Tanna was in a world all her own as she drew and redrew line, shades areas of her liking, shadowed areas of the face leaving contrast, goodness why hadn't she found Shin earlier! Tassy was finished being soft and was just playing silly and sometimes uneven songs before settling on one. "So Shin...what's the real story of your family then? I mean, you asked if we had heard and what but never said anything." It had honestly been bothering the musician ever since he brought his evil shrew of a mother. She'd even gone as far as to ask her twin how much it would cost to add someone else to the rent.

Tanna ignored the words floating around her while her twin merely rolled her eyes at Shin's explanations. "Yea yea and the Scottish national animal is the unicorn I don't need to learn stuff I already know. Now what's the real problem?" Tassy was more than just curious, she was concerned about her friend. He apparently didn't see the sun, he couldn't apparate yet he went to Hogwarts, he's apparently not allowed his home often, and his mother is an evil, dark, hag of a witch. Sue her for being concerned!

Tassy was dumbstruck by all she had managed to get all of Shin before feeling guilty for making him talk about a subject he clearly didn't want to but she couldn't help it. She was right about everything...except for the affair part. That one sort of through her in a loop. Before she could reply Tanna gave a soft whoop of success and flipped around her sketchbook for all to see. It was Shin, of course, with a leg crossed and his hair casually moved off his face not completely gone but not covering as much as it had before. His scars were pronounced, carefully and painstakingly, but the way they were detailed made it look like a design upon crystal glass rather than cracks. His facial expression was made neutral but there was a certifiable happy glint in his dark eyes and his lips even had an upward curl...almost. Shin's eyes she was most proud of, the way they were shaded and drawn the person looking would have no idea if he was staring at them or the person beyond them. The hair not drawn masking half is face fell in waves upon his person and gave off a shine. In short, it was truly a stunning piece. "What do you think Shin?" the artist asked slightly breathless.

Tanna gave a soft smile and nod. "Of course its you, unless you've got a twin hidden somewhere." she joked teasingly. Tassy turned towards the portrait and whistled low in appreciation giving her sister a wide grin. "Nice one! I think it might actually be better than the first." Her artistic twin nodded happily thinking along those same lines. It seemed more real since she could see and therefore draw his scars and flaws but in her own image. "So does that mean you like it?" Just then Bugsy returned from his flight with a letter trapped in his claws. With a small frown Tanna took the letter and saw that it was from Hogwarts. Could it be? She opened and read it with a look of disbelief while her eyes widened tremendously. Tassy, seeing her sister's startled looks became concerned and leaned over her shoulder to read the letter as well before bursting out into an even wider grin and hugging her twin. "Congratulations Tan! Knew you could do it!" The musician looked over to Shin with a sheepish but still happy smile on her face. "Sorry 'bout that but we've gotta celebrate! Tanna just got accepted for a teaching position at Hogwarts!" Even hearing it out loud made it seem more surreal thought Tanna as she read the letter a second time.

Tanna blushed brighter as Shin gave his own exclamation about taking her out to celebrate and smiled at both of them. "Alright, where should go?" Tassy beamed as she began rattling off places that were close so they wouldn't make their friend walk too far "Or we could order in from the Chinese place you like so much and get extra eggrolls." Her twin's identical hazel eyes got wide with anticipation at that prospect before she shook her head. "We need to ask Shin before we decide on anything! Shin, what would you like to do?"

Tanna thought about it thinking only of the Leaky Cauldron and was about to protest when her sister barged in. "Oh yeah, there's this new restaurant that finally opened in the Alley. We could totally go there!" Tassy had completely forgotten about that and the smaller string of restaurants that had opened in the Alley since most of her focus was on the Lyre, the tea shop above it, and the Leaky Cauldron during lunch or after work. Her twin looked her over with a raised eyebrow silently asking a question before she nodded in agreement. "That sounds lovely Shin, lead the way!" Tanna giggled softly gathering her grey sweater while her sister grabbed her own lacy one hanging on a random chair and both grabbed Shin's hands leading him out their flat and back towards the lift.

The day had finally come for the twins to pick up their new flat mate. Well, he didn't know that yet but he was they weren't taking any more chances after what they'd all just gone through. Tassy swore if he did such madness again she'd tie him to a bed and ruin every one of his potions, evil just evil. Tanna of course agreed, if silently, with her sister; she felt she'd breathe easier if she knew Shin was being looked after while she was back at Hogwarts. Currently they were bringing their friend up in the lift talking casually about the small dinner they had planned for him not bringing up his surprise. "We got all your favorite foods, well at least the ones the healers said you could have and we even got your favorite wine although you can only have a little..." "Aww, let the man have his drink, he's earned about a glass or three." Tassy teased lightly looking over at him. She had hoped that maybe her feelings had been a fluke but after finding him in the gutter like that, and his words to her did not help either!, she found that her feelings actually grew. It was so annoying! How was she supposed to go about this? Unknown to her twin's inner turmoil Tanna merely shook her head amused at her words before unlocking their apartment door and letting Shin see the "WELCOME HOME" banner hanging with chilled wine on the counter along with his favorite foods.

Tanna mock sighed and shook her head at Shin. "I'm pretty sure we're sure otherwise we wouldn't have gotten your room setup." she grinned teasingly. "You'll love it! It's right in between ours and you have a desk, a huge window, a daybed which can pull out to a large bed," "Tassy! I think it'll be better if we actually showed him rather than you rambling on about it." Tassy blushed lightly but stuck her tongue out childishly towards her sister before they both gently led him to a new bedroom door and pushed it open. There was indeed a large window, a desk, shelves, a daybed, a dresser, everything he could need. "We knew you were a Slytherin back in Hogwarts so we tried to..well add a bit of green. But nothing too dark! The healers said your room had to have a bit of brightness in it." "Personally I think you should get all the sun you can you're much too pale." For once Tanna couldn't yell at her sister's tactlessness since she agreed. "Soo...say yes? Please? We're not gonna let this go." Tassy smirked.
