ｋｉｎｇxx ｏｆ ｈｅａｒｔｓ▐ ➟ As Donovan tried to read Umbra even further, he just couldn't. Donovan could've sworn that Umbra's words were true, but he ended up with nothing on his emotions. "What are you..." Donovan was keeping a close eye on Umbra before walked over to Illo and whispering something in his ear. "He doesn't seem to have any emotions... I can't get a clear reading on this guy." It was a troubling dilemma, once again Donovan felt useless to help the situation.
"Why am I always the one with the bad luck? It's like I'm cursed or somethin'..."

I don't know if this is how you guys want this to go, so I made a guess. I apologize, and am willing to edit if it is inadequate. So much for telepathy...  Illo
That doesn't sound normal. Illo said quietly to Donovan. His powers hadn't failed in this way before, so he was fairly certain this was on the level. He stepped forward to examine the newcomer.
He used his sharp soul perception to ascertain certain things: that he was indeed powerful, and by the use of a few sacred syllables attuned his temporal perception to see his soul wavelength in some sort of battle. There was only one more thing he could have done to confirm the stranger was telling the truth.
I'm going to read your mind... I hope it doesn't offend you, but I need to see what exactly happened. Illo would reach his hand out and place it on Umbra's forehead if he would allow it and begin reliving the experience from his point of view.
He saw the whole thing. The fights, the ambush, but what got to the monk was the faces he saw. Some of the faces wouldn't be familiar to Umbra, but to the monk they were the countenances of his brothers.
It's more serious than I thought... Come, my weapon partner is a medic. Illo would begin floating up away from the group. He upped his energy to five percent so as to transport the rest of them faster.
The air around the group would begin to change, feel effervescent, and penetrate, dilate, agitate ever atom of their being as Illo readied the teleportation. Whether or not Emit came along would be up to him, as Illo would ask him before he started the process.
Post warp:
A dull wave of thunder rolled along the beak to the talons of a great bird on the Nazca Lines, and at once there stood three, or four, of Death's warriors attempting to change fate. Whether they met her at the lines or in the rest tent nearby, Illo greeted his partner and introduced the newcomer(s).
Melani! I trust you had a good workout? Hopefully you will have the energy to treat this man.

Umbra just shrugged" whatever gets this over with...theres something i must do after i relay this message to others to spread" he told them as he attempted to place his hand where is forehead was but would feel nothing in there but he would still be able to read his mind once Illo read his mind he began to take it seriously soon they would be taken to a tent he remained silent as they arrived (just note guys anyone looks/reaches under the hood they find literally nothing under it)

(ok so I got an extra day so I'm posting quick > . The poor redhead barely got through the fifth lap, thinking it wouldn't harm her to take a little break when Illo popped like her hopes of getting any rest. However, her duty as a trainee medic were beyond her condition as she suddenly addressed umbra. "Where does it hurt? Any grave injuries?"She would be quick to take Umbra under the cottage, where she would attend to The wounds the best she could. Despite a few shocks here and there thanks to umbra's ethereal form.

Umbra looked at Melani, he simply lifted his hand from his wound around his waist "its not grave..more hindering injury" he spoke only speaking little as he waited to see what she was going to do

Reaching for the wounds, it was somewhat relieving there was nothing grave at hand. But how would she heal something that is not there. When she touched the wound, she could feel it. As if the very flesh was there, but her eyes didn't showed anything. as if the clothes were just void. Taking a risk, she opted to close her eyes during the procedure, picturing through her tact the wounds. Using soul stitches instead of regular ones to heal the wounds and prevent any bloodless if you could say it that way. Once she was done, it was hard for her to open her eyes. After all she concentrated that much that for a moment she thought of herself as blind. Leaning back she cleansed her hands and sighed. "Well that's the best I could do. I hope it relieves at the very least a bit of your pain. But you should rest none the less. We don't want any complications."Recommended the redhead.

Umbra rubbed the area after she stitched it up, it still hurt but it wasn't as bad rather it was better then before he heard what the girl had told him about rest he looked at her the emptiness of his hood peering at her " that is but one thing i cannot do" he told her "there is a matter more important than resting, a target i must eliminate before anything else" he told her "tell me...does anyone know where i can find a Samantha Blackheart?" he spoke

No matter how much concern she could harvest towards Umbra, she knew there was little to nothing she could do to keep him steady and calm. However, the expression of her face changed once he sentenced his target. "Why would you like to hurt Samantha chan?"She was greatly concerned about this matter. Sure she wasn't best friends with her. But she did knew her, she was a fellow student at DMWA and sometimes during Nurse Morthem's examination Samantha occasionally showed up for her physical exam. Mostly regarding her arm. She didn't seem like a bad person. Maybe a little cold in the exterior. But not a bad person.

Nebbia d Argento huh interesting idea for her to do lol might try her visiting XD Umbra continued to look at her " Samantha Blackhart is the one who struck me in the first place when i was not being careful...allowing Lily Trienna to overpower me...so before she loses control over her power i must eliminate that girl before so she may not trick others" he said to her "now...tell me where she is...or the future will remain the same" he said still in a calm voice but one would read it as a serious words.

Melani couldn't believe it. Not the kind of certainty she 100% knew of but rather she refused to think Samantha was capable of doing such thing, even more if it meant to hurt others. She could feel it in her heart that Samantha despite her cold exterior had a noble spirit. "I can't tell you if you are telling me you are going to eliminate her. Can't you at least talk to her."She saddened her look, knowing there was no way she could stop him. "At least lock her... seal her away but don't kill her"At this point she would accept everything but killing Samantha. However, as much as she planned on resisting, there was this strange urge to speak. She couldn't meet him in the eyes, but that hollow darkness within Umbra's hood appeared to be luring her in, like a vacuum. Trying her best to resist the influence but in the end she couldn't take it anymore. "She's usually at the roof of DMWA... who knows why that's her favorite place. At least that's what she mentions to Nurse Morthem."Melani felt like a horrible person, shivering she couldn't accept the fact that she just helped someone who seeks to cause great harm to a fellow student.

It would appear the man was in no mood to wait for anyone and was taking matters in his own hands--forget about help, all he said to the group was "be prepared."
What would you like to do? Illo asked Melani.
We could go make sure your friend is safe... Both of them. The monk added the last part because he knew an injured man when he saw one--or didn't, whatever. After she answered he turned to Donovan.
You fought well today, he said placing a hand on the boy's shoulder.
You have all the skill you need to defeat your opponent, and when the time comes you will not need to decide, you will just act. The monk smiled.

Melani turned over to meet the monk, yet her eyes were still not open, as if staring at umbra for too long during her first examination had caused her eyeluds to fall into slumber. But even then, it was clear she was concerned about Samantha's welfare. and Illo still had his third eye so there wasn't much need for her to express her feelings during this situation. "Yes please. I don't want more people to be hurt... if we are about to face this... destruction he had been talking about then we need every ally hand we can get. Shira sama isn't here to protect us, neither the first line of defense of shibusen so we must fend for ourselves."Melani tried to stand up, being it difficult since her legs were worn out because of her training earlier. And now, walking in complete darkness, she could only follow the monk's voice. Extending her hand trying to reach for him.
