☆ ☆【Making her way back towards where she remembered last seeing Kraven before they parted way, Phoenix kept an observant eye out for her ebon-haired companion. She couldn’t help but wonder if maybe the other had already gone on ahead to Striation to challenge the Gym, and she supposed that she wouldn’t be that surprised if that was the case. She would likely only hold her companion back, and she certainly wouldn’t mind being alone otherwise. Phoenix just wanted to experience what she had always dreamed of her whole life, to just enjoy the freedom she had, to just go wherever the wind took her, and so on and so forth. She had no desires to become Champion of any region, nor did she desire to pursue any career like being a coordinator, a ranger, or a musician. Phoenix had never liked having the attention of everyone on her at all times, and Arceus forbid that she ever become some kind of celebrity… That kind of lifestyle would drive her completely nuts, and she certainly didn’t want to have people recognize her right away wherever she went. She had always been a hermit of sorts, and that’s all that she wanted to be as far as certain matters went. Gently fingering the strap of Lucille’s case, she gave a deep sigh and continued onward. It had been quite a fruitful and certainly interesting training session, she had to admit, and as a result she had some new and very unique Pokemon to work with now. Out of the Pokemon she had caught, it was the Magikit that intrigued her the most, admittedly. It was just so strange and seemed almost otherworldly in a sense, Phoenix reminded herself to do some more research into the species whenever she got the chance to. ” By the way, I was thinking… How does the name Hekate sound for a name?” she asked softly, turning her gaze towards the Magikit that was perched on her shoulder. Given that Magikits looked like little witches, and that Hekate was the name of a deity that was often associated with sorcery and otherworldly forces, it seemed fitting enough. The Magikit hummed thoughtfully as she tapped her chin with a little paw, before shrugging.” Sure, if it’s good for ya, then it’s good for me. It does have a nice ring to it though, I’ll admit,”she responded with a chuckle, nodding affirmatively in response,” Hekate it is then!”Phoenix smiled warmly as the newly-dubbed Hekate wholeheartedly accepted the name, and wondered what she should name the other three Pokemon that she had caught. She supposed that it could wait for now as she called out for Kraven, scanning the surroundings for any signs that the other girl was close by. Of course, they really hadn’t been too far apart from each other to begin with, so unless Kraven had moved on to Striation or otherwise it shouldn’t be too difficult to locate her. Sure enough, she heard Kraven’s responding call from close by, and immediately moved off in that direction towards her companion. Given the distance between them, it didn’t take long for them to find each other. ” Ah, there you are,” Phoenix spoke up with a small smile once she spotted the ebon-haired girl. In a sense, she actually felt… a bit relieved to see that Kraven was still around, she had half-expected the other to have been to Striation and already beyond by this time. Phoenix gave a small smile as Kraven asked her how her training had gone. ” Not that bad, to be honest… Though I’m certain we’ll need to train up quite a bit more before we’re ready to take on the Striation City Gym,” she answered with a nod, her smile growing a bit wider as she looked towards the Oshawott and Chimchar at Kraven’s side, ” I can tell that Torch and Gungnir have gotten quite a bit stronger already, your training went well, I trust?” She returned her deep blue gaze back to the other once again as Kraven mentioned catching a bunch of new Pokemon, Phoenix quirking her eyebrow as she eyed the Magikit that was now accompanying her ebon-haired compatriot. The first thing she noticed about Kraven’s Magikit was that its hat, cape, tail, and markings were a silvery color as opposed to the black on Hekate. Maybe it was the shiny version of the species, which would certainly explain why it looked quite a bit different in comparison. ” I see you have, I caught a few new Pokemon myself as well,” she responded with a small smile, looking back towards Kraven as she nodded towards the silver-colored witch cat, ” So you found one too?” It was quite a bit ironic, that she had only seen these kinds of Pokemon just minutes ago, and now they seemed to be popping up everywhere. Hekate eyed Hazel with a curious yet cautious look in her eyes, before grinning and waving at the other in greeting.” Heh, well I’ll admit that it’s been quite some time since I last saw a fellow