Vremea had watched the scene from afar, and it brought tears to her eyes. Little Stryke and Odette bumping into each other, Milieu walking into the scene... As soon and the yellowblood saw Milieu, her blood pusher squeezed. Dimly remembering what happened before they'd left to save the trolls... Well, whatever. That was in the past, and they needed to sort things out... All that mattered was Milieu, right now.
Walking onto the scene, Vremea slowly walked up to the two, tears prickling in her eyes. "Milieu, oh, Milieu..." She murmured, a happy smile on her face— Where had she been all this time...? Vremea wiped her tears away, feelings bubbling in her and making her want to rush at them and hold them close— but the yellowblood didn't want to interrupt the moment, so she held back her desire. "We've missed you so much, Teal Owl." She sniffled, thankful she splurged and bought water resistant eye makeup— She would've been a mess... finally, she couldn't take it anymore. She grabbed the two females and pulled them into a tight hug, now slightly taller than them as the older one. Hopefully it'd be returned...?

TROUBLE Team Members: Kursha Vidari, Byakko Mawiya, Rasali Panaka Your Roll: Clue Current Stamina: 4 - 1 = 3 Kursha surveyed the winding corridor, expression pensive. Had they been this way before? With no other landmarks than the occasional candle, it was hard to tell. Even Byakko seemed unsure at times. Almost a week in, and the rebel base was still a maze to him. While that made getting around an annoyance he supposed it had its value as a defence. Should anyone ever infiltrate the initiative, they would have to learn to navigate its circuitous halls first. Oh wait. Someone already had. Seriously, bust down some walls, erect a few signs or something. Up ahead Kursha saw the path split into a five way intersection. Further down one of tunnels was Rasali. Drat. That meant the path he had selected earlier was nothing more than a pointless roundabout. Again, signs. “This way for a complete and utter waste of time!” He was about to call out to Rasali and fill her in on his bullshit discovery when an idea came to him. Why not have a little fun? He had tormented Byakko for several nights now; it was time to switch targets. Besides, he was getting bored of playing cautious. Grinning, Kursha crept up from behind the greenblood. Closer... closer... His sandalled feet padded across the floor in silence. Suddenly Kursha reached around Rasali and clapped his hands over her eyes. “Not getting lost again, are we?”

TROUBLE Team Members: Kursha, Byakko, and Rasali Your Roll: Another 4, another clue! Current Stamina: 4 -1 = 3 ’Oooooh, boy…’ Rasali was super lost. Or at least, she thought she was. The tunnels all looked so identical, she wasn’t even sure how lost she was. At least if she hit a dead end, then she’d know to turn around. For all she knew, she could end up going in circles for hours before someone found her. These caves were a lot bigger than the number of Initiative members warranted… Was it some kind of defensive strategy? If so, kudos to the Initiative. On the bright side, that meant the caves were a great place to hide clues, right? Rasali smiled weakly at her own positivity. Maybe if she found something neat before someone retrieved her it would look like she was out doing important sleuthing and not fumbling around blindly. And then Rasali was blindfolded. ”AIEE!!” With a startled shriek and a sharp elbow jab to the figure behind her, Rasali disengaged from the nefarious prank. Who the hell-!? ”Oh… Oh, s**t, Kursha, are you okay!?” Rasali paled. She realized she should have guessed who it was by the voice. Also the fact that an actual assailant probably wouldn’t have played the “guess who” trick. So much for looking like she was doing something important back in these tunnels.

Akko immediately spun upon hearing Rasali's shriek, nearly giving herself whiplash at the sudden momentum. Her hand instinctively bolted to the wrapped handle of her kanabo as she moved to draw her weapon and defend the girl. Byakko's reaction was just a bit excessive, as it turned out her two teammates were merely goofing off- and it seemed Rasali was more than capable of handling Kursha herself. 'Atta girl!

