Gene only stuck her tongue out at the demon, totally cool with having taken Danny's hearts. Maturity? Only sometimes. Besides, the other ghoul knew fully well that Gene was only kidding.
Now...how to make this the worst card ever?
Glitter. Tons and tons of glitter. She was going full glitter bomb on this thing, and she didn't even care how many showers she'd need to take after this. She grabbed the stuff and started throwing it everywhere. Glorious globs of glitter.
When all was said and done, Gene would have made even Desu proud.

Gene started going at it with glitter. Danny really wanted to glitter the card- she knew Rikki loved glitter. Unfortunately, little miss doppleganger absolutely hogged the bottle the entire time.
With a scowl, Danny began gluing gems on. She even drew a smiley face in them.
A thought occured to her. The bottle began inching towards her mouth.

Gene had a sixth sense at times, something akin to a spidey sense, but it activated when one of her kids (Danny, Amphi, etc) was about to do something really stupid. Call it maternal instinct, or maybe just acute attentiveness. Either way, it wasn't really a special power and more just Gene kept a close watch on Danny when she was around.
So, that explanation out of the way, Gene had just finished her masterpiece when she saw Danny doing something really damn stupid. She practically tackled the ghoul out of her seat, attempting to wrestle the glue out of the stubborn demon's hands.
"Glue. Is. Not. Food. Danny."

"I WASN'T GONNA EAT IT."
She was.
Danny threw the glue down on the table, clearly disgruntled that her plans were ruined. That, and Gene had used the entire bottle of glitter, so there was none left for her card. Crossing her arms, Danny frowned. "Let's just go show the teacher or whatever."
By the time she made it over to the teacher, she was quite proud of herself, shaking off the incident with Gene almost instantly. "Tadah!!" The teacher smacked his palm to his face, and then handed her a minipet. Oh ... well Rikki did like minipets!

Gene could only roll her eyes at Danny as they walked to the teacher to turn their cards in. A light smirk crossed her face at his facepalm, and an actual beaming smile when given a minipet. Mot liked minis, she believed. Or maybe he just liked FooFoo...hm, well...
Maybe she'd just keep the little guy for herself.

The look that Olivia received when she talked about the Conquest island was one of someone who was missing something greatly, but the look only lasted a few moments, before looking down at her own card again, nodding.
"It was a beautiful home. I will miss it forever." She admitted to the little one. "I am a horsewoman of Conquest. It is rather nice to hear you enjoyed it while you could." She said to Olivia, awarding her a little smile. It was obvious that she was stronger about the loss of her home, than when they were originally brought to the outskirts of Amityville.
Turning to Mjoll, her eyebrows rose softly, giving her a small look. "Yes, I suppose he does live in a bush - but he was very kind to you during our excursion to . . ." she trailed, eyes squinting in the memory of the theme park, a crawl on her skin making her shiver a little. There was a lot of "nope nope nope" showing there.
"It could be like a thank you, mm?" She offered, before shrugging a little, looking at her little crude card. "Yes, Mengyao is Conquest, like I am. He's a nobleman, and sometimes acts just as childishly as they do. I have known him since I was a little girl. My best friend, you know?"
It was probably more than that, by a mile, considering the fact that she was blushing a little now.

Mjoll paused as Olivia mentioned their home island. "Yes..... though I preferred Death... our forges are -- were unmatchable." She said, with a wistful sigh.
"I am a horsewoman of Death, crafter." She added to Olivia."
She paused looking when Lifen's brows rose. Like she wasn't expecting that question, "Aye, he was. Considering the circumstances." Her wings twitched, "He still screamed in my ear like a girl."
She paused... "But if it's a Scarentine.... how does that say thank you.... Thank you Scarentine might give him the wrong idea." She pondered what to do on that she'd finished doodling glowy swirls; "How long does this stuff take to dry?" She asked wrinkleing her nose.
There was another pause when she noticed Lifen's blush, "Yup, best friend -I can see it in your cheeks." She whispered. It wasn't a teasing sort of whisper but more of a your feels are showing.
"Nobles always seem to have some childish moments."

