Generally, Uru has a low expectation of other creeple's skills. This was no different. He still didn't know what impulse drove him to sit still in a chair long enough for the boil to do whatever it was to his face. Whatever it was, he was gonna clean it off later. ... He was almost certain he was going to get an earful of laughter and jokes from his roommate about this. He should really listen to his instincts for self-preservence. Aisha already wore face paint, most often a white skull (like today) but she was willing to give someone else a try.
She sat still and quiet as he worked and when the boil leaned back he seemed satisfied. Aisha looked herself over in the mirror to find badass ink work in compliment to her skull face.

The ink demon felt that he he was getting better at drawing! Maybe.... Mayaa popped by the booth, wanting her face painted again because it washed off in the ice water.
At least, this time, she had something in mind.

Nova was rearranging his pack to fit the plush he'd gotten when he tripped mid-step and found himself looking up from the ground at a booth sign, for face painting. The cute booth owner was looking at him. Nova grinned and jumped back to his feet. "I'm okay!" He announced, even though the crowd moving past him hadn't even noticed him fall. "Meh." Nova stuck his tongue out at the others in general then bounced onto the empty stool in the booth. "Oh pretty." He says looking at Quillan. Not giving him much time to wonder what was pretty Nova keeps talking. He's been at the carnival all day and is starting to get wound up. "Can you paint my face with Kitsune markings?"Unfortunately, Nova has a hard time sitting still. When finished Quillan mutters something about how objects in mirrors may appear more distorted than they actually are, and hands him a carnival ticket.

Lurks got his face painted with a skull, and all in all, it was a fairly accurate representation, in that he looked...exactly the same.

Somehow, Wally had wiped all the previous paint off his face.