Magikit,”she commented with a chuckle, waving her tail in a cheerful manner. Phoenix gave a soft smile, before nodding towards Kraven and tilting her head slightly. ” So do you think you’re prepared to head onwards to Striation and take on the gym?” she asked, figuring that maybe they should think about moving on. Sure, they could probably stand to stay back here in Accumula to train a bit more, but there were stronger Pokemon to train against in Striation and would certainly be a slightly more worthwhile venture. ” O-Oh, and… uhhh…” Phoenix started hesitantly, tripping a bit over her words as she fidgeted with her Xtransceiver, ” Do you think we could… ahhh… exchange contact information…? You know… so that we can keep in touch if we get separated, or something like that…” As mentioned before, Phoenix wasn’t usually too comfortable with giving out her contact number to people outside of the ones she knew, like her adoptive parents and Clark. But she felt that she could make an exception to that self-established rule for Kraven, given that they were travel partners and maybe-probably friends to some degree even though she had only started getting to know the other just today. It was possible that maybe the ebon-haired musician was indeed starting to grow a little on the reclusive redhead, but only time would be able to tell.】☆ ☆

Kraven had flashed a confident grin when she met up with Phoenix, the red haired girl commenting on her pokemon. "Yup! I think they're about as strong as Mothra and Glitch now." The ebon-haired girl looked over her team, locking her gaze on Hazel as her companion mentioned "finding one too". "Oh, yeah," The girl picked up the Magikit into her arms, the little witch's azure eyes looking at Phoenix and her pokemon. "Yeah, I was trying to catch something else, but this little one jumped in the way. I don't think things went exactly as planned." She recalled the way the kitten had tried whipping away the pokeball that caught her, but just ended up getting hit and captured. Hazel did the same, hanging her head down defeatedly.
However, Kraven beamed once again as Phoenix brought up the first gym. "Mhm, I'm ready to take the gym leader. I think. Pretty sure." Admittedly the ebon-haired girl hadn't exactly studied up on the various gym leaders in Unova, so she wasn't quite sure what kind of pokemon she'd be fighting. Still, she was confident in her and her team's skills. Though her gaze shifted from her pokemon back to the red-haired trainer once she asked about contact information. "Oh, sure, hang on a second." The girl fiddled with her X-Transceiver, eventually bringing her number up on screen. "Here ya go."
While the trainers conversed, Hazel looked over to the other Magikit on Phoenix's shoulder. "A while? Did you get separated from your coven?" She asked, her silver tail swishing slowly under her.

The ebon-haired girl remarked that they were likely as strong as Glitch and Mothra now as she looked over her team, and Phoenix nodded in agreement. Of course, Kraven already had some pretty strong-looking Pokemon in her company, though the redhead couldn’t help but notice that she appeared to have acquired a Magikit of her own as well. Granted, its coloring was fairly different from that of Hekate’s, Phoenix wondered if Kraven had found a shiny version of this strange new Pokemon. Kraven picked up the Magikit in her arms, explaining that she had been trying to catch a different Pokemon, but the little witch had jumped in the way and had ended up getting caught instead. ” I see…” Phoenix said with a slow nod, giving a small smile as she noticed the Magikit hang her head in defeat at the mention of things not going as planned, ” She doesn’t seem to mind hanging around with you too much, though. That should count for something, right?” Nevertheless, she asked if Kraven was prepared enough to take on the first gym in Striation, since that would be their first milestone to get to in their journey thus far. Phoenix smiled as Kraven seemed confident, saying that she was ready to take on the Gym Leader, or at least she was pretty sure she was. ” Well, I’m certain you’ll do great, your Pokemon definitely look prepared for the upcoming battle,” she commented with a nod, her eyes roaming over towards Gungnir and Torch, ” But if you ever need a few pointers concerning Gym Leaders of this region, I’ll be glad to provide you with some…” Considering that Kraven was from Kalos, which was sure to have Gym Leaders that were far different from those in Unova, Phoenix felt that it was only fair to offer whatever services she could to her foreign companion. Still, the ebon-haired girl seemed plenty confident in her team’s skills, and that was what really counted as