That didn't sound like fun. Just giving birth constantly? Still different races lived different, plus she was a queen after all it was her job. He pondered her question and then released her hand. "There is a downstairs, but most of it contains bedrooms. Though there is a small private lounge down there complete with a pool table and everything. I've just never really used it..I don't get many passangers. In fact, you're the first one." Zeph said shyly blushing from embarassment. "If you get off of me I'll show you." he added with a friendly smile.

"Sounds like a deal..." she said rolling off Zeph and offered him a hand up. "But tell me, why does one make a water into the shape of a table? What purpose does that serve?"

Zeph laughed. "Oh no no..it's not water..it's a game..here let me show you.."
Taking her hand he led the queen down into the game room. The bedrooms they passed on the way looked really clean, and the beds were large and comfortable looking. When they entered the game room he pointed to a small table that sat off near the corner.
It had a wooden frame, with a green felt like indent, eight holes at the corners and sides. Within the middle sat colorful balls stuck in some wooden triangular frame.
"This is pool. Some people gamble with it, other's play it for fun." he commented still holding onto her hand.

(I apologize for having her play stupid, I figured it would be how one would react when thrown into something completely foreign to them.)
Inspecting the table before her, Kha'per found herself fascinated by the colored balls and wished to learn more about this game of 'pool'. Poking at the triangle shape housing the balls, she giggled as they rolled away from her but remained in their triangle formation.
"Teach me," She said, picking up and sniffing a lone white ball. "This seems like something fun."

(No it's cool. lol I apologize for my lack of knowing how to play pool too. I don't play the game often xP)
He smiled then gently took the white ball from her hand. "Of course I'll teach you, I don't mind."
Getting everything set up, he pulled out two sticks and began to show her how to play the game. He would shoot then when it was her time he would hold her close while showing her how to shoot.
"Just aim...carefully.." he said their hands together. "It's all in the focus." Zeph added blushing slightly. They were so close, her skin felt so soft and warm to the touch.
He could hardly believe she was the giant insect creature he had met just a few hours ago.

(No worries, its a hard game to explain verbally. Much easier to show how its done.)
"Thank god for my shape shifting ability..." she commented taking another crack at the white ball only to have it sink one of Zeph's color into the upper left most pocket. "This game would be impossible to play with claws..." To emphasize this point she twirled the pool stick between her fingers, a task that would otherwise be impossible to her.

He laughed, "Yes. though it also saved your life too." he replied shyly. When they had done a couple games, the score was even. She was a fast learner.
"And that's pool for you!" he smiled putting away the sticks. "Anything else you're in the mood for?" With a turn Zeph caught her eyes. He was slowly starting to fall for her. Not only was she a fast learner, but she was very easy and gentle.
"So...you hungry? I kind of am..we've probably been flying around for a few hours or so." he added trying to get his mind off of his slow attraction towards her.

"Not terribly. With the amount of food I took in during those last two meals, I should be good for the rest of the day at least." She replied, casually leaning against a wall as she watched Zeph put away the pool equipment. "Any more food in me and I fear I might burst..."
"Whats in here?" she asked, suddenly wandering off into a small side room which turned out to house a mini-bar. Opening various cabinets, she revealed a variety of different alcohols containers, all of which were layered with cobwebs.

"Not really sure, the previous owner left it there. It's probably a mini-bar." he said walking over and dusting off the bottles. "These beverages probably might not be good anymore."
Opening the bottle he sniffed it before taking a drink. It was surprisingly fresh and sweet. Wiping his mouth he laughed. "Nevermind that. Wanna taste?" he asked holding out the opened bottle of liquor.
Part of him wanted to see what would happen to her if she drank a little. She probably wasn't used to the taste of alcohol.

Taking the bottle from Zeph, she sniffed it as he had done before taking a swig. Pausing for a second, she licked her lips and quickly took another swig, this time bigger than the first.
"Ah....Tasty..." she commented, separating her lips from the now empty bottle.
"Are they all this yummy?" Kha'per asked, picking up another bottle entirely at random. "Oh hello there mister spider..." Crawling up from its destroyed web and onto her hand was a black widow. Even more surprising was what followed.
Without hesitation, she leaned over and ATE the spider off her hand!
(Yay weirdness!)

(lol I could picture a long tounge coming out of her mouth, wrapping itself around the spider, and then swallowing it whole. lol XD nice)
He was about to reply when she suddenly ate a black widow whole. That was new, something he hadn't seen everyday. Yet she probably had eaten bugs before so it probably tasted very good to her.
"Uhh...well not all of them...though the one you're holding has a good flavor. Just don't drink too much, unless you want to become a goofy drunk." he replied and warned.
Zeph had to admit though, it would have been kind of funny to see her drunk. Yet he was unsure of what she would act like drunk. He still couldn't get over the spider thing though, Humans normally don't gobble down insects whole. She practially swallowed the thing!

(Lol, I pictured one of those AVP alien things with a little mouth shooting out of its normal mouth. Black windows are also poisonous so it makes the whole thing little bit more funny.)
"I've drank things before but never heard of becoming drunk. Is that similar to drowning?" she questioned, briefly shape shifting her right hand back into her claw and popping off the bottle's cap.
"Bleh!" she exclaimed, making a face and quickly handing off the offending bottle to Zeph before digging back into the cabinet. "Although that spider could be to blame... wasn't one of the crunchiest ones I've eaten."

"It also was a Black Widow, which are poisonous." he said with some concern accepting the bottle. "I hope you'll be alright..I don't want to lose you after all.." Blushing he looked away shyly, "N-Not that...well..that is...I...I did promise you I'd help you out after all right?" his heart was racing. She was the strangest, most terrifying, yet mostly lovely girl he had ever seen or met. Zeph was falling for her, he could feel it. He swallowed nervously when she began to take a drink from another bottle. "N-No it's not like drowning, in fact you don't die or anything. You just get really relaxed and loopy is all. A-Are you sure you're alright?" he asked suddenly feeling her forehead. A bit close to her now, he looked into her eyes. "I..I'm just concerned that's all..sorry about that Your Majesty."

"It did have a rather tart taste to it..." Kha'per mused, her tongue exploring the innards of her mouth for bits of spider that'd gotten stuck in her teeth. Giving up with her tongue, she popped open another bottle, sampled it, enjoyed it, and drained the rest of it, washing down any remaining stray bits of spider with it.
"Much better..." she commented, setting aside the bottle so she might find another of it later. "Whats wrong with gettin' all relaxed and loopy? That sounds awesome..."
Brushing aside his hand, she slowly got to her feet. "I feel fine... Although I think something wrong with ship... Seems really unsteady all a sudden."And although she wouldn't admit it, for she had no idea what was going on, she was indeed getting tipsy off this new found stash of treasure.

The ship was moving fine, but he gave a shrug. "Alright you stay here and I'll go check up on our course alright?" he smiled before vanishing leaving the alien queen alone with the whole stash of booze.
Zeph made the long way back to the cockpit and found that everything was alright. Yet double checked maps and made sure to program the ship to steer around and avoid a large meteor field. It would take him a while to return to the queen.
He just hoped she was doing alright.