TROUBLE Team Members: Kursha Vidari, Byakko Mawiya, Rasali Panaka Your Roll: Gorillabear Current Stamina: 5 - 1 = 4
Ow.
Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, s**t, ********, ow.
Kursha keeled over, hugging his ribs. He had not anticipated that; neither the elbow jab or the burst of pain that came with it. Note to self: Rasali was not as feeble as she looked. Second note to self: He should have expected as much. Third note to self: Do not engage someone while on the mend. That was just asking for the wrong kind of trouble.
Gritting his teeth, he straightened. While it hurt like hell, nothing was damaged. He would be fine. Mentally, he docked another point from Rasali. "Better than ever." Kursha flashed her a weak grin. "Anyway, I probably deserved that. You got a pretty good swing there, you know."
Suddenly, he heard a low huff. A gorillabear lusus had trundled up from behind. It gave the trolls a long look, huffed again, and then wandered away.

TROUBLE Team Members: Kursha, Byakko, and Rasali Your Roll: 5 -- Groucho glasses B'D Current Stamina: 3
She didn’t hit him that hard! Well, she kind of did. But she didn’t know it was Kursha at the time, so she didn’t technically hit him that hard… Right? Right.
Regardless, Rasali couldn’t help but wince guiltily as she watched Kursha catch his breath. At least he seemed to be in good humor. If that was what it was called. Rasali’s guilt writhed.
”I-I’m so sorry! Thank you, but, uh- gosh- I’m so, so sorry. Are you sure you’re alright there..?” Rasali hovered around Kursha, fretting.
Was there something in the area that’d help? Had anybody seen her do that? Rasali glanced around the stretch of tunnels. Boxes… Boxes… Boxes of… Glasses? Moustache glasses? Rasali deadpanned. That just felt like insult on top of injury. Or some kind of cosmic sign. She didn’t appreciate the sentiment.
”Is there anything I can, uh… Do..?” She really didn’t think she flinched that hard. Was Kursha sick or something? Rasali would feel even worse if she socked an invalid.

ACCIDENTAL FAMILY UNIT Team Members: Stryke, Miliue, Lunear Your Roll: You turn a corner, finding yourself unintentionally bumping nose-to-nose with a large, menacing looking gorillabear lusus. It huffs, vaguely offended, but otherwise turns away and shuffles off, disinterested. Current Stamina: 1-1=0
Stryke had been so very grateful for Odette's patience in her kind introduction. "i'd like to sssit down and speak more with you when we aren't all busy playing detective if posssible. do you like tea?" Stryke questioned, smiling genuinely despite his sour behavior earlier when she'd scared him. He had a suspicion it was her, the same girl Vremea had saved that night so long ago. Her introduction had only confirmed it for him.
He was even more pleased to see Miliue surrounded by friends who loved her, and nuzzling the girl with affection. Vremea's hug confirmed to him the girl was well liked, adding to the touching scene. The evening passed without much more fuss, and he stayed close to the familiar trolls more because it felt safe...and even happy to be with the older females.
~
Within the days to come, while Stryke was looking for his team mates, he found the answer in their making out in the dark. Making a face, the kid quickly retreated form them along with his Lusus. The other day he'd found interesting information misplaced...and really in all reality, he was curious if he could find out more with a bit of poking around.
Instead he ran into first a massive huffy gorillabear lusus. Barely containing himself from shouting, seeing as he'd offended the poor creature, Stryke felt his pump biscuit hammering away like a caged animal. Luckily it left him alone, wandering off back along the tunnels.
As the kid went to leave, heading for another location, he all but literally ran into a troll taller than himself. Grunting in surprise, the kid looked up blinking in wonder as he barely was able to make out the identity of the troll in question. Byakko. Stryke's eyes went wide, the little yellowblood looked painfully shy feeling bad he'd walked into their leader all but literally.
"o...oh excussse me!" Ryk quickly blurted, alarmed but not ready to panic just yet until he gauged her response.
