One of her purple feathers from her wings Short IC Response: It was a lonelier night than most. One that particularly gave Matania memories from a long ago past, one that she fought constantly to forget. The moon overhead was cast in a deep shadow from the clouds. It was as if the earth was reminding her that she was far from the warmth of love and kindness. Matania missed everything. Her home, her schedule, her friends, and most importantly, her family. What was her mother doing? How about her father? Her siblings? Were they all okay? Or had the dragon lord Tiamat destroyed them all? Matania didn't know, and it unnerved her. Angered her that Tiamat destroyed her life, shattered it into millions of tiny pieces that she just couldn't pull back together and put in their proper place.
Matania shuffled her feathered wings against her sides as she stood on the hilltop, staring over the rolling valley of dips and paths. She was lost in thought, remembering how it was her older brother that kept her together. She missed him, well, she missed all her siblings. And even though she HATED him for what he did to her. The final voice that rang out in support of her exile. She stilled missed him. She missed his guidance. His voice. His well meaning behavior even though he didn't show it outright very often. She remembered the days in which which he would sit with her and tell her the stories of his various journey's across the territory of Asmodae. He had a rough exterior, but he was always well meaning. Even though her other siblings kept their distance from him.
She looked up to the sky with her light pink eyes, a sad yet hopeful smile on her lips.
"Hey wishing star, it's me again." she spoke softly, "you've given me hope once. Gave me back something to believe in. I know its not right for me to come to you and ask for more. But..."
She hesitated for a brief moment, a sliver of doubt came into her mind, did she dare?
"But I ask you again, please. I miss my family. I miss my home. I miss everything that once gave me strength. I know I should find my own path, forged in my own strength and desires. But I cannot do this alone. I am only one asmodian."
Matania reached back and gently pulled out one of her soft feathers she held so close to her soul. One of the only things that kept her tethered to her history, to her past, her present, and her future. She loved her wings as she would her own future children. They were everything to her.
"Please take this. Give me strength anew. I beg of you. Please send my oldest brother to me. I know he's not the nicest of fellows. But he has a good heart, good intentions. Even though I am angry at him for being one of the voices that cast me out of my home, I still love him dearly. I wish to make amends, make things right for once. Show him that I am not that naive child who leapt before thinking."
She set the feather on the alter quietly, so gentle in her motions for she feared it may break and all hope would be lost.
"I cannot ask you to change the past," she looked up again at the twinkling star above, "but I can hope to have your blessing to help create a better future."
And with that, she bowed to the alter once turned away, making her way down the hillside and back into the forest.

A small bottle off "moonsand" he collected while on a beach. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative?Ialu shook the bottle of 'moonsand' It twinkled in the night light. "It's perfect..." he said with a smile. This is what he would offer to the wishing star. He laid the small bottle on a flat rock, stepped back and looked up towards the special star. " Oh most beautiful star in the sky, this little pony will give this a try. I wish I may, I wish I might, to see my sister who is my light. " Ialu dreamt of a time long long ago when he was a young usdia. There was always a cheery eyed female that would play with him. They would race along a small beach. She would giggle and snort as she ran circles around him calling him silly little brother. Many moons have passed since he got separated from his family. He was no longer little. He believed when the spirits allowed, they would be reunited again. He had to stay positive!

Jarl leaves a pile of the juiciest spider eyes he can find, along with a small dried animal paw of unknown origin and a bundle of tree moss. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative?The voices had been growing increasingly louder as the days rolled on, near to the point of screaming. Surely, surely he couldn't be the only one that suffered their curse, their wrath. He couldn't remember where he'd come from, but he must have had parents...someone who spawned him. If he did, maybe he had a sibling or two? Jarl walked along the dingy path that made for a trail in the swamp, his swamp. Sometimes walking eased the noise when the ghosts became too loud. Walking in the night, beneath the moon and stars. Only tonight, there was no moon. The stars had run of the sky, dancing and flickering amongst the black darkness. One star shone brighter than the others...
Jarl trudged up a nearby hill, his eyes narrowed on the star. Could it be? He'd seen it before, he'd asked of it before...and it had been kind and granted him a favor. The stallion wondered if tonight the star might hear him once more, help him with his burden. It required a token, and offering, he knew this. He looked in the pouch around his neck, dumping the contents carefully on the highest point of the hill. Some lovely eyes, always good to give guests and friends. A paw from a lucky animal, every found paw was lucky. Some tree moss, long and curled...like spun hair almost. Turning blue eyes to the sky, he sighed. "Wishing Star...you've helped me before. Now, I have a request again. The voices grow louder, unbearable these nights. Surely I can not be alone in this curse. I do not remember where I came from...but there must be someone. A family member? My parents might be long gone by now, but did I have a sibling? Someone? Please, Wishing Star help me...."
He paused, frowning, then shook his head to clear the voices. He looked at the pile at his hooves, then turned away to head home. Perhaps some stew would be nice on a dark night like this. Why had he left the comfort of his shack anyway? He couldn't remember...

