Aria Tokio Hitsugaya Black Rose  Aria sighed as she walked to the shore area of the island and felt shy as she knew there were many well known titans in the tower and she was just starting up. She knew that she would have to work hard to help those in need and be part of a team of heroes who protected Jump city. She remembered the stories her grandmother had told her of the titans and that made her want to join. She was nervous at the trials in which the titans were holding for recruits but did her best.
She eventually got down to the shore where she saw a lot of the titans were there already. She saw their leader Nightwing, Starfire, Beast Boy even Terra as well whom she had heard about but never really had met before. She saw others there whom she had seen around the tower but never got the chance to meet before. She quickly made sure the plant defenses she had set up were all doing well and then turned to everyone who was there.
She looked at them and heard one of them whom was called Jinx who referred to herself Ronishi. She heard Nightwing address them and knew she was ready to show her skills when needed and also heard Starfire address everyone. She heard a boom and saw a man show up, introducing himself to Nightwing and bow in respect to everyone again. She wondered if she could get into the conversation and felt terribly shy. She brought out a lily and made it grow. She smiled at everyone and said "It is nice to meet you everyone. My name is Black Rose but you can call me Aria." She looked at everyone there wondered if it worked to get their attention. OOC: Sorry about the late posting. I have been forgetting to post and I will try to make it up. Hopefully, someone will want to interact with aria in this location for right now.

  Emi had started to chit chat with the crab and two pigeons. So when Starfire approached, it made all of them look up at her. She listened to the peculiar girl with a her head cocked to the side, her ears half perked on her head. Emi was curious as how this could was able to flout above the ground. Emi wanted to ask, but her attention was turned back on what she was saying. Although the girl talked a little funny. It wasn't that hard to understand what she was trying to say. The only thing that Emi couldn't grasp is why would someone be so protective and jealous over a gorilla. Emi was trying to wrap her head around it, when she quickly looked at the crab.
“WHAT!” She blurted out, with this look of shock on her face. Clearly the crab had filled her in on the missing parts. “That was a guy?!” She had not even noticed BB turn back human. The feeling of embarrassment came over her, but it didn't last long. Because soon her anger kicked in. “ If I had of known that was a guy. I would have never coming up to him the way I did.” She snapped, standing up from the rock. She turned and sat the crab down before throwing on her bag. In away Emi felt slightly deceived. It was clear she wasn't in the wrong now. Emi took a deep breath to claim herself. She didn't want to come off as rude to this girl. No, she wouldn't be like that other girl. “It's very nice of you to apologize for your friend, but there is no need. She knew exactly what she was doing. Honestly it was a bit uncalled for, because I had no idea that he was a guy.”
“Oh and being that jealous is really unhealthy.” Emi's cat tail was furiously whipping about now. She took another breath, looking out to the ocean; trying to claim down a little more. “ But it is what it is...I felt like something was off about that gorilla anyways. I just jumped the gun, seeing as how I am missing home and all.” Emi looked back at Starfire and smiled slightly. “ So what is this coalition you have going on here, if I might ask?” She said, glancing back at the strange group of people. Even after what just happen. Emi still felt as if she fitted in with them. Her eyes sifted to the girl with wings. She would have asked Star if they were cosplaying; which would be a crazy turn about for Emi. Normally she was getting asked that, but here it didn't seem like it was the case. These people seemed real enough, like Emi. Except for the guy who turned into a gorilla. She had quickly marking him as a phony in her book. Not that it wasn't clear that he possessed some kind of power. It was more like she saw him as a counterfeit animal. Emi made a tis sound as she thought about it, crossing her arms in front of her. She did take animals very seriously.
"My name is Emily, but most call me Emi." She thought that she could at least be friendly. After all Star had been nice to her and seemed like a good person. " So how are you doing that?" She asked, pointing down at the ground. " I mean I have heard of people flying like birds, but I have never met any of them. " Emi was now smiling brightly.