All Olivia found she could offer Lifen was a small smile, understanding of her situation. "It was really nice," she repeated because she felt it was the truest she could say about it. The wight had only visited two islands but she could easily say it was her favorite.
Hearing that Mjoll was from Death made another thought pop into her head, and of course a stated opinion. "I went there too," she explained. "It was... a little too warm but at the top it was neat." It made sense how the horsemen could be a crafter though, and possess such skills given where she had come from.
Olivia fell back to silence, her hands grabbing at a new set of materials as the other two went on to discuss their relationship statues. It was amusing to listen to even if she didn't understand any of it.

After happily whacking some poofs for the day Nessa was feeling a little creative again. She knew just where to go. She walks up to the booth and grabs a piece of black paper and little white paper lace doilie and some heart stickers. She places the dollie at the center of the top and begins to randomly place stickers at the bottom of the paper. She finishes it up by writing for: you in the middle of the stickers. She wasn't sure who the "you" was going to be but she put it there anywhere. Knowing this time not to walk off she looks around at the booth and picks out a treat to attach to the card before wondering off to see what else she can do. Sibyl ran and ran until she was at the booth she needed. The cards! She would make one for Gabriel and then he would stop being worried that she was upset. Yes. This was the best plan. She also still needed to find a super awesome gift for him on par with the penguin she'd been toting around since he'd given it to her. That was a pretty high bar. Darn! The pink paper got a strange look. Would he like that? Probably not. Oh! He'd like the black! Yes. She stared at the hearts. So many hearts... Gold on black looked pretty! A bunch of heart stickers carefully placed, a message written in white pen, and Sibyl was done! Yay! She hid her card behind her back and hurried back to the darts booth. Just Like a Crawlmark Card! Mia had just passed by the booth and wouldn't have even bothered paying any attention to it had it not been for the colourful chaotic pile of papers and supplies strewn haphazardly over all the tables.
She stopped in her tracks, twitching visibly, and marched straight back to the booth, eyes scanning over the mess.
No, no, this just won't do. This didn't belong here, and that, and dear JACK she was going to give whoever made this mess a piece of her-
A voice startled her, and she looked up to see a gnome staring at her.
Letting out a small yelp, she jumped back, and frowned as he mentioned something about a scarentine's card.
... Well, no, she hadn't really thought about making one, because she didn't have anyone to give it to, but now that the boil mentioned it...
A sigh, and she stopped her fervent organizing to pull out a piece of paper and some supplies. Perhaps she could make one for Molan. Yes... to, uh, thank him for that time at the maul, yes. Nothing more.

It had taken her a while, but she finally finished, and capped off the glowing glue, giving a sigh.
Just the handwriting itself was tiring, but she was glad she had managed to make it neat and legible, without a smudge. Granted, there were a few drops here and there, but she thought it looked... creative.

Gabby practically slammed into the booth. He was in a hurry - but more importantly, he was vibrating with impatience. He had to do something, and quick. There was no way he was going to just let Sibyl give him a Scarentine's card like that without reciprocating. Not after realizing that she hadn't abandoned him, which, for some reason, felt like the most important thing in the world at that moment. It was driving him forward. Driving him to pick up ridiculous sheets of paper and fold them together, slapping heart after heart on top of one another until he felt he'd used enough. Then he scribbled on some writing, and took a look at it. It was missing something... He grabbed a giant clump of glitter and dropped it on top. Instantly regretting it. Hers had been so much prettier.. he'd just made.. a hot mess. He didn't even want to give it to her anymore. Why did he have to suck so hard at this? Why did SHE have to be so much better? Andrew walked by the booth and stopped, staring. And then he got an idea. He did not grab paper at random, instead he choose carefully and scribbled out a message on a purple paper. He tried not to show it to the the professor but happily accepted the treat. "I know just who I am giving this too." he said as he walked away. Just Like a Crawlmark Card! He had wrote cards thousand years ago. He hate cards, actually. Since I had preferred to talk face to face. But stuff looked nice.
First he picked up the red paper. The color was too strong he worried if paper eat letters, but he decided to use it.
Then he chose shiny red holo heart and all-colored gems. He fasten the red heart in the center and attached gems around the heart.
After that, he pick up white pen and write down the letter. Happy Valentines, from Sin Koma.

Oh, that's the card-making booth, why not spend some times and make another card? He made a pink card with white lace before, so this time AJ decided to go with a black card, with a golden lace doilie. Oh! It looked nice. The serpent-dragon boil wondered who he could give the card to. For final decoration, AJ picked up some black shiny plastic beads and surrounded it on the boundary of the heart doilie. Done!