An assortment of flowers like those she wears but they form almost a pastel rainbow in their arrangement, a pink one adorns the center. Also a set of hair chopsticks a pearl white with gold beads hanging from them, as she places them down she touches her horn to the items leaving a warm calming aura around them hoping that some of her magic will help complete the connection to lead them to one another. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative?"It is so much more then a question and more then a person that I seek, I have come upon tough times lately and Im unsure how to handle them. The disaster with the Kawanii lands has been an added stressor and I went off to search for ways to help those in need, maybe it was more me looking for a distraction but Im unsure. You see my love has vanished, he had gone traveling out past the desert as he did a few times a year but it has been several months and he has not returned nor has there been word from him. My son went searching but to no avail and things Im afraid are looking bleak.
Through these dark times though I have my children to lean on Im still feeling lost and more alone then ever, it's in these times that my mother moon has begun whisper to me in my dreams. My mother can feel my sadness and the hole growing bigger in my heart and so Ive been lead to you old friend, to seek your guidance. In my dreams Mother whispers her name, but upon waking it eludes me to quickly. But I feel as if she is a part of me, her warm glow a reflection of mine, she is the day to my night. I see her figure standing there, flowing long white hair and a pastel rainbow aura around a soft pink form with gold adornments. I step closer but she only starts fading away, she is my sister, my other half. I need to find her in this dark time, she is the last bit of hope I hold onto. Please I ask you, great friend help guide her to me, let our souls finally be one and let our hearts be whole."

A necklace that was given to her by her past mate. She leaves it as a true sign she is leaving the past for her promising new future. Short IC Response:
"I will always love you Pavi..I always have and you know that..I made my life hard as a way to get over what i knew would happen..I have forgiving myself and i hope you have forgiven me and found your own happiness.." she was only whispering her words to herself. She had built so many walls around her heart not wanting to let another in. Somehow though one stallion managed to break all her walls he broke them down one by one. He never gave up on her unlike the others she met. She had been trying to keep everyone out of her heart willing herself to feel no emotions. Now though she was content and loved her mate more than anything in the world. Her mate meant more to her than her two sons whom she never saw. It had been only her and her son Titan for the longest time but now it was to be her and Alex.
Looking up to the sky she smiles thinking of how Alex tried to win her heart. Saying he would always be there and understood her to the fullest. He did not force the mask off her face but instead was waiting patiently for the day she would show him her face willingly. She closed her eyes and feels his warm touch even though she was alone at the moment. When she reopens her eyes she notices a star shining brighter than any other out there. "The spirits have shown me i am destined for something greater..I am lost though..My family has shunned me and i am alone all but for Alex and Titan..I make this wish to you in hopes i may be granted the family ive always dreamed of..A way to start over new and leave my past behind me..I am wishing for a foal that could be taken in and raised by us..A foal we can teach our family ways to in hopes of someday reuniting this broken family..Ive done wrong to my brother and kept my other family out..In return my bond has been broken..Please show mercy and allow me and Alex to show the world that there is always second chances.."
She closes her eyes and makes her wish hoping she might be granted her hearts desire to start a new family. "Thank you for hearing my request..I hope the spirits will always be there.." looking back up to the sky the star has gone leaving her in the darkness but she feels something resting on her and smiles under her mask. "Alex ive missed you..where have you been ..?" looking up she seeing him smiling back down at her and she walks away with him not wanting to tell him of her wish just yet.
"I was the reason my family broke..i wish to be the one to help mend it.."

Some feathers from his wings and some sweet smelling herbs binding them. Short IC Response: Zavis sighed, he hadn't wanted to come out to the wishing star again but Kali convinced him, He looked up at a slightly cloudy sky, not able to see the wishing star at first. He waited until it was visible then lay his offering in the proper place. "Wishing Star, i don't know if i even have family out there but for the sake of my mate, our foals if we have them and for me, please, help me find someone, anyone, I can't let my foals grow up without knowing my side of their family" he sighed again, taking a few deep breaths before speaking again "Please keep my family safe, even if i don't knoe them or remember anything of my past" he added then moved off, back into his beloved trees, back to where Bane, ever understanding of him, waited.