Aria Tokio Hitsugaya Black Rose Aria felt a little shocked inside when one of the titans noticed her and came over. He introduced himself as Houjou Makara, the Royal Hurricane of the Titans and recognized the bow he gave her as the usual bow a Japanese person would give. She gave a smile and blushed red in embarrassment when he called her a beauty. She smiled and shook his hand when he offered it. She let go after a little while and said "It is nice to meet you, Houjou. I thank you for the compliment but I am not really beautiful. There are many women who are more beautiful than I am. I am just average." She smiled at him and tried to hide her blush.
She heard to another titan freak out after seeing beast boy transform back. She seemed to be talking to a crab and a couple of pigeons. She saw the cat ears and tail and noticed they were pink. She guessed that she had the power to talk to animals and saw how she seemed annoyed with something. She introduced herself as Emily and her nick name of Emi. She gave her a nod of hello and saw her talk to another titan who had wings.
She turned her attention on Houjou and felt some flowers round her bloom from her embarrassment. She gave him a look of apology for not giving him her full attention and felt that she was happy that she joined the titans. She knew that she would be able to make some good friends in there so she was quite happy. She looked at him, waiting for a response and the lily went to her wrist like a bracelet. OOC: I have no idea if there will be an OOC for this.

Tomha_Domizoko  Freakling, the freaky little girl This was easier then she imagined. She was already practically a titan now. Unfortunately, the confrontation of Freakling and Beast Boy will continue another day as he was taken away. For now Nightwing was asking about earlier. "Oh, well I was using this makeshift little boat my friend Freakshow taught me to get here but it broke as soon as it hit the rocks. I get here and I see this flying girl. Realizing that she has the black wings of death I confront her thinking she was gonna finger kill someone, kids are immune to the death poke so I was safe. She says she was a good guy though and was not an angel of death." Freakling explained innocently. She gasped for a moment realizing she forgot to mention something important. "OH! Before I go home, I need to like...get a story straight. If he asks and I say I ran into you guys fighting baddies in town and did NOT come here, you gotta say that is truth. Cause...yeah he'll probably get angry. He told me not to come here cause I could drown in the water but I didn't wanna wait anymore. Also...promise not to be mad but I might need a ride to our Freak Camp, we're currently set up at a cemetery, he said nobody goes to them cause their scary so it's the perfect hiding place."

Aria Tokio Hitsugaya Black Rose Aria looked at Makara and was near over heating as her hand was kissed. She had heard about the custom of doing that back in the day but never had figured to see it in this day and age. She heard him bring up how they were in a group of men and women with powers and asked her what her power was. She heard him tell her about his powers of superhuman strength and the sytle he used as well. She saw him show her his weapon which made her eyes go wide at the size of it.
She also heard him apologize as he had been distracted by the talking the others were doing and understood as she had been distracted by the talking when she came to the shore at first. She thankfully remembered what she was originally planning to do with checking the defenses of the plants that she had planted there. She felt her fade a little when he asked about why her cheeks went red and had seen it before. She was about to answer when she heard one of the titan recruits ask him to make up a cover story and a way to get back home.
She looked at Makara and felt his hand on her cheek while he was asking the question. She felt her blush come back and said "My cheeks are red because I am embarrassed and happy to. My power are controlling plants. I can make them grow and do what I want when needed be. Your weapon is very cool and my weapon is a whip that is in my room currently. Here I can show you an example." She said with a smile and took off the lily that was on her wrist and made it act like a puppy for him. OOC:

