Kira was hissing at a dock worker that had gotten a little too close for her comfort as Vahn spoke.
Hmm? West, you said? Off we go, then! she exclaimed, then sped in the proper direction at a good clip.

"Well ye---!"
He clung onto what he could with both arms, as the dragon surged forward yet again. He'd honestly never ridden one before; now he knew why.
Looking to the side, he passed what he at first thought was Rage... because honestly how many people had sea-weed hair... but it was in fact a girl.
Which he knew wasn't Rage, because Rage didn't have breasts.
".....Where is that idiot anyway...."

"Vahn? What the fu--"
Rage had noticed Vahn and his odd predicament, but before being able to finish her sentence, a clown with scaulding hot selzer water hosed her down. Or, rather, him. As the clown ran off, Rage cursed in it's direction and realized that his voice lacked the high pitch from before. In fact, it was downright masculine.
Balling his hand into a fist, he pumped his arm a few times. Same old muscle structure and everything. That was certainly convenient... maybe this chaos wasn't such a bad thing after all. He ducked into a nearby bathroom, slipping the wet pink shirt and overalls into his pack and putting his regular clothes back on. But just as he got on his pants and belt, his backpack began to glow - and without warning, a small green fairy popped out.
"Ooh, you're a handsome fella," the tiny fairy squeaked, taking a seat on Rage's shoulder. "Anyways, you're coming with me." Before Rage could respond, there was a pop - and he and the fairy were gone, presumably to the temple.

Shouyin reached the port, and immediately his stomach roared with fury. He had lost track of time, like, extremely. Could have sworn he'd only been adventuring for a day or two, but it felt like he hadn't eaten in an entire week. He began driving around the outskirts, looking for a place to eat. He -did- have all that money to spend.
Also, with Vahn not around, he was kinda wondering about what to do next.
So eyes were wary for signs of that guy with the sword.

And so Allen ended up speeding past Shouyin, only too...
...end up pulling into the drive through of a fast food place. And so he ended up stuck waiting in that line, until it was his turn. Normally, he might have gone to a more high class place, but for now he figured speed was more important. And this, he could just stuff in his bag to eat at the temple.
Even if Thirteen would kill him if she found out he'd been eating 'this junk', as she called the fast food stuff.

The half-golem, with great relief, spotted Allen pulling into the drive thru. Manoeuvring into the same fast food place's parking lot, he got out of the car, and ran into the middle of the line Allen was waiting in. Coming up beside the man on his motorcycle, he grinned sheepishly and waved.
"Hey... err, my name's Shouyin. I would've asked this before if that wind guy hadn't interrupted us buuuut... what're we supposed to do with our petals?" Gloved left hand came up to scratch at the back of his head innocently. Wincing just slightly, he realized he needed a shower.
Yeesh.

Allen nodded giving the other guy a friendly smile. After all, now that they weren't fighting eachother, there was nothing to keep them from being friendly. Right?
"The names Allen. And if I remember right...we need to go back to the Void. The Temple of Destiny in the middle, where all of this started..."
A sigh escaped from him at this point. He really hadn't expected so much to happen. He'd started because of his curiousity, and that was still a driving force, but after finding out about Owle...it was secondary. He didn't like people getting hurt. Which reminded him...
"Oh, yeah. Sorry about stabbing you, back there. I was just a little annoyed, what with you grabbing onto me and everything..."

"Err, opk. Pleasure to meet you." Shouyin looked from him, over to the highways spreading out from the port and back to the fast food joint, a smile fighting with a worried frown on his face. He'd heard of a place called the Void, but never actually considered being able to -go there-. All the tales he'd heard of were some kind of dream world, where gods above played out gladiator matches with your mind on a weird tree.
Then again, a fairy tale was a fairy tale.
"Mind waiting for me outside this place? I'm dying for something to eat, and I kinda need to wash my face. Afterwards I'll follow you there with my car, if that's okay with you." He smiled, eyes pleading slightly, in an effort to hide the guilt. Things seemed to be coming down to the wire, and he was in no mood to get left behind, even if he had tried to get Allen killed. "Oh oh, and no worries, everything's forgiven."
The half-golem would wait for an answer, before running inside the restaurant to clean himself off in the customer washroom, and buy as much 'junk' as his arms could bloody well carry. Our hero's current hunger was no exaggeration.
Why, he could probably eat a centaur right about now.

Allen nodded his agreement, and then watched as Shouyin ran inside, almost missing his cue to pull forward to order his food. And when he did pull forward, he simply stared, even as he asked for the dozen or so cheeseburgers he needed to refuel.
If he was out here, he might have understood more, but Jakdonalds seemed to be run by a bunch of rodents. With Jak himself running around and glaring, in his Dark Eco form, occasionally beating down random customers.
Yeah. Allen was more than glad to take his burgers, shove them into his bag for later, and then pull around to wait for Shouyin.

Shouyin, having cleaned himself as much as was possible in a fast food restaurant bathroom (which surprisingly was more than you think, but don't get any ideas), went up to the counter to order. The chaos viewed through the drive thru window, was just a small taste of what was waiting inside. Men in red military suits with vicious looking rifles made the fries by shooting their lasers into the cooking oil.
Actually, that didn't sound too bad, but there was more things too horrible for our hero to describe. Not to be outdone by Allen though, Shouyin ordered a dozen -double- cheeseburger combos, with extra-large fries and enough sodas to fill a tub. Of course he wasn't going to eat all this now, but it was good to have some provisions. Storing everything in a nice crate willingly provided by the restaurant, Shou stumbled out and laid it down in the trunk of his car, pulling out a single meal before getting into the driver's seat.
"Thanks for waiting mayn, lead the way."

And with that, Allen took off with his Bike, heading west to The Void. Without much more of a post simply because I'm lazy.

"Mayn, here again?" Shouyin whined, some light-hearted Franz Ferdinand stuff busting gently through the speakers. Tapping the rim of his steering wheel in frustration, he tried to gather his bearings once outside of the Void, pulling onto the shoulder of the road and stepping out of the car to get a better look.
Vahn had said something about business in Durem, but what with that whole temple debacle, who knew where he'd gone now. He'd seen him there, of course, it was hard to miss the bloody mess lying atop a dead centaur, but by the time he'd decided on a course of action, everyone had pretty much left. Shou wasn't even going to bother calling the guy, not now at least.
Shrugging, he got back in, noticing Laz had somehow fallen asleep during the chaos.
"Christ." Settling for following the road signs to Durem, Shou headed southeast.

Find me and follow me, through corridors, refectories... ~
Humming along with the tune half-audibly Shouyin continued to the south, wondering if he'd be able to spot that horrendous ball of ugly odour on the horizon from hereabouts. Blinking a little, he decided to pull the collar on his t-shirt up over the bridge of his nose just in case he could.
He was itching for a cleaning up, but -that- body of water would do anything but clean.

As Shou ran by a newspaper would fly by. The headline read:
Archduke Franz Ferdinand assasinated. The body was found in the matine, the dark of the matine.

Charging the ferry docks Gammu shot a few of the workers while leaving one left to take them across. Threatening the individual he forced the boat to move at gun point.