A lock of her mane, bound in a shining ribbon. Short IC Response: What does you soquili ask/tell the wishing star when he or she comes to ask to find their relative?Dementia gave a relieved sigh as she stared up into the cool spring night sky. A beautiful night after a long, trying season of flame and ash. Her beloved Flurian was with her, but Deme longed to know where and if her children were safe.
Thoughts of her family soon led her mind tripping down a seldom traveled path. What of Dementia's parents and siblings? What were they doing now? She had no hope for her parents. They would have delighted in the destruction. Her brother, however...
A sudden shining in the sky caught her attention. A wishing star! Dementia ran to the teepee and removed one of a gaggle of good luck charms around the entrance. She laid it out on the grass, where the wishing star could see.
"Wishing Star! My brother was kind when he was younger. I couldn't convince him to come with me when I ran away. If he still has some goodness in him, however mad he may be, I wish I could see him again!"

Astúcia will be giving the tooth that his parents had given him as an offering. His sister and himself both received one when they were younger, their parents using them to remind the children that Kalona are superior to every other race. Short IC Response:
Astúcia walked slowly up to the top of the hill. He had heard of the brightest star in sky. The one that came around once in a while to grant the Soquili of the lands thier deepest wishes and thoughts. The wishing star was something he had heard many tales about but had never seen himself.
As he came to the top of the hill, he looked up into the sky at the beautiful star. He wasn't usually one to ask for help, but he knew he needed it in order to find his sister.
"Great and powerful wishing star... Though I have never asked of anything from you before... I need your help now."
He gently placed the tooth from his parents down at his feet.
"I must find my sister. After the great wars, I lost her. I need to make sure that she is safe and is doing well. She is the only blood I have left."
Looking down in sorrow for a moment, he gained his composure and looked back up into the night sky at the star.
"Our parents were taken from us long ago, before the wars happened. She is the only tie I truly have left to my family and my herd. The only tie I have left to Kalona..."
He sighed and turned around, leaving the hill and the star at his back.

Short IC Response: Ravati sighed as she laid on the soft snow covered ground still. She shivered as she normally did in this land. She didn’t ever think she would get use to it down here. She still hasn’t but…it had gotten easier since she found Opus, her love of her life. Still, even though her life is now happier and she is free the past still hurt like a fresh wound. Her gaze lifted to the heavens as a soft yet smile formed on her face. Two children were up there, two wonderful boys. Two of her own. Yet, there was one missing from the trio of brothers. The only child she was able to save before they were taken. Her last living son, or…so she hoped. Ever since that fateful day many of moon ago she hadn't had any contact with her son. Hadn’t seen his beautiful face, nor had she gotten to watch him grow up into the stallion he would be today if he were still alive. It hurt. It would always hurt not knowing. The only thing Ravati could do was pray, which on this night she was here to do. She hoped the gods could hear even with no physical voice for hers had been stolen along with her sons. Closing her eyes she lowered her head upon the blessed stone many laid offerings to. Tears welting up in her eyes. “Please…ancestors, spirits, gods…whatever you might be. Please hear a mother’s prayer. Keep my child safe from harm. Though he may not be with me, may not even know me anymore, I still love him. Let him live free and happy without the burdens I faced in my youth. Let him love freely as I can now. I hope…I pray one day he will find happiness. I…I also pray one day he finds me in safety. I pray he understands that I did what I had to for him to live. It was not out of rejection but love! Please, I beg you, all gods please…hear me this night.”

