i eat tea and tea and... tea? XD i sometimes drink coffee though. i love white tea the most, but i find it a little hard to make properly. it tastes faboulous though, if you pay proper attention to the temperature and time of brewing. actually, when it comes to food i have trouble eating normally, i either binge or starve. ._. i try to eat healthy things though (and i fail XD). i've put my family on diet and i make them healthy meals but i have trouble eating it myself >.< i don't eat sweets, except for black chocolate (yummy!), but i love baking. i make lots of cakes then feed my family and friends. XD i think that cookies and fruits are very lolita ^_^

I enjoy drinking tea (green, herbal, giseng, chrysanthemum). I also enjoy milk tea (and I mean milk tea-milk tea, not boba milk tea that a lot of people tend to think when they hear the words milk tea).

Oh, don't mind me...
What a fun thread!
I'm a huge fan of Passionfruit, Mint, Chamomile, Lady Grey, Earl Grey, Hibiscus, and Strawberry teas--I only ever sweeten with Honey, Agave Nectar, or Lemon Juice. biggrin I also have a soft spot for any kind of peanut butter smoothes, fruit smoothies, or boba-smoothes. >w<
I eat tons of salads--some WONDERFUL vegan-friendly food at a restaurant called Veggie Grill [most amazing Kale salad with roasted Pecans EVER<3]--It's just important to make sure you're getting all of the different kinds of nutrition! Plenty of fresh fruit and veggies, lots of protein, and all those good vitamins and minerals! Drink lots of water--it'll make your skin and hair smooth, and beautiful~ c:
xD Recipes--while not HEALTHY, I tend to switch any white flour out for wheat flour...switch out butter for applesauce...use cane sugar instead of normal sugar...
My favorite things to bake are Orange-Vanilla Cake, Strawberry Shortcake [using home-made biscuits], Orange Cranberry Scones, and Banana Bread/Banana Muffins. biggrin