far as battles were concerned. When Phoenix went on to ask Kraven if they could exchange contact information, the other was willing to oblige as she toyed around with her Xtransceiver to send her number. The redhead did the same, pressing a few buttons on her own Xtransceiver to bring up her number and send it towards Kraven while she added her companion’s number to her contact list. ” Thank you, there’s my information in return,” she said once she had completed the process of inputting Kraven’s contact information into her Xtransceiver for future reference. She returned her gaze to Kraven, looking between the girl and her Pokemon thoughtfully. ” I’ll give you a heads up for the Striation Gym, just so you’re not going into this completely blind…” she spoke up, twiddling her thumbs in thought as she recalled what information she had collected regarding the gyms of Unova. ” The Gym Leaders of Striation are three brothers that run a café together, each one is specialized in a particular type of Pokemon,” she explained, keeping her gaze primarily on Kraven as she spoke, ” Chili deals with Fire-types, Cress handles Water-types, and Cilan works with Grass-types… If my understanding of the Gym is correct, the one that you will battle against is based mostly on what Unova starter you chose. They always have you battle against the one that will have the best advantage over your chosen starter Pokemon, naturally…” Her eyes moved down to look at Gungnir with a thoughtful expression on her face, before she nodded to Kraven. ” Since you picked Oshawott, you’ll battle against Cilan, the Grass-type specialist,” she said, offering a small smile to her ebon-haired companion, ” Though I know that you’re more than prepared to handle him, so I doubt you’ll have much trouble at all.” Hekate, in the meantime, was focused on speaking with the Magikit in Kraven’s possession while the two trainers talked amongst each other. At the question of if she had gotten separated from her coven, the Magikit’s smile faded into a sheepish expression as she flicked her tail about.” I suppose you could say that… Though it wasn’t exactly a coven quite yet, I think…”Hekate responded thoughtfully, humming to herself as she contemplated her explanation,” I remember we were hunting together as a party, but then… something bad happened… I don’t exactly recall what it was, though I know I had ended up getting knocked out. And when I came to, I was all by myself with no idea of where the others were. I’ve been trying to look for them, though I kinda got sidetracked a little and wound up getting caught by this young missy here.”Hekate liked to pride herself on being able to keep a focused mind and doing whatever she could in her power to reach whatever goals she set for herself, but sometimes temptation got the better of her. She hadn’t been able to resist the lure of that shiny necklace that young lad had been carrying with him, and now this was what she had gotten for her troubles. Well, she supposed it could be worse, and Phoenix certainly didn’t seem like that bad a person to hang around with. The Magikit then brought her attention back to the silver witch in Kraven’s arms, and gave her an amiable grin and a nod.” I’m Hekate, by the way, that’s what little Red here’s decided to call me. What’s your name?”she asked, quite curious about her fellow kin as she tilted her head at the other,” And what exactly brought you to this neck of the woods?”She felt certain that if there had been another Magikit roaming around in the forest around this place, she would have found out about it sooner. And if what Kraven had said earlier was any indication, it appeared that this Magikit hadn’t intended to get captured by a trainer either…】☆ ☆

"Yeah, I guess that's true," Kraven responded, looking down at the silver kitten in her arms. "She seems fairly strong though, so I'm kinda surprised I got her in one go. I guess I throw harder than I thought!" She chuckled, then listened as her companion offered up gym pointers if she wanted them. "Thanks, Phoenix, I'll be sure to keep that in mind. I'm sure I'll need some at some point or another."
Then, the topic of the two girl's contact information came up. Though Phoenix seemed to fidget a little awkwardly about it, Kraven had no issue sharing her phone number with the redhead. The two sent their numbers from their X-Transceivers, and quickly entered them into their contact list. As the ebon-haired girl finished entering her companion's number, she began to chime in again, explaining how the first gym would go. The girl raised a brow at the fact that the first gym had three leaders, but whatever confusion she had was pretty much cleared as her crimson companion elaborated further.