Lani stepped up on careful, quiet hooves, looking up at the Wishing Star and giving a small smile. Then she nudged a small handcrafted wicker basket into the moonlight, painted with butterflies and stars. Hanging from the violet rim are several little pewter charms--a feather, a silver coin, and one of the hoops from her own necklace. Giving the basket a gentle nuzzle, she looked up heavenward and prayed for a child to call her own. Short IC Response: She'd been...restless lately and she shouldn't have been. Her father was finally home and safe, welcomed back into their little family with open wings. She'd met her grandson for the first time and had positively melted...but that was just it. She wasn't getting any younger. She and Basil, they'd tried again and again...but it seemed she was barren. It had been years since they had had the delight of their two little colts running around the field like little pirates who'd stolen her heart with just a laugh and a smile. She loved her sons...but she yearned for another. Or maybe a daughter. God, she'd never had a daughter before... But honestly, she'd be happy with either. If the Star would give her a baby, a child to love and cherish and raise all over again, well...she'd be happy. She gazed up at the star-dotted expanse of blue-black sky and breathed in the soft night air and sent up a little prayer to the gods and goddesses looking over her. Looking over all of them. "We just...we would love a little one again. Maybe a little girl that I could spoil and teach all sorts of filly-mare things." She laughed. She'd been raised in a brood of all sisters--the idea of having a son, all those years ago, had startled her. But she'd perservered and raised Serren and Torrin without hesitation--they were hers, and her heart. "But I would be happy with a third son. I would love him, gay, straight, or anything else. You know I would." She took in a deep breath and let it out again. "And Star, I don't mind if he has wings or not; it means nothing to me anymore, not like it used to... I've grown too, in this time. I've grown up." Gone were the days of lunging off small hills, hoping for some semblance of flight without having the wings her sisters and mother had. It had hurt, so much, growing up and knowing she'd never touch the sky. And then she'd fallen in love with Basil and, well. Love had the tendency to heal. "Thank you, Wishing Star," she said softly, a smile tipping at her lips because even if it didn't happen, she had a legacy.

A True Friend Who is Wishing?: Tsumetai  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: I am usually quite creative and often daydreams. However, some alone time is crucial for me. I can also be sensitive, compassionate and thoughtful at times. Sometimes chronically late, and tends to be forgetful in rare moments and sometimes a little sarcastic. What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? Tsumetai leaves a glowing lily that comes from her protected field. These lilies are rare and is said to carry healing abilities if used right. But even if not used for healing they are still useful to guide you in the night.

A True Friend Who is Wishing?:  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: To forever be a gentlemanly soul, alone and lost, is merely not the case. For one as mad as myself, I, too, get lonely. Incurable madness as my only company is sure to disappoint me. I am so longing for a companion, patient and kind, to understand my irrational thinking and awkward behavior. 10 Things I Like: Warm colors, natural stripes, natural spots, curly locks, stallions, shiny things, birds 10 Things I Don’t Like: Cool colors, bright colors, short hair, tribals, swirls What does your persona or your soquili leave as an offering for the wishing star? In an almost child-like way of prancing, Gekko'rhi thought on what to offer. It was not long before his delirious mind wandered and he lost his train of thought. After a while of staring off into the vast skies above him did he remember his offering. He pondered after it quite a bit more, before setting down a lock of his golden mane, with nothing greater of value as he adores the shimmer it gives off although coated with blood, "I hope with this, it is an ample offering, for someone who can put up with the madness of my loneliness."

A True Friend Who is Wishing?:  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: I'm quite the busy body. As our family is without some essential persons to fulfill roles I must step in to take charge. Some might see me as quiet at times but I'm just watching to make sure thing go well. However do not get on my bad side, I may look all dainty but have been trained to take care of myself. There is noting that gives me more pleasure than helping my brother, the leader of our herd. As my brother is extremely busy lately I find myself to be quite lonely. While settling down was against her personal beliefs, the silent knight truly was her favorite of dearest companions, and the one she returned to the most often. He truly was the one most likely to eventually lead her to settle down with a single stallion. Though she wasn't sure if that was what the spirits would allow of her. A spark lit in her eyes and she smiled brightly as she turned to run into the wilds, hair flowing freely. Perhaps there was a way to find out! ______ That Night, Auliimeli approached one of the Wishing Star Altars, knowing it would only shine for a few days before fading once more to a barely visible speck. She put her offering of some collected mushrooms and healing herbs, tied into a bundle by a helpful raccoon, down and silently wished for a sign that their pairing was blessed by the spirits. A True Friend Who is Wishing?:  Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Chaldene grew up underwater with her seathi mother and brother. Her mother, Cyllene, didn't really know how to raise children at all, she treated them more like a game than anything else. As such, Chaldene was raised to do pretty much whatever she wanted. Anything fun, dangerous or wild that happened to be in the area would instantly draw her over. Life was a blast - she could stay up late, explore whenever she wanted and got into all sorts of mischief. Now that she's a bit older, she's set off to explore the lands she doesn't know - out of water. She's pretty much the same as she was when she a foal, adventurous, extremely curious and as naive as can be.
