I V Y As Eleven spoke, Ivy's eyes narrowed annoyingly. He was there, and yet, he choose not to help prevent someone's death. "I wasn't there. There was nothing I could do. But if I was, I can say if I was in the presence of Lucian, watching him kill someone and knowing his power, I wouldn't challenge him either. But I guess her lack of struggle makes his murder that much more accepting, doesn't it?"
Her eyes looked back at Dameon. He was an evil monster, and nothing he could do would prove otherwise to her. "Which do I think is worse? I rather have been in your shoes, so then I can make up excuses on why i take countless innocent lives" Ivy shook her head as she left the bars and walked back into the corner of the cell, away from Dameon, as far as she could. "You may go--hopefully I'll be dead before you return."

Dameon watched as Eleven moved away from them and out of the rune's range of effect but said nothing except for a small smirk when Eleven informed him the details of Ellie's death. "You speak as though I would turn on Lucian simply because he killed a decedent of mine that I never even knew existed let alone knew on a personal level." he let out a sigh as he looked to Ivy. Ivy always did have a way with words but that was one of the many reasons he had fallen for her. Even now as she tried to turn him against Lucian she held his heart in her hands.
"And you." Dameon adjusted the body upon his shoulder before he continued. "You know full well I've always done what I feel was the best course of action. Why can't you trust me now? Though I doubt you will be dead before I return. You've held up this long after all, like the strong woman you always have been." his voice softened as he spoke to Ivy. He would make her understand why he did what he did. He needed her by his side again and he'd be damned if he'd let her slip away again.
The cursed immortal turned to the son of Nine to make his way out with the body and the glass shard and as he walked past the man he stopped a step behind him and spoke over his shoulder, "If I hear that anyone so much as touches her, be it you, Abryon or Lucian, I will personally end their life. Also I want a cell that has a bit more privacy for her, as well as a bed and my personal men guarding her cell. If you can't do that then I will take her to my prison in Purgatory."
With that Dameon made for his personal quarters that resided in the outskirts of the castle walls with in the forest. He had a body to reanimate that would probably give him more questions than answers.

Eleven ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Eleven remained silent until Dameon had gone from the dungeon. He was not worried that the man had taken the body. Most of the men who had been killed would be uncertain of what had happened and the ones who would know had been to brutally killed to be reanimated. Eleven said nothing to Dameon about his demands. The man believed that his wife was something special. Lucian's own son had been thrown into a cell and given no special privileges. However Lucian's son had also escaped. After a period of silence Eleven turned to face Ivy.
"She didn't struggle because she believed that her friends would protect her. We did not. I heard her thoughts to the very end. She was trying to tear him down with words and she was failing. Ellie made no attempt to be spared she never asked for mercy. She knew the sword was coming for her head and chose to yell at it instead of run." Eleven paused and looked towards the doorway. "I respect your move. Trying to manipulate him is clever. He is trying to manipulate you as well but you have his heart. He loves you and is burdened with a great weakness because of his love. You will always be able to change him before he can change you."

I V Y Ivy ignored Eleven, all she did was turn to him as he spoke. Her husband's demands were outrageous. She was a prisoner, and she was going to act like one. "Ignore him--I don't need protection, or to be comfortable--I want nothing of this world."
turning away to face the wall, Ivy leaned her head against it and closed her eyes.

Eleven ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Eleven shrugged and walked towards the door before turning back to Ivy once again with another question that had crossed his mind. "How can you speak so poorly of Lucian knowing that he spared your son. Knowing that Eon is only alive because Lucian had mercy, can you really say that Lucian is a monster worth betraying?"

Eleven ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"My mother is a psychopathy who killed thousands of innocent people because Nine wouldn't cuddle with her and she would do it again." Eleven explained as he turned back towards the door. "You once loved Dameon. That doesn't go away, that doesn't fade. Somewhere deep down you still do and I'll bet it horrifies you." With those parting words Eleven left.

Notchwood I V Y Apart of Eleven was right, and she knew it. But Ivy wasn't ready to give into lucian and his mission quite yet.

Dameon entered the Dungeon, an air of annoyance about him after several hours of learning little to nothing from the corpse and gained more questions than answers. Though according to the guard, he spoke as if a small army had assaulted them which further strengthened his notion that a small task force had some how infiltrated the dungeon and allowed Nine to escape but aside from that the corpse had offered no further insight.
I was not long before Dameon stood before the cell that held his wife. He had yet to turn and face her, her cell in his peripheral vision as he stood staring down the hall in front of her cell. He didn't speak as he stood there. He didn't know what to say or why he had come but he had felt compelled to see her. Perhaps it was the fact that this was only the fourth time he had spoken to her since she had decided to come out of hiding.
When he finally turned to face her he couldn't help the small smile on his face as he saw he resting against the far wall of the cell. He went and leaned against the bars of the cell opposite of Ivy's and knelt down and sat with one arm propped up on one knee and the other in his lap. He closed his eyes as he took in the soft thrumming that the power draining runes gave off when something stuck him as peculiar.
He had found Elven just outside of the runes effect. Then again it could be explained away that Nine was not heartless enough to 'murder' his own son and not allow him to rebirth which had Eleven been within the runes effective range he would not have regenerated. It was either that or mere coincidence or even more treacherous would be Eleven had assisted with Nine's escape. Nine WAS his father after all. He let his thoughts ponder possible scenarios as that were all possible, some more than others.

I V Y Ivy opened her eyes as she not only heard Dameon, but felt his presence. Sitting up she turned to look at him as he leaned against the bars. Why was he here? Didn't he have something to do? She had come up with a plan though, a plan for her to be released. In the end, Lucian would kill her, and she knew it.
With a sours yet spiteful look on her face she spoke towards him. "Don't you have love to make to your new leader Lucian?" She made a insulting, yet angry comments to annoy dameon, to show she resented his loyalty to lucian.

