The wyvern was alarmingly fast for something so threatening, but her massive dislike for dragons was even larger than it was, if it were a tangible entity. She ducked under its wing and clipped it. The dragon was mercilous. She kept her distance, firing when she could, but it was starting to really get some good hits and smacks off on her. Doing nothing proved painful, and he decided that healing was probably the route to go. Except as he tapped his weapon frustratedly against his arm, still nothing happened. Had he broken it? He pushed against the beast trying to get it to weaken a little more, it seemed to be slowing down, at least. That was a relief.

He whacked himself a little harder with it, and thought that maybe he had felt the tiniest bit of healing, but he wasn't sure. Maybe it was still broken. He'd fixed it, and fixed some of his frustration while doing it.