Marko "Toxin" BalkicYour Potentially Poisonous Pal Company: The Teen Titans, and a few new recruits Thoughts:Broski over here is trying WAY too hard... Feeling: Like I've been standing here waiting to have my hand shaken for too long!
After what felt like an awkward eternity, Toxin finally gave up on shaking Nightwing's hand; in truth, it had probably only been about forty seconds or so, but that's still awkwardly long to wait for a handshake. He shrugged, assuming the man didn't do handshakes, and let his hand drop to his side as he glanced at the man once. Then back to the other new recruits. Freakling, the overeager little girl. The one with the black wings, who hadn't introduced herself that he was aware of. And the weird japanese dude who was hitting seriously hard on that flower chick. He smirked a bit, deciding to offer a bit of advice to the hopeless romantic. "You're trying too hard, man. Exerting effort is not attractive. Think about it; if some chick came up to you and randomly started trying to seduce you, you'd be weirded out- no matter how attractive she was. Lay off the gas a bit, huh?" He chuckled, giving the flower girl a wink as he turned back to the main group of recruits and Nightwing. The orange girl had flown over to talk with some girl with ears and a tail - he couldn't tell if they were real or not, as he'd seen plenty of fake tails and ears, and the fact that they were pink led him to believe they were fake - but he said nothing on the subject, instead turning to face the other new recruits.
"So, are we all gonna take the test together, or separately, or what? How's this going down? Also, are we gonna be fighting real people in the tests? Because my power isn't that great against like robots and stuff." He shrugged, shoving his hands into his pockets and glancing down the shore of the island. It was a nice, cozy little place, plenty of sand and water. Throw out a chair and slip into a swimsuit, you could have a nice day at the beach right here next to the Tower. That'd be fun. The idea of a beach day still danced around in his head as he glanced back towards the cat girl; she was apparently irritated now, and understandably so; she hadn't known the gorilla was actually a guy, and that Terra girl had snapped at her. Terra. She was interesting. Real name, Tara Markov. Alias Terra. Recently returned from Europe. He was surprised he hadn't run into her at some point over there; if she'd been in the business of stopping crime, he probably should have been on the top of her list. She was obviously with the green kid who could turn into gorillas, Beast Boy - and that was fine with Marko. She would be the most likely to realize who he was, aside from Nightwing, and the less people that knew what he'd done before this, the better. He didn't particularly want to be looked at the way the team looked at that pink-haired girl, Jinx. But it was only a matter of time, really, and he figured maybe by then he'd have at least contributed something so they couldn't just kick him out.
However, all other ideas were shut out when his stomach practically began roaring. "Next thing you know it'll learn English and actually talk to me," he grunted, smirking up at the group. His little bit about being famished wasn't actually an exaggeration; he hadn't eaten in about two days now, since he'd been pretty much without money and without resources. It wasn't his first time going hungry, for sure, but it was every bit as bitter a feeling as it had been before. He smirked again, hiding his ravaging hunger with an expert poker face; there was nothing readable there, except a hint of smug confidence and a playfulness that said he was ready to have some fun. "But seriously, can we do something? Like, eat, maybe? I'd really like that," he pressed, hoping he could get food before doing the test; doing a test during a two-day no-eating streak would not leave the best impression, he imagined. He could do it, but not nearly as well as he would on a full stomach.

 Starfire had been glancing over at Beast Tamer from time to time as she spoke, silently noting the confused look the girl had when Star mentioned Terra being jealous. She was waiting for her to ask some question to remedy her confusion when suddenly her voice burst forth. Star gasped, shocked by the sudden outburst, and jumped in the air, her flight powers kicking in and keeping her off the ground as she stared down at the small titan recruit. Starfire nodded her head in response to the disbelieving question the girl had asked to no one in particular. Star shrugged her shoulders as Emily continued to rant, until she mentioned that amount of jealousy being unhealthy. "The love feelings cause strange things to happen, yes?"Star wasn't entirely sure how to explain that, since she still wasn't completely accustomed to Earth's customs and speech. Starfire nodded her head slightly when Emily continued to speak. Until the girl turned and asked her a question. Star tipped her head to the side. The young Titan Recruit had used a large word. One that she had never heard before. "Coa...lition? I do not understand. Please, explain."Starfire continued to float as she watched Emily. The girl spoke again, introducing herself. Star smiled and nodded her head in an acknowledging manner. Then Emi asked Star about how she was flying. Star looked down at the ground beneath her and smiled. "Emi, it is joyous to meet you. I am Starfire. Though my friends call me Star. And flight is one of my powers. My people of Tamaran are all gifted with the ability of flight."▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄      ← →

Sometimes I lose sight... ѕуяєη ...but I'll always find myself beneath the waves  мєℓℓσηу gяα¢є нαяtєℓ Mellony stood silently amongst the group in front of the tower. Her violet eyes flicked from one person to the next, never lingering for too long before switching people. She had yet to be noticed by anyone of the gathered titans. But that was a good thing, wasn't it? If she wasn't noticed, she didn't need to interact or deal with those awkward introductions. But these people gathered around her would probably be her new teammates. She should get to know them. At least introduce herself, right? She shifted uncomfortably in her space, wrapping her arms around her waist. Standing the way she was, the tattooed number on her right shoulder was clearly visible since her hair was pulled back in a ponytail.
She continued to listen quietly to everyones conversation. Until that Toxin guy's stomach rumbled loudly. She bit her lower lip, stifling a giggle from the sound. She stopped the quiet laughter quickly, composing herself once again. She looked over at him. He soon spoke again, suggesting that they do something, preferably eating. She smiled and quietly moved over to him. She gripped the back of his shirt loosely and gently tugged twice on it to get his attention. Once she had it, she released his shirt and smiled up at him, speaking softly and in a shy manner.
"I can take you to the kitchen...I--if you like..."
The new recruits had to take a test, but she had already been admitted as a Titan. And to her knowledge, she didn't need to take the test they did. She hoped she wouldn't need to. But there was no reason the recruits had to starve. And this guy seemed pretty hungry. So where was the harm in taking him to the kitchen and getting him some food? She didn't see any in it. Aria Tokio Hitsugaya Black Rose Aria looked at Makara as he asked about others she could do with her plant powers and finally felt the blush fade away from her face. She was thankful for that and saw how he seemed to remember something that made him upset. She watched silently as he turned towards the ocean think about it. She knew it would be rude to try and interrupt him. She then saw him turn back to her and ask how she was introduced to the titans and how he apologized for getting lost in thought.
She was about to answer when she heard a loud grumbling noise coming from where others were. She saw her teammate Toxin react to and saw another titan whom she had seen around the tower before offer to take him to the kitchen to get the food. She also saw how Starfire was interacting with the girl with the tail and ears and smiled. She also saw how everyone was getting along and smiled at the interaction. She felt happy and was not afraid of being seen as a freak for her powers with her teammates.
She sighed and then gave everyone there a smile. She knew that the titans were already like family to her and was determined to protect them. She had never felt more at home anywhere besides when she was with her grandmother and was grateful for her grandmother telling her about the titans in the first place. She looked at the plants and made sure they were alright. She decided to head up to the tower to get ready for anything since she knew she did not have to take the test as she was a member. She started to walked and smiled at everyone she passed. (next post in the main lobby/kitchen area) OOC: I think my character is a member already so she does not have to take the test. I could be wrong though.