"Huh, that's kinda cool. Don't really think I've heard of a lot of gyms with more than one leader. Much less one that you only fight one of anyway. Either way though, thanks for the heads up, now I really think I can tackle the gym." Kraven continued to grin as she fisted her palm, getting kind of excited to move on to the gym, and possibly steamroll it. "Ready to go?" She asked, already getting ready to move. It was probably time for them to start heading off to Striation and while she fought the gym leaders, Phoenix could probably continue training against stronger pokemon.
Once they started moving again, Kraven looked over to Phoenix, a thought crossing her mind. "So what's the reason you're traveling around?" She'd asked this question many times before, almost always to the passing adventurer that stopped in whatever café she'd been working at. The results typically ranged from exciting, nothing special, and occasionally all the way to depressing, though there were a few people who didn't answer. None the less, she always liked hearing what got people going around like this, even if they didn't really have one.
Hazel listened carefully as Hekate explained why she was on her own, the silver kitten cocking her head a little worriedly. "Sounds like something bad, certainly. I wonder why you woke up on your own..." The shiny Magikit looked thoughtfully for a moment, wondering just what might've gone down, before the other Magikit speaking again interrupted her thoughts. "Oh, well, apparently I'm 'Hazel' now. I was supposed to just do some hunting for my coven before we moved on, but-" The red-and-white ball striking Hazel's forehead flashed in her mind for a moment, a phantom of the stinging from it coming to the surface as well. She hung her head a little bit in shame, rubbing the where the ball struck her. "...Well ultimately I don't think I can go back now, at this point anyway."
Meanwhile, Gungnir looked over to Phoenix's other pokemon, specifically Klaus and Hanaka. "So how'd things go on your guy's end?"

As Shiva entered Accumula, she found the Pokemon Center relativity close to the entrance of the city. Once inside she was caught by surprise. The Pokemon center in Snowbelle was so different than the one here. Granted they were built with two different climates in mind. Shiva herself had only been inside the Snowbelle Pokemon Center one, when she was younger and she took a class revolved around Pokemon care and the like. What was also different was the fact that this Pokemon center's Poke Mart Corner was located at the front entrance rather then in the back. She didn't really need to purchase anything, so it was sort of irrelevant.
Heading deeper into the Pokemon Center, Shiva found a nice quiet corner to relax. Sitting Kuval down, she brushed a hand down his back before raising her hand up to scratch behind his tiny triangle shaped ears. Plopping down beside her, Kuval rested on his back, playing quietly with his scallop. "You're so cute. Mom and Dad are going to love you." Shiva chuckled as she reached down to tickle his stomach. Squirming bit Kuval giggled. "And you're ticklish? Oh, this will be fun."
