I've managed to catch one of the nasty flu bugs going around, that's why I haven't been online as of late. Trying to drink plenty of fluids and rest.

Take care of yourself Jean.
If I had the time I would help run the guild. In one of the X-Men guilds I ran with I was Professor Xavier, and TarSi, as well as a few minor characters.
I think we just need more stories to help people interact. A section just for RP plots for people to post and interact. I've posted two plots, neither have a response.
I'm sure we can get things rolling

As I stated previously, I think we should have "sections" where we divide guild postings. This may help alleviate some apprehension about people posting?
I thought of a few major sections we could have to help streamline where things go. If course we can always add, but I think some clearly defined sections are needed
Maybe have a section for "Guild Rules" where all important rules go, and questions concerning rules and conduct.
"OOC Forum" for this times you want to just hang back and tall out of characters.
"IC Role Playing" here would be where role playing stories are written, and replied to. Then maybe a section for "Heroes RP" (where the heroes post, no villian stuff. Eg- Professor Xavier bakes a cake for Wolverines birthday. Wolverine posts he hates cake. Scott Summers posts he ate the cake and it was horrible.), "Villain RP" (where the villains post, no hero stuff. Eg- Magneto posts he can't lift some heavy boxes. Blob tries to help but accidently sits on the boxes. Mystique goes and bops Blob over the head.), and "Guild RP", where both heroes and villian interact, sort of the main RP area?
This is just my idea. Of course we do need more villains, but I think first we need some sort of organization so people know where to post, and what?

Something along those lines yes...oh and factions/teams! IE Brotherhood of Mutants, X-Men: Blue, X-Men: Gold, X-Force, X-Factor, Excalibur...Sorry! Obviously I'm a big fan of the X-Men since they exploded in the 90's with Chris Claremont, Jim Lee, Rob Liefeld just to name a few. I've been told most of you guys are green, and I've been around the block a time or two and have dealt with the creative/storyline side of running guilds. And some of my colleagues that are now members in this guild can vouch for me. If you need help contact me. But keep in mind I'm semi-retired almost full blown retired....yes just like Cable I'm a old timer on here (compared to some people on gaia). I'm not glued on here all the time. But if you have questions or need help with creative send me a line, and I'll be happy to respond.

Update on Jean:
So, Jean's been in the hospital since Wednesday. Her doctors are still running tests and getting her back up and running. She hopes to be out in a week or so. smile I'll keep you posted.

Sometimes life makes itself quite known that it does what it wants and rather unexpectedly.
