Taym's offer of a handshake surprised him, but he hesitated only briefly before accepting it with a short nod. He didn't trust for an instant that Taym's hostility was gone, but at least the man had proven that he could cooperate under pressure. Personal problems could be settled off duty.
"Reports," he said with a resigned quirk of his lips, and pulled his pendant out. "Almost makes me want to suggest another look around. Almost."
