hmmm, i was bit taken abak when i saw the "album art"

i agree with you guys so far that its just TOO Lateralus to be a legit album cover...

my guess, thats probably a reject FROM lateralus they had laying around.

the logo is cool though...

i just want the art to be as epic as their sound ya know...

and good reviews man, i liked the second one much better then that drawn out thing from Andy King lol

I still don't buy it, re-using their Lateralus tour back drop? Doesn't seem very Tool. This isn't Lateralus: Reloaded.

I'm leaning toward it being real for some reason I'm not sure of. It would't disappoint me either way. It gonna be good though, no doubt about. xd

I'm somewhat convinced by this. It brings that logo and background together more, but the fact it was used in Lateralus events is a bit disappointing.

yeah i saw this last night, i decided to see what blaire was talking about....and i DO wonder where the hell they got the 10,000 Days graphic...which makes me wonder if its for real or not...

but, have you all seen fake album art from tool collector?

most them are just fodder, but a couple look pretty god damn good especially the last one...they even printed fake booklets! i mean, who would go to that extent just to ******** with people even thought its plainly stated that its fake artwork... i dunno...

i just wish May 2nd would hurry the hel up and get here.

Haha yeah. Some were just so horribly un-Tool looking, but that one with the fully printed jewel case slips and booklet were surprising. I hate that one that just reused the Tool logo from Salival.

Some of those covers are even better than the one they are going use...maybe use is more like it. I'll just have to wait sad part April Fools is coming soon knowing maynard the b*****d he will do something to shock his fans. wink
