Orpheus watched each of the kids as they tried out the exercises then decided that this may have been the better place to start out. Everyone was doing much better and the result of injury would be lessened. He'd thought that the cushions would be enough to make it safe but he was convinced now that children were the masters of getting in hurt. One had to plan farther ahead and maybe next time he would have to steal even more cushions?
"Your doing good Vivina! You will get that down in no time." He called the Sugar Glider, she'd done quite well in her flight, even made it passed the cushions, for her it was less the gliding that it seemed she needed to work on and more her landings. As good as Ligeia was as a landing pad Orpheus was sure he wouldn't want to be in that position to many more times as he would end up all black and blue.
Paxton was leaving now? Orpheus followed him with his dual colored eyes, the boy was taking the same path as the first two birds had. Out of the classroom. He gave a 'Hmm' sound. It was one thing for Gabby to go to try to lure Liang back but quite another for Paxton to leave as well. He was down to half a class now. He looked to Vivina and Earako, then to Ligeia.
They seemed to be doing ok with their exercises, Earako even seemed to be getting it down, "Good job there Earako." Which was more the reason to bring the others back, so they wouldn't fall behind.
He could leave Ligeia in charge for a moment as he fetched the other half of his class, he wasn't sure how the girls would react to that or how Ligeia would... Hmm... he couldn't just let the other three wander off though when they were under his care, "Ok. Ligeia, Earako, Vivina. You three wait here ok? I need to fetch the rest of your classmates back here before they get into trouble." He told them then hurried off in search of the three colorful birds he'd manage to lose.
Ligeia watched his father go then looked over at Earako and Vivina, "Ok... ummm... guess w-Eeee should just... ahh... keep praticing?" He said, unsure if they were supposed to continue on or wait for his father's return. Since it was simple wing exercises it should be ok to go on right? He hoped.

Vivina was about to go for another try at her landing skills and started to run when she stumbled and nearly fell over. Orpheus had commented her and had blushed, losing focus and causing her to tangle her feet together. Getting back into focus and straightening her askew glasses, she slowly walked back to try yet again, but not before watching Paxton leave the room. Now there was someone she wanted to avoid.
Paxton seemed to her like a person not to be all hyper around, even though he only seemed slightly irritated with Gabby. Vivina snapped back into focus and told herself to ask questions about him later so that she wouldn't end up on his bad side when they officially talk sometime in the distant future.
Vivina started to run again and jumped, this time putting more effort into the jump to fly up above the ground a bit higher. Maybe that will help? She did the usual and glided until she reached the cushions. The landing was mostly about the timing and accuracy of pulling her legs underneath her. She guessed how many seconds she needed and started the countdown from three. Three...two...one...She pulled her legs out underneath her, but straighten up her back a bit too late.
She ended up landing on her hands and flipping over onto her back on the cushions. "Gwah, so close too! The flipping made me dizzy though...woah..." She closed her eyes for a few seconds and bursted out into laughter. Well, third time's lucky right? She heard Orpheus talk again and she saw him running out of the room, leaving Ligeia in charge again. "Yush! Must practice lots more!" She got up again and skipped her way back to the starting point and got ready to try again, hoping that she'll get it this time. Maybe Orpheus and the others will return by then to see her? Or maybe it'll be just Earako and Ligeia. At least she'll have some witnesses...

Liang sniffed, covering her face with her hands in hope that the girl couldn't see her if she had her eyes covered. The girl had her arm around her, that was wrong, it was bad. People weren't supposed to touch you if you didn't want them to. She tried to shrug her off and stay "hidden", but when she heard the boy speak up, the other colorful one like the first, she stopped and slid her arms down a bit, staring at them with her wide eyes. Switching to look down at the fan, she mustered up a bit of courage, "No, it was a gift. From a man I met here. I do not remember his name." She felt a bit bad that their wasn't some heartfelt story behind her prized possession, but that was it.
Class... Right. She should go back, otherwhise people might think she didn't like them and she was being rude. The colorful boy, he seemed brave, the way he had been the first to try and fly and because he followed after the colorful girl, so she was more inclined to listen to him. If it had just been the girl, she probably would have stayed put, but she made a decision to stay near this boy, at least until the class was over and she could go home. Taking her fan and splaying it back out in front of her face, she stood and hopped over toward the boy without another word.

(( I have to put an OOC note here, delete it if needed.
Liang holds her fan with her left hand Asryane, that's the hand Gabby would take with her right. So doesn't work, and even if it did Liang doesn't like people touching her much, so she would shake herself loose instead of just going along with it. She's not a social person. ))

Surprisingly enough, the strange and exotic girl came when he called her. Then again perhaps that was just his imagination, after all Gabby's comforting words should be having more affect than his simple sentence. Heh, '...you guys should get back to class,' it couldn't have been that powerful.
It gave Paxton a sense of satisfaction and relief though that he wasn't going to have to turn this into a struggle to get this girl back to class. It would just have been annoying if she had put up a fight. She wasn't as stubborn or ...erm, Paxton couldn't find the word to describe it, but perhaps there was more to this girl than he had originally seen.
"ACK!" Paxton's eyes went wide as Gabby grabbed a hold of his hand. "Let go Gabby!" No, no, why was she touching his hand? He didn't want to be grabbed or touched. He tried wiggling his fingers away from her, but made no real effort to break her grasp. He may not have been in the mood to be touched by her, but he certainly didn't need her to run off and go cry if he made her upset by smacking her away. Well...at least she was dragging them back to class, and fast too, maybe he should stop compl---"Ouf!"
Well, there went the getting back to class fast and efficiently bit, as Paxton tumbled back with Gabby, holding onto her hand tightly as he fell. Why did he always some how end up falling backward onto his butt. Good thing they were indoors, otherwise mother might have something to say to him about getting his pants dirty.
