Keeping Sol's words in mind as they rejoined the girls, Aoi saw Luna's mood had not changed much. Guess the only way to make things better is if Hiryū safely returns to her side. Aoi thought of this situation as rather distasteful, but he'd push through it. That, or Luna would have to seek some professional help. "We got Capri jeans, khaki shorts, and shirts," he said as he held out his portion of their sales' rack plunder. "You can try on the clothes in the dressing room to see if they fit right." He tried to ignore how Kira's gaze perked up when he and Sol approached. He hoped it was because she was happy both of them rejoined her, but he wouldn't have that sort of luck. Still, when he spoke to her, he kept a friendly smile on his face and warmth in his voice because he couldn't be cold to her. Kira's feelings, whatever they were, were not her fault nor his own, but he couldn't accept them.
Aoi thought about what Sol said and knew Kira wasn't the type to harm him intentionally, but her unintentional actions would still hurt. And when she failed to realize why they hurt him, they would both suffer. Aoi didn't look forward to it or want it, so keeping her at arm's length was always the best option. Well, not just her, but everyone. Keep them at arm's length, but stay on good terms. Keep the distance, but let them feel secure in the friendship. But it's not that simple when dealing with two fire-based people. Of the many reasons why he avoided fire elementals, fire mages, and anyone fire-related, Aoi placed befriending them as replacing his sister as the number one reason. But that was a childish reason, wasn't it? Whatever.

[I'm moving forward.]
Behind Aoi, the bell above the door jingled, indicating someone entered the boutique opened. A quick glanced at the newcomer showed it was a nurse who was animatedly speaking with the doll-like boutique owner. He was talking about something a dragon being admitted into the hospital in serious condition. Aoi could only guess which dragon this was, but he had a good hunch it was about Hiryū. "Kira, you have everything you need for the summer and winter. Would you like anything else?" he asked her. After the day he had, Aoi was ready to just disappear. He wanted to help Kira get back on her feet and keep an appropriate and figurative distance between him and her, as well as him and Sol.
However, Aoi knew the fates did not love him enough to give him a peaceful and happy life. If they did, they would have given him his mortality back and allowed him to die of old age.

{Alright}
Kira turned at the jingle of the bell, curiously examined the person for a few moments while the male talked with the creepy person behind the table. She turned back to Zaya at his question, brow furrowing when she heard his tone. Is he tired? He sounds eager to leave. I wonder if it is to do with the male that came in. So she answered with some due forethought "I will be fine for now, I will figure out the rest of the clothes in time I am sure. As for the fit, I will adjust my flame to fit if I must. So we can go, I would hate to keep Pele waiting on this Skype machine." Taking the time between each sentence to listen to the echo of her own words translated into this English. While it was true that she was eager to see Pele again, she allowed herself to cut this even shorter to help Zaya.

Aoi thought about arguing the point about adjusting the fit, but he decided against it. They would talk later about the convenience of having the same size clothes and all the other little technicalities that go with it. For now, they would move on. "Alright, then this is where we split up. Maybe you two will see Hiryū soon," he said before waving them goodbye and paying for the clothes.
Once all the clothes were bagged up, Aoi placed them in his enchanted cigar case before opening the boutique door for Kira.
[Alright, let's exit to Aoi's room.]

Kira smiled and waved goodbye to Sol, giving a tentative pat on Luna's shoulder before saying "I will see you in good time I hope." she paused a moment before including a common goodbye saying of her time "May harmony find you both" and then departing through the opened door to leave with Zaya.

[Enter Kitty from Town Square]
Kitty padded into the shop, pushing the door open with her head, and stepping inside. As the little bell sounded when the door hit it, she looked up, half tempted to chase the jingling object. That's ridiculous, I'm no kitten, nor a house cat. She shook the idle thought away, while she waited for her Master.

