Aponi entered the great room and picked up the dice for a second time. she had hoped that she would be lucky enough this time to defeat the genie. She grabbed the dice in her paws and shook up the dice, then tossed them in front of her.

Aponi watched as the dice tumbled forth from her paws. One lone three she had set aside from the dice and scooped uo the remaining four die and rolled them again.
No other threes were rolled and Aponi walked away for the day.

Having taken a day to laze away, perhaps his luck would be with him today. Carefully, he picked up the dice and gave them a throw.

It seemed 2 threes had graced him today. Picking up the remaining 3 dice, he gave them another roll.
Again, luck was not with him. It seemed his previous totals were 29, which made his new total, including today's 10, 39.

Daiya watched the others roll waiting for someone to mach her roll. She was a bit surprised no one else had rolled five threes yet. She picked up the five dice still in front of her and rolled then for something to do as she waited.

Aurora stepped up to the dice pot again, getting used to how they felt in her paws. She shook five dice around in her cupped paws and threw them up in the air, then watched them scatter across the floor.

One die alone had rolled a three, but that meant she got to go again! Racing around to pick up four dice, Aurora repeated the process of tossing and scattering the dice.

Looking back and forth to see if any Medaria were about to step up to the pot, Aurora decided to take her chance. It was just past midnight, so today she would have another shot against the genie! She scooped up the dice, shook them up, and sent them to the floor.

It was another new day, and the genie still had them rolling the dice. Maud'dib was beginning to wonder if any of them would be able to best the genie's roll. He scooped up five dice and gave them a toss.
It seemed that today was not going to be his lucky day. Oh well, he would simply spend it exploring the remainder of the chamber they were in.

A new day, a new chance to throw the dice. Aponi had not been as lucky as she had thought, but still she was not discouraged. She walked up to the genie and stared at him as she took the dice and gave them a good shake and throw.
Aponi then looked down as the dice tumbled forth from her paw and stopped inches from the genie. Aponi turned and walked off as genie just laughed at her.
