Oh...yeah...she should probably tell her mentees how to tell the gender of their birds...oh, well. Whatever. When she next saw the mini she'd make certain for Leo! "Great!" Hel cheered. "How are your fruttens getting along with her?" The reaper nodded her head enthusiastically. "Ya! It is!" When Nox wasn't having her do lame things, like flipping copies, but the other stuff, the running around and going places, that part was really cool. Plus she was learning a whole ton of stuff. "Ah, good! I have been to a fortune telling booth--" For reasons, "And a knife throwing booth! It is run by a fellow alumni and my good friend, Shun. He also has two mentees! If you are able and have time, you should definitely go check them out!"

Day three of the great hobby horse wars. Shiki was determined to not land on his face. Gritting his teeth behind a shy smile he took the Hobby horse. It was time to ride. It had to be a miracle! Shiki, still flapping tiny wings he had gained from the desserter booth managed to stay on the hobby horse! Maybe the wings were what was helping! Ephebe Minipet only please. They weren't all that interested in the egg in the beginning, even though they were pretty good egg warmers; but once she hatched, they got fond of her really quickly!" Leo grinned, lowering her voice conspiratorially, "personally, I think it was her chirping that to got them. Too similar to their own for them to resist!" Fortune telling! And knife throwing as well as friends of Hel, too! "I will!" She did a little fist pump into the air. "I'm gonna run the booth for a while and then take a break and see all the other ones, is the plan. I gotta check out my friends' ones as well! There's snacks to be had, I'm told. What about you, what's your plan?"

Lurks had, in fact, had never seen any sort of hobby horse before, and primarily dealt with big-bugs over actual horses.

Bolstered by her previous success on the Hobby Horse course, Lusine thought she'd give it another go. She didn't make it ten feet before she tripped and went sprawling. She sighed and picked up her hobby horse, trying to brush some of the dirt off of it, and returning it to the booth manager.

Lute tried her best but her cowboil hat kept flopping into her eyes, which made for a comic try but sadly not a win. Handing back the items she thanked the booth goer and went about her way.

Gene was new to riding anything, so when the short ghoul handed her the hobby horse she could only give Leo a friendly if not slightly nervous smile, like a teenager about to open a box on Christmas morning from a distant aunt that they knew contained stuffy clothing.

Nova looked at the hobby horse he'd been handed... his younger siblings had several of these. He wasn't sure he could run a course with one of them though, normally you only had to skip around a few steps when playing with these and scarelings.
Nova had only made it a few step before he somehow tripped himself up, landing face first in the dirt. If anyone asked, he'd swear the cowboil hat had fallen into his eyes.

Another failure another flush of shame. Who would have thought he lacked so much co-ordination? Maybe his tails kept getting in the way? Shiki glanced over his shoulder at his tails and shook his head. No way he was getting rid of them.
With a dejected sigh he took off again, glancing back at the horse vowing to beat it some how.
((sorry about earlier, I must have looked at it wrong then. ^_^ Shiki shall continue his fight))

Sludge was so amazing at riding the hobby horse, that he lasted approximately 5 seconds before he tripped over the stick and fell flat on his face.
He was not amused.

She'd fallen on her face when she attempted the Hobby Horse course the previous day, but Lusine was willing to give it another go. She expected nothing less than the fall over again, so she found it pretty amazing when she manged to navigate the entire course without a problem. She smiled as the ghoul running the booth handed her a raffle ticket.
