students." She'd never encountered one of those before, but she knew of them. "It seems strange, when they're called that - I tend to imagine the big, scary monsters we've been fighting, in glasses and overalls trying to rush to third period. It sounds like a cartoon show."
And yet, one of them had done this to his face. And they were trying to kill hunters as well. Hey, who wasn't?
"I appreciate you telling me that." She murmured. "Just one more thing to stay away from." She sighed sharply as an overwhelming sense of frustration overcame her. "I'm leaving."
Her abrupt admittance was based solely on her sudden need to accomplish something. Maybe she'd go find a spar. Or a good, hard ********. Maybe both. Just not at the same time.
Whatever the case would be, Otto's presence was starting to make her restless for something. Her hands dropped away, and she walked off, taking the time to fondly pat his rear end as she walked off.
"But, Otto." She was already several steps away when she stopped, and turned her head. He was given a calculating side glance. "If you ever change your mind about me." Her lips quirked to the side. "About
us. I'll be ready."
Her heels went clack, clack, clack against the linoleum as she walked away.
