I'd like a judge for the fact that Crim is going through threads while being followed and not giving me time to post my character's actions against him. This post is against: The Crimson One Reason: Double posting to escape even though he knows my character is following him. Thread: Gambling District

Fine then, I suppose I should call a judge on you, as well.
First, you did a Miss Cleo to suddenly change your intended target to the location of a petal. without having any IC knowledge or reason to do so.
Then, your whole reason to follow my character. How exactly would you know to not follow Shouyin? It's not like his car was there. His car was in the Boardwalk, and the only mention of it was a thought. So again, using OOC knowledge to make an IC descision. Which is against the rules.
I'm really starting to regret telling Kat that they should accept you and give you a chance.

Hex - refrain from throwing out personal attacks against people please. I'm not sure if you meant it in the same way. But just make your case and step down if you cant talk it out. (This in regards to that final part of your post.)
---------
Okay - I looked at the thread.
Archaic - I see no post by you in this thread. The posts were made eight minutes apart to keep him moving. So I was going to judge in Hex's favor.
But after looking at Gambino mansion - where you did make mention of giving chase to him - I'm going to throw in your favor this one.
Hex - please take a step back and deal with him giving chase. Or let him post - since he did make his action in the previous thread and gave a small - but still existant - reason. Archaic - be sure to remember that he does have a head start. And will have gained ground with that.
(Addition) Archiac - please refrain in the future from bringing in OOC information. Shouyin's car was in another area - not in plain sight. I'm giving this to you since Allen jumped out after Shouyin - by event order - and is thus closer.
Thanks.

Thank you, Elevar. If there is any complaint against me I will be happy to address it. Unfortunately for me, right when I get this ruled in my favor I must depart and I don't know when I'll be back on. I guess this doesn't really matter in the end...

I'd like to make a judge call at the Gothic Church in Durem. My scythe ability states it's able to cut through anything the width of the blade, but apparently not the metal the plant is made out of? I'm just trying to go about this as fairly (and quickly) as possible.

I'd like to second that judge call, and defend my points.
No where in my character bio does it say anything about him being unable to evoke two active abilities at once. I've been doing it all game, from blasts from multiple fingers, both fists, and earlier in the fight as my character blasted holes into Gamma's armor in an attempt to decompress and suffocate him.
And I've not been inventing new abilities, only adapting the existing abilities to current scenarios. I feel I've been very diplomatic about everything, despite insults and accusations.