Silver stepped in behind Malak, giving a small hello to the owner before taking a glance around the shop to see what new clothing the owner had. It was still a wide variety, as always. Nothing new about that, but the clothes always were, or at least the thought some of them were. Some of the clothing looked like it should be on a dummy in a museum. "Alright, so we should start in the women's section, no? Kitty, you'd look great in professional and stylish clothing, don't you think?" he asked as he walked over to the clothing rack and started glancing through the blouses and cashmere garments.
Malak stifled a giggle as she stooped over to pick Kitty off the floor. It was a habit, more than anything else, to scoop up a cute cat when she saw one, and Kitty was definitely cute. "Where did all this enthusiasm for shopping come from, Silver? You were complaining about your wallet not even a minute ago." It was funny to see him switch from grumpy to focused in a split second. "How Kitty dresses reflects on me. It is important to maintain a respectable appearance." "You sound like my mom and all my aunts." "Then I'm sure they'll love me as their new son-in-law and nephew-in-law once we're married," said the sorcerer as he held out a form-fitting, yet tastefully professional black dress for Kitty. She couldn't help roll her eyes. "Yes, I'm sure they will."

"The style of clothes don't matter much to me," Kitty said to Silver from up in Malak's arms. "However, you are right that my appearance reflects yours, even in human form. So something that will look professional is good."
After a quickly nuzzle for her Mistress, she leapt down from her arms. "I'm going to have to change into my human form. Is there a change room?" She didn't mind showing her human skin, it was just the same as her fur skin, but humans often seemed to act very odd when she did that, and she didn't want to embarrass Silver or Malak.

Malak grinned as Kitty nuzzled her and contemplated not allowing the cat to leave her arms. However, Malak couldn't do that. Kitty would get angry, and it wasn't the appropriate place or time to cuddle her. "Yeah, follow me," she said as she beckoned the familiar to follow her. Malak took only half a step before pausing and looking back at Silver. "Hey, make sure you pick out some underwear for Kitty while I show her to the changing booths."
Silver gawked when Malak told him to choose women's lingerie for his familiar. His face felt hot and his palms sweaty. Malak didn't look like she was joking with him. Did she know how uncomfortable it was for him to pick out women's lingerie, on his own? By himself? With no other women around? Just his lonesome, very masculine self? She probably didn't because he was choosing lingerie for a cat, and somehow that didn't mean the situation was any less uncomfortable. "Right away..." he weakly said before turning towards the women's lingerie section.

[ Ha ha, poor Silver is making me laugh! xd And Kitty is still so oblivious about human stuff! ]
Kitty followed Malak, oblivious to the awkwardness of the situation. She shifted once behind the curtain of the change room and called out to Malak. "I may need you to show me how to put some of these contraptions on." She held up one piece of clothing on the rack and tried to puzzle it out. "Or Silver."

Malak popped her head into the dressing booth and looked at the clothing already in the room. "Ooh, that's a bikini. Might actually be your size," she said as she visually assessed the top's size compared to Kitty's chest. "Here, let me undo this for you. And you can wear a tank top I saw on the way in. It'll make you look super sexy. Make all the toms go, 'Meow', ya'know?"
Silver finished pulling out lingerie that would likely fit Kitty. They were the same size as his mother's lingerie, and the only reason he knew that was because he had to pick up the clothing Kitty took off when she shifted forms. "Wait a minute...I could have avoided this whole situation!" he said to himself, realization dawning on him too late. He was an idiot.
Defeated by his own stupidity, Silver walked through the women's section and picked out stylish business-savvy outfits for Kitty before arriving at the changing booth. "What are you two doing already? I have all the clothes right here." He held up the various skirts, pencil dresses, blouses, and sweaters he picked up along the way to make his point.

Kitty made a puzzled expression at Malak. If any toms saw her walking on her hind legs with pieces of fabric tied on to her, they'd think she was fur brained. Still, Kitty put on the top, resisting the urge to bat at the strings like a kitten, and then put on the matting bottoms properly on her second try. She stepped out of the change room to show Malak. "Is this proper?" She asked, spinning around so her Mistress could see if she had done this right.