Pulling out her Holocaster, Shiva quickly opened it up and skimmed through her contacts, finding her home number. Looking up at the clock she noted the time. It was likely getting late... or was it early? Shiva was never good at telling time, especially since she was now halfway across the world. After clicking the call button, she quickly pulled out a hidden mic from within the left ear cuff of her headphones. Kuval was rather excited to see an image of a house pop up in a display of lights. He pushed himself up and tried hard to touch the lights, only to find his little paw passing right through them. "You can't touch those lights, Kuval." Shiva giggled. A click on the device drew Shiva's attention. An image of a man replaced the house image. This one didn't look as generic as the house, appearing to be man in his mid 4o's, balding slightly around his forehead and a thick black mustache hiding his upper lip. "Shiva! It's about time you called young lady!" The man called, though his smile told Shiva he wasn't actually mad. "Sorry, daddy." Shiva replied in kind, feinting an apologetic look. "I'm in Accumula City now." She quickly added, tilting the Holocaster down. "Look, this is Kuval." she added. Kuval's eyes widened after seeing the man's gruff look. "Oh, an Oshawott, I was sure you'd choose a Tepig." He replied. "He's a darling anyway, what until your mother sees him." Kuval's chest puffed up a bit smiling boldly at the compliment he'd received. "Where is mom?" Shiva asked. "Oh, she left for work about an hour ago, someone called in sick so she's covering for them." So she just missed her mother? With a sigh Shiva leaned back a bit. "Alright, well it can't be helped. Tell her I love her and that she can call me anytime. Kuval and I will be waiting." "Will do, sweetie. How do you like Unova so far? How was meeting Professor Juniper? How's the weather there? A---" "Daddy." Shiva quickly cut her father off. Here came the 2o questions. "It's fine, I'm fine, Everything is fine. I'm going to head out again, I want to get to Striaton as quick as I can." She noted her father's frustrated look, but a sigh quickly replaced his disgruntled expression. "Okay, alright.... You go on and have your grand adventure. Just call often." "I will, daddy." Saying their good-byes and 'I love you's' Shiva finally hung up the Holocaster and slid it back over to her music, turning it on softly. Leaning back in the couch she took a moment to think over the current days events.

Feeling herself getting to comfortable, Shiva quickly stood up, turning around to pick up Kuval. The little otter didn't resist, letting himself be lifted up into Shiva's arms where he rested calmly with her grip. It was somewhat comfortable being held this way. He could see everything ahead of them and if anything were to attack he could easily wiggle himself free from her grip. "Alright... So it's off to Striaton." Nodding to her own statement. Kuval cheered nonetheless, eager to get moving as well.
Turning for the door, Shiva was caught by surprise when a girl, no older then herself, walked into the Pokemon center, holding an Oshawott as well. At the girls side, following along with a worried expression on it's face was a Snorunt, shivering as it struggled to keep up with the woman's long legs. The poor dear was rather adorable, but it did look somewhat in distress. When it tripped suddenly, the woman leading it didn't seem to notice, so Shiva stepped in and aided the little one back to it's feet. "Awe, it's alright." Shiva smiled picking up the little one to set it back down on it's feet. "All better." She quickly added brushing a bit of dried mud from the Snorunts cloth-like fur.
"What are you doing?" Looking up, Shiva saw the girl had returned, a large scowl across her face. The Snorunt seemed to shiver even more, backing away from the woman and Shiva slightly. "Don't you go anywhere. You're mine remember? Your mother didn't want you, so be appreciative that I took you in, now get moving." Shiva's brows furrowed a bit. That wasn'tanyway to speak to Pokemon, especially your companions.She wanted to say something but luckily Kuval was more eager to voice his two cents. "Osh osh osha osh osh osh!" - Don't speak to her like that!- Holding up his scallop, one didn't need to understand Kuval, his shell being raised like a throwing star was enough to write a book. "Keep that thing on a leash. I suppose you expect a 'thank you'? Well tough, I never asked for your help." The woman stated, placing a hand on her hip. Her own Oshawott seemed to share the girls sour attitude, replying with something equally insulting, perhaps even more so, though only Kuval could understand. Shiva's scowl vanished, quickly replaced with a smile. "My aren't you delightful? I hope your Pokemon appreciate being treated like scum." With a wave, Shiva turned to walk away, only to find the door way blasted up with a burst of snow and cold air. Holding up a hand she shielded her eyes, barely making out a shadow hidden within the snow. So that was snow she'd seen earlier? When the blast of snow vanished, what stood in the shadows place was a Froslass. The female ice ghost appeared livid beyond reason. It floated forward, it's hand rose and quickly became encased in ice. "Persistent aren't you? Fine, you can have your ungrateful t**t of a child back!" The woman angled herself back, pulling her leg up into the air, as if she was going to punt the little Snorunt. Shiva reacted fairly irrationally, and instead of dropping Kuval and grabbing the Snorunt she full on body-charged the woman. Knocking her Oshawott from her arms as well as sending Kuval flying, Shiva quickly recovered herself, and grabbed the little Snorunt, as well as whom she thought was Kuval, all the while gathering herself as she ran for the door and leaned down to take the Froslass' hand. Oddly enough the ghost followed, despite how angry she was at the woman, her baby was with Shiva, so that was where she was going to go.

