Draven walked in, greeting Carwyn with a friendly smile, giving the barest of nods in Brenny's direction (the celebi seemed busy), and paused. He saw a beautiful girl with long hair; and immediately, he'd made a beeline for her. What was the harm? It was practice for when he could dance with Briar, wasn't it? He wanted to make Briar happy; but he figured he wouldn't if he constantly stepped on her toes. A gentleman was supposed to be graceful, in words and in footing.

He tapped Fiore on the shoulder, feeling suddenly rather shy. How was he supposed to approach this woman, anyway? She was beautiful, and her dress must have cost a small fortune. Draven had spent long enough in Rhiyn's company to recognize a talented tailor's work when he saw it. The dress was exquisite.

"Er. I--I wondered if I could dance with you?" he asked, hopefully. "You're really pretty, and--" there was a girl he was hoping to impress. "I don't know how to dance very well," he added.

Ooooh. Seeing Kirsi's reaction to Shou and the flush made Raxka grin. Was it truly going to be a valentine's day then for Shou? Watching the two the shiny just shook her head, "You should have invited her then Shou!" Pouting the teen placed her hands on her hips, "Such a sweet girl and then you don't invite her out to events like this?"

Smiling ever so sweetly the ampharos moved down to look at Kirsi with interest, "So you know Shou really well then?" Her brilliant gaze shimmered in delight, "I'm glad Shou has such a lovely friend...tell me is he nice to ya? It seems you guys are pretty close though." She looked back towards Shou with a small smile.



Raiden shrugged, "I didn't know such things made such a difference." Either way he was battle ready. Though he did tend to overheat easily with such sweaters in training...so shirtless or tank tops were usually much better in his opinion. And this one was pretty snug across his chest...the ampharos pulled at the neck to try to get some more air.

"Good at blending in?" Quirking up his own brow the teen looked about the dark corners, "Don't shadows count?" Still despite his reluctance Raiden found himself following Bethanne forward. Frowning at her last question he just nodded quietly. But still that stuff was better suited for Raxka or Tryce...both of them were good at handling the people portion.

Him, however? He much preferred just sticking to his dark corner.

If he was honest with himself, and he always tried to be, Tristan had been, too. Dying for the dance. He enjoyed dancing, he enjoyed performing; and this, sharing a moment like this with someone he cared about, it was nice. "I have something for you, I'll give it to you later." Valentines was a time for chocolate, wasn't it? He'd purchased Aya a box of chocolate from the candy store in town; it was embarrassingly heartshaped and it shone due to an almost indecent amount of glitter, but he'd been assured that the chocolate within was worth the glitter.

"You're a good dancer," he said, when he noticed the silence between them. "I've never been to a dance like this."

If looks could kill then the glares Shousuke was passing to Raxka would have set her on fire. "If Bethanne hadn't dragged me out of my house, then I wouldn't be here myself." He was much more tempted to stay indoors, working on scores for the following night. Maybe even watch a movie, read a book, contemplate visiting Kirsi...

His cheeks felt like they were on fire themselves. "No, I don't have a romance. Just friends. That's it." He may as well be married to half of them, though, with they way they took over his life at times.

It was a little odd seeing him covered up, but it made a nice little sight. Shouldn't it have been the other way around? Really, in some ways, she was thankful the twins wore less clothing than most. It made washing it all the easier.

"Shadows do not count." Bethanne clucked her tongue. She took his hand, guided it on her hip and the other in her hand. Then she put her hand on his shoulder to really move to the beat. "Just pretend that we're on a top secret mission, one where everyone else is working in the background, but you're the look out. Now, what do you see?"

A small girl had made her way through the crowd; what was with the large amount of pink? Tania made a sound of disgust, wrinkling her nose. She'd wandered away from the lab in order to purchase gifts; something about some stupid holiday, she wasn't sure which. She'd only decided to observe it because it'd come after her favorite day of the month. The thirteenth came around, and whether it was on a Friday or not, it was a day to prank the scientists.

She'd morphed into a scientist, white coat included in the ensemble, and had proceeded to pretend to take notes. Instead, she'd drawn pictures for Grayson.

She was sure her father hadn't suspected a thing; after all, she was deviously clever. As she surveyed her surroundings, she paused as she saw someone almost as bright as the decorations. And that person was talking to Brenny; she supposed she'd have to forgive him, then. She made her way over to Carwyn, curtsying before allowing her dress to fall back to her sides. "Hey Brenny. Hey, Brenny's friend," she greeted them.

"Tania! Tristan's here," Brenny pointed, helpfully.

Tania turned. She spotted the minun in question on the dance floor, hesitating before making her way to him. She wedged herself between the two dancers, making a face. It seemed that however much the decorations of choice had failed to impress her, this was worse. "You're dating my brother?" she demanded, looking to Aya. "If you make him cry, you'll have to answer to me!"

"I love you too," Tristan had managed to say, before he felt his sister moving between them. He groaned. This wasn't going to go well. He knew their personalities would clash; they were both so abrasive. "Er. This is my little sister, Tania."

Gideon, who had been on his way to try to wrap around Fluffybutt, paused when he heard his fellow snake give a rather pathetic sort of hissing sound. It was something that caused the Seviper to turn, checking on the Ekans, taking in the way that he seemed to be coiled up and protecting a tail that looked as though it might have been stomped given the foot print on it. He cocked his head to one side, tongue flicking out, before he slithered forward toward the Ekans.

"You alright there, little Ekans?" He asked of him in the Pokemon language, wondering it was going to be alright, if he needed a potion, and if he should be using Poison Tail on the one who had 'attacked' the Ekans. He wouldn't go picking fights in the middle of a dance, not when it might not have been a deliberate attack. Slithering in closer he coiled up so that he was sitting in front of the Ekans and said, "You're a rather strange colored Ekans, aren't you? It's pretty neat." Leaning in closer he flicked his tongue at the Ekans, as though he could figure out exactly how he'd become such a color when it was something that Giddy had never seen before.

Fiore turned toward the dragon who had apprached him, giving him a smile, "A dance? That sounds nice, why not." Not the dragon that had caught his eye but this one still quite adorable too! Lifting a hand, holding it out to Draven, "I am not a master at dancing, so I might be able to show you only a little. Keep in mind I don't really know the steps, you kind of need feet to know the steps. Still, I bet we can figure it out together." He gave him a little wink before lacing his fingers together with those of the dragon that wanted to dance with him.

It would be an interesting sort of dance, someone who didn't have feet dancing with someone who didn't know how to dance, but he felt that it would be a lot of fun! Giving the dragon's hand a little squeeze he said, "Lead the way, sweet dragon."

Sly looked up at the larger Pokemon hissing back, "I'm alright, I'm small so most don't notice me. I guess it can't be helped." He looked down at the imprint wincing a little. He moved closer to the larger pokemon out of instinct. He didn't like feeling unsafe here, "Do you have a..." he looked up and blinked. Wow, he got closer than he thought, "...Potion?"

Aya blinked as he was...pushed. The male slowly looked down at the child. Oh, she was lucky indeed she was still a child. He felt a tick form above his left eye. They had just exchanged words of love and now this? Oh...Arceus NO!!! Reaching out the male didn't smack her like he wanted. Oh no no no, he tugged on a lock of hair....hard. Then pulled Triss to his side where the smaller male belonged. His words were laced with a growl, "Your a child. Act like one and stay out of the affairs of adults. Unless you want me to treat you as an Adult. Don't test me."

He then smiled sweetly, while tugging a little before speaking again; "Hi there Tiny. I'm Aybliss. Your brother's boyfriend. Got a problem? There's a wall willing to listen over there."