Emi couldn't help but roll her eyes at the word love. “Perhaps, but some might beg to differ.. “ Love was a very sore topic for Emi. “Still I don't think that is a real good excuse.” Emi shook her head lightly, as if she was trying to bypass the event. “Please, lets just forget it happen. I'm over it.. No real harm was done. “ She put on a smile, feeling that it would be safe to keep her distance from the two lovers for now. “Well it is very nice to meet you, Star. As for the coalition. I was talking about this group you have here. It means a union into one body or mass. Well that is the short definition for it.” Emi than pointed to the people standing behind Star. “I was asking why you all have gathered here?”
Emi soon understood why Star had no idea what she was talking about. “So you are not from around here...and..by here I mean earth.” Emi chucked a little bit. “Wowzers!” Emi's smile was really shining bright now. “I can't believe I am talking to someone from space. That is the coolest thing ever!” The two pigeons flew up, one landing each on Emi's shoulder. “The Titans..OH! I have heard of the Teen Titans before.” She said after the pigeons had spoken to her. “ Well that explains a whole bunch! So, Star you are a Teen Titan?” Emi was now looking at the Star for a moment, but was also listening to the two birds.
Sadly they had to go. Emi gave them each a rub on the top of the head. Then the two birds flew off, as Emi waved. “ Such a nice pair” Emi was now talking and looking at Star again. “They had a nest to get back too.” To Emi talking to the animals was no different than talking to a human. Only she would much rather prefer to have a conversation with an animal. They never judged her, nor laughed at her for being they way she was. “If I may..could I join you guys? I mean just to see what goes on. I am a bit curious.” Emi never missed the chance to learn something new. Emi had forgotten all about her aunt for right now, and the fact that the cops was out looking for her.

Toxin was about to try and get Nightwing's attention again- the dude was seriously zoned out, or something- when he felt a light tug on the back of his shirt. "Huh?" He spun around to find the source, and found himself looking down at a particularly cute member of the Titans; a pink-haired, pink-eyed bespectacled girl, smiling up at him shyly and speaking in a soft, almost lilting voice. He almost had to focus to actually process what she was saying, instead of just listening to the sound of her voice. He blinked once, twice, rapidly, almost confused. Then suddenly the realization hit him, and he broke into a wide grin. She was offering to take him to the kitchen. His stomach instantly jumped at the opportunity, but his brain took a few moments of caution.
"I mean, if Fearless Leader doesn't have a problem with it," he muttered jokingly, giving a playful wink to the girl before he glanced over his shoulder at Nightwing; the man had yet to react to Toxin's presence aside from whipping out those sticks of his, and hadn't put them away yet. He shrugged a bit, taking his inactivity as a sort of confirmation; if he was gonna get in trouble for this, he didn't really care. He was hungry, so he would eat. Consequences be damned. He flashed a charming smile to the girl in front of him, and a slight nod. "The kitchen, hm? I would like that very much, miss...?" He let his voice trail off as he raised an eyebrow at the young woman, letting the implication of awaiting an introduction hover there for a moment. His smile had once again faded to that same playful smirk, and he'd removed his toboggan and shoved it into one of his jacket pockets. His own voice carried the slightest hints of an accent, but it was ambiguous and vague; the best estimate anyone would catch would be very vaguely Eastern European, and even then it was so light that it was hardly noticeable.

She smiled and giggled quietly at his joke towards Nightwing. The Titan's leader had seemed to zone out. He wasn't really paying attention to anything. But It was okay if she brought him to the kitchen. She would keep an eye on him anyway. Not that she expected him to try anything. She didn't catch his playful wink after the statement.
She shifted slightly as they waited for Nightwing to respond in any way. But he never did. She had zoned out a bit, but Toxin's voice drew her back to reality. She blinked a few times and looked back up at him. She nodded her head and was about to turn and lead him to the kitchen when his voice trailed off, obviously asking for her name. She mentally slapped herself. Right. She had to introduce herself. She smiled up at him, speaking clearly this time.
"Mellony. Or Syren if you use Aliases."
Now that her voice wasn't quiet and shy, her accent was obvious. A heavy british accent plagued her. But not a cockney one. It was an elegant accent that suited her perfectly. She nodded her head as though coming to a decision and turned to go into the tower. She turned her head to look back at him over her right shoulder, her ponytail moved over her left shoulder, revealing the tattooed experiment number on her right.
"Come on, I'll show you the way."
She smiled and took a few steps towards the entrance, listening closely to be sure he was following her. Once sure he was, she led him the rest of the way into the tower.
