There was only one thing left to do; finish the Suplex attempt. With that said, after Jake could hardly keep Aiden in the air much longer, he went to fall backwards to complete the impressive delayed vertical Suplex.

For how long Jake kept Aiden up in the air, Aiden nearly had his eyes closed as it felt as if all the blood had rushed to his head. Such uncomfortability wasn't anything he wasn't used to. But regardless, it still caused a ton of stress and disorientation to his coordination. From one second looking at the fans, to the nest staring up at the rafters, the impact of the suplex making it's mark was felt. Aiden arched his back and nearly dug his elbows in the mat with a tight grip of his fists. Visible pain washed over his face as Aiden's back soon relaxed and laid flat on the mat. Only relaxed in posture, but certainly not relaxed in any other way.

Jake got up and did some showboating of his own, but it was interactive with the fans. After they had cheered in awe of his display of strength, the Kid shook the ropes in the fashion of the late Ultimate Warrior, and the crowds response grew louder. He couldn't hold back the momentary smile from being cheered on by a huge audience, but this was business. Roman needed to win and walked over to Aiden on the ground, hoping to flip him on his stomach and setting him up for something that wasn't considered a big man's move, but one that Roman added to his arsenal to over-stretch the limbs of his fellow competitors: a surfboard.

At least Jake had the audacity to play to the crowd now. It gave Aiden some time to catch a breath and roll around a bit. Basically to arch his back and try to lean from left to right. Aiming to get some feeling back in his shoulders and spine from two rather high caliber moves. The showboating however felt like something that Jake needed to pay for dearly. Hence why as Aiden was on his back, Aiden made sure to keep his eyes open as he aimed to regain his breathing regularity a bit and sooth his arching anyway possible. As Jake approached him and tried to roll Aiden onto his stomach, Aiden would try to counter into a surprise kip-up hurricanrana to catch Jake off guard.

Just when the Kid thought he had Covell slowed down, he was thrown off, overhead and onto his back by the consistent quickness of AJ's protege. As hyped up as Jake was about his mounting comeback, he failed to keep up with the speed that this cocky devil possessed. After being thrown off with the huricurana, Jake rolled onto his feet, holding his lower back in pain.

Well, that worked. Instincts were something that Aiden had plenty of. Whether it be primal instincts or thinking ahead of the game, Aiden possessed plenty of those attributes. Jake had all the momentum going his way, but it only took two seconds to change that. One kip-up hurricanrana, in the blink of an eye. Chalk up one for Aiden on the quickness scale. Taking the time to gather his bearings as he still had a sore set of shoulders and back to attend to, Aiden wasn't thinking of doing anything strenuous just yet. He'd slowly make his way to his feet and rest his back against the nearest set of ropes. But he'd also take this time to wait for Jake to get up to his own feet that way Aiden could think of a new approach to showing off his athleticism a bit in a less strenuous way. As he saw Jake do just that, Aiden wouldn't spend much time waiting for the guy to turn around as Aiden rushed forward to send a flying knee into the back of Jake. Hoping to send the guy crashing against the ropes, or even better, over them.

Over the ropes Jake would go, landing on the side of the ring that was opposite of the ladder. Being flipped over the ropes caused Jake to land on his stomach, and the pain that shot through both sides of his torso caused the Kid to lay down and catch as much time as he could to rest the stingers on his body.

The gameplan worked and Jake was seen tumbling over the ropes like a rag doll. Aiden simply took his time to put his hands in front of him and taunt in Jake's direction, as if he were brushing imaginary dirt off his palms. Almost to display that this match was a cakewalk and perceive Jake as having no chance. Walking backwards to the center of the ring, Aiden would wait for Jake to stand up before he would put another aerial maneuver on display.

Much like the ropes he needed to push himself up earlier, the table was the nearest thing in his direction. Therefore, Jake pulled himself to his feet, his eyes tightly clenched from the pain his body had felt tonight and what he would wake up to tomorrow. Each guy was bringing their A-game so far, but as of now Aiden's seemed a bit better. Roman didn't want to stand for this, but ironically he would, when he arose and turned around to face the ring once again...

The waiting game was on. Aiden hopped on his feet from left to right, for no apparent reason other than to keep his momentum going. As soon as he saw Jake start to stand up and use the announcers table for leverage, Aiden would run forward and attempt a quick suicide dive through the middle and top rope.

The flying shoulder had enough force and momentum behind it to send Jake backwards and over the announce table, laying horizontally on the announcing duo. Once they rolled their leather chairs back to avoid any more contact in this match, Jake's limp body rolled off of them and onto the mat behind the table was a seemingly defeated man. Thank God this was a best-of-five series, because even Jake had his doubts on whether he could keep up with the elusive Aiden Covell.

Despite the success of the suicide dive, Aiden's waist and thighs still made contact with the edge of the table. Because of this, both Jake and Aiden didn't seem to have the want to get up any earlier than they had to. Aiden upon impact, had rolled back onto the padded ringside flooring and tucked his knees up to his chest, rolling from left to right to try and rub some feeling back into his thighs after the sharp pain of the impact made onto the table was still felt.

He took all the time he could to lick his wounds. It was all Jake could do for the time being, but maybe this is what he needed. The camera man caught the Kid panting heavily, looking to consume the air needed to bring his cardio back to it's prime condition. He could wait to push himself up to his feet if it meant finding sometime to collect oxygen.

Regaining his breathing was paramount right now. The fact that the impact of his waist colliding with the edge of the announcers table, along with his thighs? Nearly took all the wind out of him. It would leave some bruises, but nothing he hasn't worn on his body before. He's had worse. Much worse. Rolling on to his stomach and managing to find stability on all fours, Aiden slowly began to crawl away from Jake and aim to head towards the side of the ring where his ladder was. Perhaps he could be able to put it to good use sometime soon.

With a sore shoulder and a wide red mark on the side of his pale chest from Aiden's suicide dive, Jake was given space by the commentators to push himself up. By the time Jake would be progressively finding his way to his feet, Aiden was toying with the metallic and dangerous ladder; a ladder match was Roman's weakness, because it was an object he was incredibly unexposed to during his wrestling career unless he was on the receiving end of the cold-blooded steel. The Kid began to make his way slowly to the ring apron, looking to crawl into the ring with caution.
