Blair is very intelligent and observant, but this gift comes with a rather high price; he's obsessed with things being a certain way. Books, clothes, everything he owns has to be in a particular order - though this certainly doesn't make him a neat freak, far from it. Sometimes his place looks like a whirlwind passed through, but he still knows exactly where everything is, because he was the one that placed it there.
If someone picks up one of his belongings without his permission, he can get angry, but most often he'll just go on a tangent about how there is a method to the chaos around him. Or have a complete meltdown.
He very much enjoys studying the world around him - and beyond that. He's particularly interested in geography and astronomy, as he finds beauty in things that are constant. Well, constant from a mortal point of view, of course, as he knows stars and terrain do change gradually. Yet said change usually also follows a set pattern, and this is something he finds fascinating.

Mizar never knew his parents, due to them having died before his stone awakened. He loves them dearly nonetheless, as Alcor and their grandmother have told him all kinds of things about them. Also, his grandma told him that when people die, they become stardust, and this was what originally sparked the little imp's fascination with space.
He's adjusted pretty well to life at the Academy, especially with Alcor there to help him whenever he needs it. Mizar is a little absent-minded, though, and often forgets his belongings in random places and later frantically runs around looking for them.
He's also been somewhat sickly and frail since birth, for reasons unknown, and this further drives Alcor to be extremely protective of Mizar. He himself insists he's totally healthy and can do everything the other kids can! ...which is a lie, but he still tries.

Alcor - Mizar's elder sibling and his role model, essentially. The two have always been extremely close, and Mizar hopes to become successful enough to provide for his sibling, too!
