Hola. I'm psy. I'm a 20 something year old grad school student with a somewhat busy schedule.
I am getting my Masters in Social Work and I am going into my final year (woo). That being said, I have a year long internship beginning in August. I also have work (ew retail) annnd somewhat of a social life outside of gaia (Boyfriend takes up most of my time OTL)
At one time, I was really big in the guild scene but now I find it hard to keep up...mostly because we don't have notifications for guilds (like outside forums). I shall try my hardest here!
I've been on Gaia since 2003 and I've been roleplaying just as long. But I was bad. Really bad. No, super bad. I'm surprised people let me even join their roleplays. It took a lot of work but I am now an advanced lit writer and I can't imagine writing something under 800 words. Character-wise, I like to fill voids in roleplays--although generally I lean toward female characters because I am a female (and I definitely lean toward romance). This means that I generally try to come up with a character that doesn't already exist in the roleplay (with regards to personality, history, etc.).

I'm twenty-two. :B I'm Male. I play males almost exclusively(though I've recently taken up the task of playing a female character)
^In part to test myself, as I would like to become an author one day. :S
Never the less, I'm currently studying. I'm a Mathematics Major, with a Minor in English! :B

well, hi
I'm Muffin. I'm a 20 yr old college student, just finished my sophomore year, and I'm a Liberal Arts major which really means i don't know what i want to do
also I'm a lady...thought I'd throw that in there..
so! as a lady I tend to enjoy playing females more often than not. I have been known to double, however, and make the second character male!
I personally don't think I do a very good job at impersonating men, but doesn't hurt to try I guess!
I haven't really been able to roleplay/write a whole lot since I started college, so I thought it was about time I changed that.
and I'm back!
I have to admit, however, that in all my time on gaia I've only been in one other guild, and it didn't last very long. so I'm a bit excited/nervous about joining this one.
but we'll see where it goes!
if you guys want to know anything else you can just pm me or quote me or something! if you want my samples you can click on the ".testing." link in my signature and then there's a link on the first post that says "SAMPLES"

Let's see. I'm twenty-two years old, married, and I've been role playing for about ten years. I can play just about any role, I don't really have a preference. I'm a biology major in college with a focus on veterinary science. I hope to one day achieve residency, which basically means I'll be in school until infinity. I'm a waitress, so sometimes my schedule can be a bit wonky. I enjoy yoga, grooming dogs, and painting. Oh, and role playing. Hurr hurr.

Name's Ilana. I'm the old timer at 25. Currently in graduate school doing a double for English Literature and Creative Writing.
I swing between any number of characters, so I have no preference on sex or gender, though I seem to gravitate to woman-identified characters. Much to the bane of some folks, I often play anthropomorphic animals. Humans are no problem, but they're just kinda boring for me to play as. I write enough humans in my professional work, so this is my chance to cut loose a bit.
Genre-wise, I like adventures and apocalyptic situations. I've been looking to try my hand at cyberpunk or steampunk stuff. I often find myself in fantasy role-plays with a modern twist. I'm pretty versatile, and I play a pretty good villain, when given the opportunity.

well hello everybody i'm gatz / inner gatsby and im gonna be a senior in hs this upcoming school year!
im not ready fyi / jsyk
anyways, i have a penchant for slowly letting my normal english slip into old chatspeak like u and ur
and it's basically just me being lazy and letting you figure out whether i actually meant its (possessive)
and it's (it is / conjunction) and various other trivialities.

anyways, onto roleplaying stats, no?
i usually prefer slice of life roleplays and maybe some dystopian, anything to do w/ real life basically i
think??? haha neways, i tend to gravitate towards men in their twenties but i can play girls too if you
need 'em, idc really.