☆ ☆【Phoenix nodded slightly as Kraven agreed with her statement concerning the Magikit she had caught on accident, remarking on how strong she was and how she was surprised she had caught the little witch in one go. ” Sounds like you’ve got quite the throwing arm there,” the redhead commented with a smile and a soft chuckle at Kraven’s remark about throwing harder than she’d thought. It was still quite a good find, she had to admit, her ebon-haired companion was assembling quite the team from the looks of it. Phoenix almost felt jealous that the girl’s Pokemon were already quite strong, but she wouldn’t let it get to her. Her own Pokemon would grow to be strong as well, it just took a bit of time and patience to do so. At least with them moving on to Striation, Phoenix could take some time to train her team up against stronger Pokemon while Kraven took on the Gym first. Speaking of Gyms… the redhead spoke up, offering to give her partner pointers concerning Gyms if they were ever needed. Phoenix wasn’t exactly sure how much of the Unova region Kraven had studied up on before she had come here, but she felt that it would be fair to offer her knowledge and services of her home region if it was ever required for whatever reason. She wondered how different the Gyms in Kalos were compared to here, but that would be a question for another time. She gave a small smile and a nod as Kraven thanked her for the offer, saying that she would keep it in mind for future reference and that she would surely need them sometime in the future. ” You’re welcome, just trying to be helpful however I can,” Phoenix responded quietly, fiddling a bit with her hands, ” It’s… the least I can do, since you’re willing to travel and deal with me and my reclusive tendencies… I did say that I wasn’t the best person to have for company, traveling or otherwise…” Really, Phoenix was just surprised that Kraven had stuck with her for as long as she had so far, but at the same time it was becoming clear that she was slowly starting to warm up and become more comfortable in the presence of her ebon-haired companion. After fidgeting a bit awkwardly with the topic of exchanging contact information, Phoenix now had Kraven’s number in her Xtransceiver, and Kraven had hers in return. Now, they would be able to keep in touch with each other if they ever got separated or had to part ways for whatever reason. Really, the redhead wouldn’t blame Kraven for not wanting to stick around after a while, even though the other girl clearly had no problems with traveling along with her. Well, so far at least… Once they finished exchanging information with each other, Phoenix offered to give Kraven a few pointers concerning the Striation Gym just so that her companion had an idea of what to expect when she went to go take it on. She noticed the curious quirk of the other’s eyebrow as she mentioned the Gym having three different leaders, but Kraven seemed to understand as she further elaborated on it. She commented that it was pretty cool, and that she had never heard of a lot of Gyms that had more than one leader, certainly not ones where the challenger only fought one out of three. ” Well, I’m sure you’ll come to know sooner or later how… different some of Unova’s Gyms tend to be,” Phoenix said with a nod, flashing a smile as Kraven thanked her for the heads up. Phoenix remained quiet for the most part as she kept her eyes on the path ahead, though she brought her attention over to Kraven as the girl spoke up. At the question of why she was traveling around, a thoughtful look crossed the redhead’s face. ” I… Well… I guess for quite a few reasons, actually…” she answered after a moment of hesitation, the contemplative look never leaving her face as she spoke. ” I’ve always dreamed of traveling the world, to be able to experience what the world has to give… It’s what I’ve always wanted to do ever since I was little,” Phoenix explained, biting her lip a bit in thought, ” To be honest, I don’t exactly plan on sticking around in Unova for too long…” That much was true… To her, Unova was a mixed bag of memories, some were good, but most of them were ones that she just wanted to forget for as long as she lived. Really, the only reason she would even come back here after she left was for the sake of her family, as well as Clark, her best friend and adopted brother that she’d been with for years. Still, now that she thought about it, what else would she do after she had achieved her lifelong dream of traveling the world? Sure she could retreat into the shadows and live out the rest of her years as a hermit in a nice home, but maybe she didn’t want that at all… ” And, well… I suppose I believed that by traveling with Pokemon, perhaps I could find a new direction to take in my life… I don’t really have a lot of long-term goals to achieve, admittedly,” she added with a soft sigh, wondering what else she could possibly do in her life that would be worthwhile. She didn’t want fame or fortune, and she was by no means a materialistic individual or even