Dameon laughed at Ivy's comment before he opened his eyes with a smirk. "Still hostile I see. Though I haven't indulged in the pleasure of the flesh in a long time, my dear. The last woman I was with is before me as we speak." He said smugly as he remained seated. Her was beginning to find her disdain humorous and for the life of him he didn't know why.
"And yes I do have something else I could be doing but I wanted to see you first." he added idly as he let his head lean back against the bars of the cell behind him so that he was gazing up at the ceiling.

I V Y When Dameon spoke. Ivy looked at him, in a way she hadn’t in years, human. This man, who could have had anyone due to his strength, choose celibacy. Why? What being could last eternity without physical intimacy with someone? Was this some ploy for Dameon to make her believe he was as good as he claimed to be? he would not distract her from her goal of getting out.
Scooting over against the wall, closer to the bars, her eyes met with Dameon’s, something that had not happened in a long time. They were the same, yet darker, tired, for the most part they embodied his eyes. “Why?” That was all that could escape from her lips.

A humorless chuckle escaped Dameon's lips as he frowned. "Why? Because I don't deserve such pleasantries like happiness or pleasure for one. The second and probably most the important reason is starring at me as I speak. You." He said tilting his head slightly so he could look at his wife. "How about you? Surely you went about and partook in the pleasures after learning of my 'misdeeds'. Despite the simple fact that you still wear that ring I gave you and don't give me that bull that you cant take it off. If you were so desperate to break your link with me you could have just as easily cut your finger off and destroyed that sword I gave you. They are after all the only surviving remnants of what we used to be and despite it all I kept mine." Dameon held up a his left hand and flashed his ring finger where a small band of metal sat wrapped around his finger.
"And despite everything I've been through and all I've done I have never once taken it off. How could I? It was the only thing I had left of you and whether you believe me or not I have, do and always will love you." he was looking at the ring almost reverently lost in his own memories before he sat upright and looked at Ivy, his wife. "So how about you? Did you indulge? I mean, from the look on your face you seem surprised. Almost as if you thought I would simply lay with just any woman because I thought you were dead and gone. I am not so vain nor am I so low. Did you already forget my vow to you, or that YOU were the reason I even began to feel my emotions again?" He waited expectantly for an answer even though he knew Ivy wanted to talk about something else and probably would not grant him with an answer.

I V Y “I didn’t take off the ring——Apart of me never really had thought about it, and the one time i did, I thought if it was gone, I could die, which seems more appealing these days, it might not be a bad idea to remove it.” Ivy sighed as she looked down at her hands, then back up at Dameon. “If I answered honestly, you would be jealous.” She whispered, leaning in closer to her husband. She looked at Dameon, reaching through the bar of the dungeon, her hand touched his arm gently. She looked down, then back up at him again. She had been with one man since her curse. A human, who she killed during the intimate relations with him. That was when she realized she was no longer human anymore, and she stayed clear of anyone else. Ten often offered her husband up to Ivy, but a marriage was not something Ivy felt like getting in the middle of.
Reaching her hand up she grabbed Dameon’s chin, and pulled him to her, kissing his lips between the cell and freedom. Parting from him she whispered against his breath, a request she needed, something she hoped he would not pass on. “Let me go—“ Looking up her eyes locked with his. “I’ll go get our son, and tell him everything, and I will bring him back. He will join us, you and Lucian and I. We will be undefeateable.” Ivy smile against the lips of Dameon.

A frown marred his face as Ivy spoke but before he could say anything her lips were on his. Normally he would have been elated to hear Ivy say the words she was saying. He felt happy yet hollow. Yes she had kissed him but it felt...fake? Her words what he wanted to hear. Dameon stood up and turned his back to Ivy, a scowl distorting his face.
"And then what? For you stab me in the back when I'm not looking?" he hissed. Part of his anger had been at Ivy for being with another man. Even if it had only been one that was one too many. Not that she even told him how many only that he would be jealous. That alone told him what he needed to know. He had abstained for countless years when he could have laid with any number of women. But that was merely a small part of his simmering anger. He knew full well if he let her out she would no doubt return to Eon but he had fought the boy. He knew the boy would rather die than to help him or Lucian. Those eyes so filled with determination and righteous anger all of it directed at him. Eon would not join them and neither would Ivy. They would simply go back into hiding and that was something he would not allow.
Dameon picked up a nearby stool and threw it down the hall with all of his strength causing it to practically explode into splinters as it hit the floor.
"Do you think me blind?" his voice seemed calmer with his small outburst past.
"When I first put you in here not even a few hours ago you were cursing me, wanted to be killed or to kill me and now, now you want to be by my side? Don't lie to me." he scoffed as he took a few steps towards the exit before stopping
"Besides, I already fought the boy myself. He's skilled but weak and lacks experience and I'm honestly surprised that he has lived as long as he has. Not to mention I learned that he believes that I killed his father. I wonder who possibly could have told him that. Though it's a small detail I had to fix. Not that he will believe me." he glanced at Ivy only briefly still scowling.
"The boy would rather die than help me let alone join Lucian." The ancient human turned and faced his wife.
"Perhaps when I return I will let you out but for now you can sit in there." His attention was quickly drawn to the direction of the Zaibatsu where he felt his portal close and slowly began to smirk.
"So after I return from crushing the Zaibatsu's forces I'll be back to see if you're still in the same state of mind." with a grin he turned and left his wife to dwell upon her thoughts.
