If you use the PayGarden service to exchange gift cards for retail stores for Gaia Cash, you are not technically purchasing it from us, which is the only way we can apply coupons due to technical limitations and PayGarden's fluctuating exchange rates. Technical limitations prevent us from applying coupons to PayGarden's services, but on a cool note, you can always use Gaia Cash from any source to qualify for our tiered spending rewards! That is not equal to the conversion rate... Not having the gold shop prices match the conversion rate seems silly, I mean it only makes sense to have it equal throughout the site not doing so is ripping off your users. The current gold shop / gaia cash exchange rates were determined by an older system. They could definitely do with some updating! Sorry, but I don't currently foresee a way to release tier items, as they are advertised and treated as being completely exclusive to their tiers! I asked over a month ago about making cash shop kin craftable since its not fair for the rest of us that don't have the money to spend on gc that you can only get most of the CS kin that way or for an outrageous price in the mp. I was told they would do this but so far the only kin in Alchemy are the Halloween ones. Whats up with that? Are we going to get the CS ones or not? This will not be available at the moment, however possibly in the future. excitable sloth Erynne Games: Lake Kindred.For a $15 kin, the Bloody Stagony is certainly lackluster as a fighter. Is the value more about being an eye candy? It is a good looking recolor, but that's about it. It had been good in the initial run, but its efficiency peters off mid levels. His skill set are strange than they do not reflect the MP cost. They seem to get weaker as the kin levels up instead of progressively stronger. It's an annoying quirk if that is what is meant to happen. His other $15 peers are clearly the top-performing kins of the game. Pumpae at $5 and Cereus at $8 are likewise superior and they are far more affordable. This kin cannot even compare to the least of these. I suggest a rebalancing of the stats and skills. You did do that to Pumpae post market so it's possible for you to do something like that. Giving a robust HP score and accuracy at least. For $15, it deserves to be up among the very best. We actually do have plans to rebalance eventually. However, Cash Shop kin will not be affected negatively in any way. Some are priced according to the drops that they have and the like. Some are priced that way for other reasons. December 22nd, 2015: Rance Clear Xashowd Items/FeaturesWill Paws ever get more direct CS releases that aren't user items? I'm grateful for the freebies and such, but after seeing the Avi version of Kumara get numerous recolors and the Paw version getting none it feels like Paws are being left by the wayside again when it comes to the CS itself. Various users have given theories and reasoning on both ends of the debate, but I think a detailed answer from Staff would be best. Are the Paws truly not profitable enough to Marketing to get more items in the CS? If so, what can we do to change that? Paws have already tried speaking with their wallets and it evidently didn't work (See: Kumara). So we're at a loss here, and while no one likes the regular GCD complaints, it seems like that's all that can be done. Please, give us something to hope for. We love Paws! Regarding Kumara, if I recall correctly, that item was a special extra made just as a gift to Paws and was not actually planned ahead of time or intended to have recolors. It was a fun side project from a really generous artist. 3nodding We may consider recolors though, since everyone seemed to really love it! Paw releases are not going to vanish any time soon, but to be very honest, you're accurate in figuring that Gaia cannot thrive on solely or even with a majority of Paw releases. Not to say that the return is the only thing that inspires us to create more items, because that's definitely not the case, but it means that human items will have a larger resource pool overall. Hi there, We do not always announce when all items leave a shop. They are in for a specified amount of time and then are removed. Zero Omega cold juice Features/Buying GCWill there ever be a solution/fix for the problem when ordering GC, the transaction will fail if your name/address has specific characters like, ö or ä. When I asked about this on support, I was basically given cold shoulder and was just told '' yeah, there's no fix for this problem, you just have to make an entirely new paypal account without ä's or ö's etc. '' which I thought was kinda disappointing? Unfortunately from what we have been told by our partner this is something that they are not able to actually fix for us, that it's actually a problem across many forms of online payments not related to just Gaia Online.

Basically, the announcement said I'd get a Bundle Bonanza II for spending 99GC, however I got two totally unrelated items. I went to check the tier rewards after getting my item, and I saw that the 99GC rewards were different. I don't think it's fair that you advertised one item and gave out another. I know many people don't check the actual tier rewards page before spending for the tier since hey, we don't really expect the advertised rewards on the announcement to suddenly switch up to different items. Basically, is there any way to get the item on the announcements page instead? Sorry about the inconvenience! This was definitely a graphical issue. The rewards are the Fashion Affair and Hotdog Eating Contest, we'll be fixing the image on the announcement page.

Recently, a few previously-stated tier exclusive items have been re-released through RIGs (My Deranged
Valentine to name one), I'm assuming on accident. There's such a huge item base, I can see how easy it can
be to get an item or two mixed up here and there~! (I barely keep up with what is released how and under
what regulations myself heheh)
However, I just want to clarify - items from tiers specifically stated to never be sold or released again are really
supposed to be left alone and not put in re-release RIGs/CIs, right? Tier items are not supposed to be rereleased if they were advertised as being exclusive to that tier. (Which is the vast majority of them!) We may reconsider this level of exclusivity with future tiers, but that is the current policy. smile Rance Clear Shrimp_Man Items Is Novice Kings Agent eligible for re release? I couldn't find anything about it not being eligible. We may reconsider this stance in the future, though! Should we expect a rerelease of tier items in the future from past tiers?
I know of the 6 months rule but there are still a lot of items that need to be rereleased in that case.
It would be cool if we could have a CI just for those rerelreases. As of now, tier items are exclusive so we won't see 'em. We may reconsider this stance in the future, though.
I thought this was recently changed to 6 months when they changed the new ticket rules.
Because there's a lot of tier items that recently were put in the deflation CIs.
Silly Adorkable Bea was one of these items that was in a Tier.
Same goes for a lot of the rainbow items back from a Tier during the 2015 Summer Sale.

The Double Rainbow is more expensive because it takes more work than the regular Rainbow. c: it takes the same amount as the original rainbow, it should have the price of the original rainbow. OAO things have been nerfed. It does not take the same amount of work as the original rainbow. It takes more work. We were lenient allowing such recolors under the original rainbow but the fact is that those recolors took longer. And I can tell you this from experience.

Zero Omega Dead Queen FeaturesSo since I paid for a ton of outfit slots before extra "free" outfits slots were released, I sent a billing ticket roughly two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a response. Is the staff simply busy or has my ticket been lost? Should I file another ticket? I do see that there was a reply to your ticket, have you checked your spam folder for the e-mail? Additionally, there were no free outfit slots that were given. If you had the maximum number of outfit slots before the expansion, then you had to spend the extra Gaia Cash to get them.