all that special, in her opinion… ” How about you, Kraven…?” she then inquired, reciprocating the question back to her companion. Surely Kraven would have much more worthwhile and exciting dreams and goals in comparison to her own. Hekate kept her attention primarily on the other Magikit as she explained what had happened to her, noting the concerned look on the other’s face as she cocked her head. It still bothered her how this had all happened in the first place, why she had been all by herself and what exactly had happened. She was worried about the others she had been with, even if they hadn’t officially been a coven then… The shiny Magikit agreed that it sounded like something bad had happened, and wondered why Hekate had woken up on her own.” I really wish I knew myself… Then again, it was a pretty wicked hit to the noggin, it’s no wonder I can’t remember much of anything when that happened,”she said with a soft sigh, a glint of concern crossing her eyes,” Really, I’m worried more about my companions than anything else… Considering that I was by myself when I came to, I fear that maybe something bad happened to them…”Hekate could only hope that her companions made it to safety somehow, knowing that Magikits were as quick as they were crafty. They likely had to run far away to be able to escape from whatever had attacked them alive, so it would be understandable if they hadn’t come back for her because of that. Bursting through the Pokemon Center's Doors, Shiva couldn't stop herself from running. She was full speed ahead right through the town and out the southern exit. Steering herself with a sharp left, she headed into the woods, driving herself towards a place where she could hide. Her heart was beating a mile a minute, she could hardly believe she'd done that... she'd stolen someones Pokemon. The thought accrued to her that the Snorunt didn't belong to that girl, but still... if it really was hers, then... Skidding to a stop, she found her path blocked by a large tree, surrounded nearby by other smaller trees, no doubt grown from the larger tree's saplings. Turning she found herself alone, for the mean time. It wasn't until she felt a sharp pain in her hand that she jumped from her thoughts and dropped both the Oshawott and the Snorunt. Stepping back she found her back to the large tree. "Ow... Kuval?" Looking down she held her hand, finding the Oshawott that was glaring at her... wasn't Kuval. "Oh darn.... Yea, I really mucked up didn't I?" Shiva pouted for a moment before crouching down. "I'll get you back to your trainer.... but, tell me... are you honestly happy seeing her treat others like that?" The Oshawott rose up it's shell, ready to attack Shiva, but it hesitated... as if thinking over Shiva's question. "I hope she's not actually like that, like maybe she's having a bad day or something, but.... Pokemon shouldn't be treated like that." Saying that, she already knew the truth... that girl was rotten to the core, but it didn't hurt hoping did it?
Suddenly a cold breeze blew over the group. It didn't bother the cold loving Shiva, but it did mean the Froslass had caught up to them. Reminded that she'd taken the baby Snorunt as well, Shiva noticed the little one recovering from being tossed. Reaching forward she quickly aided it to it's feet. "Sorry about that...." One could see the bite marks on Shiva's hand, which the female hid by moving her gloves forward a bit. The Froslass, already angry about her child being taken from her once was doubly mad now. Raising a hand up, the ice-type summoned a freezing cold wind. Shiva shut her eyes, finding the snow brought along with the breeze to much to handle, but as far as cold went, this was a summer breeze in Snowbelle.... Peering an eye open when the wind stopped, she noticed the Froslass looking fairly... forlorn, downtrodden even. Once more she tried, but again... it wasn't all that cold. Floating forward the Froslass readied a new attack ,this time incrusting her fist in ice, but she quickly screeched in pain as something from behind her attacked. A Litwick had appeared through the forest, using Ember from behind. It was quickly followed by the woman, holding Kuval upside down by his tail. "You forgot your trash." The woman stated tossing Kuval across the woods. He landed against a tree, toppling down to the ground below. Thankfully he appeared unharmed, save a bump on his head. Rising up Kuval retrieved his shell, readying for a fight. "Kuval, are you alright?" Shiva quickly asked. He nodded, holding up his shell even higher. "What you want to fight me? Pa-lease I'd pummel you. Two against one isn't all that fair, but I never said I fought fair." The woman sneered across the field towards Shiva. "What do you say "Trainer"? Win and I'll let that runt go." Standing up, Shiva held up her fist, as if she was going to fight herself. "I've only just begun as a trainer, Kuval and I haven't yet fought another trainer, so let this be our first win." She'd accepted. Fighting for the Snorunt was just what Shiva was going to do.