Malak applauded Kitty as she came out in her bikini, finding the familiar to be quite stunning in the skimpy outfit. "Toms, well, the human variety, will definitely pursue you. You're hot," she said as she circled around Kitty with approving nods. However, once she glanced over at Silver, she knew he didn't approve. He gawked at Mrs. Kitty, though Malak was unsure if he was gawking because he was overprotective of Kitty or if he though the clothing was inappropriate for an enchanted familiar.
Swiftly, Malak did damage control and saddled up beside the sorcerer. She took some of his load off his hands as she walked him closer to his familiar. "So, the bikini just happened to be in the booth when Kitty entered it, so we thought, what's the harm?" "The harm? You mean all the disrespectful men who will be looking at her with lustful gazes? Not happening, Malak. It's not happening." Silver glared and crossed his arms, almost like a child throwing a tantrum. Malak rolled her eyes. "Right, you sound more like a father than her master, Silver. C'mon, no harm done. What if she wants to go swimming at the beach with you and your family when you get them back? Huh? Wouldn't they all love to take a dip in the water?"
Silver let Malak sway him, only because he knew this was a battle he could not win. Kitty did look stunning in the bikini, but he worried about how men would perceive her. She was first and foremost a cat, a typical domestic short-haired cat, yet the people of their town could easily ignore that fact if they found her alluring enough. The last thing Silver wanted was Kitty getting hurt. "Kitty does look beautiful, but does she know how to swim? Kitty, do you even like water?" he asked them. Malak shrugged and looked to Kitty for an answer.
In the meantime, Silver walked to the dressing booth and hung up the clothes he picked out for Kitty. He made sure to organize them in their respective outfits so it would be easier to showcase. "Whatever, in any case, try on these clothes. It's fine if you keep the bikini on. We'll buy it regardless because it'll make one or both of you happy." He relented only so his familiar and bride-to-be were happy.

Kitty spun around, looking at herself in the little mirror, confused by why human males would like the little strings that she wanted to batt at, and the little pieces of fabric. She shrugged, turning back to her mistress. "Miss Malak, human toms are odd in their preferences." She confessed her thoughts as Silver approached. "Silver, I don't understand, but if you don't want any human males to look at me, then I'll just stay close to you and scratch at any who try." She mused to herself until she picked up the rest of the conversation they were having.
"No swimming for me, I've never been a fan of water, being a cat at all. But I don't mind soaking up the sun of the beach." She grabbed the rest of the clothes from Silver and brought them into the change room, but it wasn't long until she was calling for help. "Miss Malak, how does anyone wear this weird black tube of fabric!?"

Silver thought Kitty understood the point, but her line of thinking just missed it. He wasn't opposed to her being seen by men, but he was terrified of what men may attempt to do to her because they found her attractive. His mother raised him not to whistle or harass women, but he knew of many men, those outside of Kuro Shiro and visitors, knew not to behave and act towards women with respect. If one of those outsiders, those who could easily overpower Kitty, got to her when he wasn't around, he didn't know what he'd do. She was his last remaining family member. He'd be lost without her. He thought as he willingly yielded to Kitty the rest of the clothes he held in his arms that he would discus this further with her. I'll talk to her about it tonight, before we sleep. He sighed and tried to calm himself until Kitty's sudden call for help jolted him upright. However, he soon released a burst of laughter as her words actually registered in his brain. He used the nearby wall as support as he doubled over in laughter. I guess this won't be so bad. No matter what she wears, men will still look. I just have to help arm her to the teeth.
Malak immediately came to Kitty's side, also trying not to laugh as Silver was doing. It was hilarious watching his serious expression completely change into laughter. And it was hilarious to see the expression on Kitty's face as she stared at the black pencil skirt in her hands. "That's a pencil skirt, Kitty, but you'll wanna wear this white blouse first. It'll make tucking it in easier on you," she advised as she took the skirt from Kitty, set it down, unbuttoned the blouse, and held it open for her.
Worried the familiar may put the shirt on backwards, Malak spoke with hast, "Just turn your back towards me and slip your arms through the sleeves." Once Kitty had it on, the rest of the clothing would be a breeze to put on.
Or so Malak hoped. Either way, this shopping trip had become amusing beyond belief. "Silver will approve of this outfit, considering he picked it out."
