, one of her ears twitching. "Hey, Demon Wing." After no immediate response she'd turn around and look for her black dragon. "Demon Wing?" The Charizard in question would be a small ways back, also sizing it up. "...Should I have brought Kairos instead?" Demon Wing would huff in response and stomp in, making Crystal shake her head. "This is going to be fun." She'd sigh and head in herself, wondering was would be in store for her this time.

Heading down one of the halls, the two would come across a Litwick. Before Crystal would even get a chance to tell Demon Wing to leave it be, he'd let loose a bellowing roar, scaring the Litwick off. "...Jumpy much?" She'd shake her head and move on, Demon Wing glaring at her before following. This place was abandoned, bad things could be here!

Upon leaving the clown path Sub and Allan found themselves in what appeared to be a makeshift infirmary. There was a 'bed' made out of all cardboard boxes, a basket of semi-fresh berries, a box of assorted bandages, and various stuffed Pokemon plushies that served some unknown purpose.
"Audino!" Cheered the 'nurse' of this establishment as she ran over to Sub, jumping up and down as she tried to get a good look at the heart shaped bruise on his forehead.
"Oh! I'm fine...please uh...we'll just be on our way..." Sub said in a rather uncomfortable tone as he walked around the Audino and tried to leave the room. That said the Hearing Pokemon was having none of that as a sheet of blue energy appeared in front of the doorway, the Audino having summoned forth a Reflect.
"...fine, just keep physical contact to a minimum." The trainer mumbled, resigning to his fate.

Seven minutes later Sub was finally back on his way, Nurse Audino having put some sort of Oran Berry based cream on his forehead and a bandage. Every time that pink monster touched him his skin felt like it would melt. He needed a bath after this.
"Sharp bisharp." Allan seemed to chuckle. "Just shut up." Sub hissed back at his Pokemon as he ripped the smiley face bandage off his forehead.

By now, it was starting to become some kind of twisted running gag, with Amaranth finding her way into these odd places with the rest of the team inbetween the missions they had been doing. Still, she searched around, even if the place made her a little more apprehensive than usual.

Continuing to walk around the place, they encountered a Spritzee. The little bird flitted around until it landed onto Demon Wing's snout, who blew a small flame to scare it off. The humanoid purple furball would look at her dragon curiously, then shook her head and walked on. Demon Wing growled in confusion and shrugged, then continued to follow his trainer.

A Gurdurr would cross Lynnette's path, blocking her from going any further. The fighting type would flex it's muscles and smirk at the black and purple haired girl. Lynn would give a look of disapproval and simply shake her head. "Would you kindly move? You're not quite what I'm looking for," she would say as politely as she could. The Gurdurr would shake its head and groan at her, causing the girl to give a rather disgusted look. Hook, seeing how uncomfortable his trainer was, would growl at the Fighting type. The Gurdurr would turn and glare at the Snubbull, clearly unhappy that the Fairy Pokemon was getting in its way of the pretty girl. "If you really insist on staying in the way, then I suppose we're just going to have to find a way to deal with you, aren't we Hook? Lynnette would say with a sigh. Hook would respond with a "Snub! Snubbull!" and a low growl.
The Gurdurr would swing the steel beam that it held in its hand towards the Snubbull. Hook would jump into the air, landing on the beam and growling again. "Hook, time to Play Rough with our friend here, shall we?" The Snubbull would leap off of the steel beam, ramming straight into the Gurdurr's face, flailing his limbs in such a way that he'd be able to cause the most amount of damage. The Gurdurr would take one hand and peel the Snubbull off of its face, frowning at the bull dog-like Pokemon. "Hook, let's let out a bit of Rage." The Snubbull had no problem listening to his trainer, growling fiercely at the Gurdurr before biting down on the hand that was currently holding him before leaping at the Gurdurr's face again. This time however, the look on the Snubbull's face actually seemed to scare the Gurdurr, causing it to pick its steel beam back up and run off. Hook would snort slightly and turn back to his trainer with an off-kilter grin. Lynn would lean down, petting her Snubbull gently on the head. "Good job, Hook. Now let's keep looking around. Here's hoping we don't run into musclehead there again," she would say with a laugh, picking up the Snubbull before walking off down the hallway.

It barely took any length of time before she wound up having a Spoink bounce off her head, before bouncing along. The impact of it made the Pokeball she was holding fall, releasing her Yanma... who decided to speed into it with a Quick Attack for some reason. This in turn would rile up the Spoink in an instant, who returned fire with a peculiar wave of energy.
The Psywave, however, didn't seem to do a lot to Yanma. A Sonic Boom was let out to assault the poor Pokemon's ears, causing it to freak out and bounce around, wishing for the noise to stop. For better or worse, a Bug Buzz would follow before Amaranth finally was able to recall her Pokemon.
Unfortunately, this meant that any sense of fight was removed from the Spoink that got assaulted for no really good reason. "Um... sorry!" She spoke up before resuming on her way.

A young Golett would look on in fear from a doorway. Noticing the Automaton Pokemon, Lynnette would stop for a moment and crouch down, smiling kindly at the little ghost. "Don't worry little guy, I'm not gonna hurt you. That Gurdurr was just a jerk. Go run along and play, okay?" she would say, still smiling. The Golett would let out a small, but, happy sound and run off. Standing back up, Lynnette would continue down the hallway again.

A Spoink would be bouncing along behind Lynnette, but, before she could actually notice, it would bound off into a nearby room filled with mirrors of various sizes. Hook would notice the Spoink, but would choose to ignore it, too comfy in his trainer's arms.

Amaranth would end up coming to a mirror, confused as she stared at it. It wasn't like anything she had seen before, the curved surface giving an odd reflection that warped her appearance and worried her. Especially with that green tint around her... that is, until it spoke up with a timid cry.
"Ralts...?" It'd speak up, prompting her to turn around. It seemed harmless enough, but with the mirror, she figured to take her business elsewhere. Patting the small Pokemon on the head, she went on her way and tried to forget about the reflection she saw.

The two continued walking around until a pair of gem shaped eyes shoved themselves into Demon Wing's face. This would succeed in only one thing- sending the black Charizard into a full blown panic. "Huh? Demon Wing, that's only a Sableye! Calm down!" That would do nothing as he began to send various bouts of flames out randomly. "Oh god! Why did I think this was a good idea?" She'd panic and try to put out some of the fires Demon Wing caused as the mischievous ghost type fled. "Demon Wing, help!" Begrudgingly, he'd help stomp them out until there was only charred areas left. "No more flames! We are NOT burning this place down. No buts!" Demon Wing now looked crestfallen as they moved on, his head hanging down a bit.