While Shiva and Kuval seemed prepared to defend themselves in battle, the woman snickered, taunting Shiva even more than she already was. "Wait... You only just started? Oh jeeze, no way I'm beating up some pathetic newbie." Shiva appeared confused. "But... Didn't you just start as well? You have an Oshawott.. it's it from the Professor?" Once more the girl sickered "No. Like hell I'd get something from that woman. Ruto as been with me since I hatched him from a egg. He's the son of my father's prized Samurott." So this wasn't a fight Shiva could win? Well they could still cause some damage right? Pursing her lips Shiva went to motion for a command, but felt a sudden weight on her leg. Looking down she found the Snorunt clinging to her. It was shivering more than normal, and appeared to be trying to warn her of something. Was.... was this woman's Pokemon really that much stronger?
"Ugg, go away!" Shouted the woman suddenly. Looking up, Shiva could see the mama Froslass actually psycically trying to attack the woman trainer. However, another quick Ember felled the Froslass once more. "Sheesh, one ember and you're down for the count. Whatever, your baby is probably twice as weak. We're leaving this trash to sulk over how worthless they all are." With a sharp turn the woman headed back towards Accumula, leaving Shiva fairly furious... though that quickly subsided when she remembered the Froslass was in pain. Leaning down she picked up her baby then rushed over to the Froslass, crouching down to set her baby down nearby. The Froslass' body was ice cold, but it hardly bothered Shiva. "Are you alright? Let me take you to the Pokemon Center." Shiva stated in a rush. The mama shook her head, glancing towards her baby. The ghosts body started to feet light, and though Shiva didn't want to believe it, the mama was dying. "No, No... Hang it there.... it was just a couple Embers... you'll survive.. .you're a ghost right? Ghosts can't die!" Picking up the Froslass she stood and quickly dashed for Accumula, but... she wasn't fast enough... mid-way through navigating the woods, the Froslass faded away... as if she never existed. Though something astonishing happened... in her hands she found a dawn stone.... Was was it a thank you for trying to defend her family? Looking back, she found the little Snorunt an Kuval chasing after them. No.. This was for her baby. falling to her knees to the ground, she held forward the stone for the little one.Though once it noticed she wasn't holding her mama anymore, the Snorunt came a stop... tears welling up in her eyes. "I-i'm so sorry..... I was... to late to save her." Slowly stepping up to meet Shiva, the Snorunt hesitantly reached forward one of it's little hands, lightly touching the stone. A light erupted from the Snorunt, after a few seconds... the Snorunt was replaced with a Froslass. The look of vengeance in her eyes. Reaching forward a hand, Shiva half expected her to be stricken, but... instead she felt weight on her bag. Peering down with one eye she saw the Froslass pulling out a poke ball. 'Me' a haunting voice echoed around Shiva's head. 'Take me' Shiva was sure this was the Froslass' voice so with a slow nod, she smiled and grabbed the ball. She wasn't one for taking revenge, but.. something had to be done about that woman. Holding out the ball, the Froslass reached forward her hand and tapped the button on the ball, letting herself be drawn inside. A short moment later, and the ball pinged with a successful capture.
