With Tomoko frowning like that, Uller moved over to pat her on the head very lightly. Sighing a little more, he looked to Jack and then back to Tomoko. "He's kind of right. You can just keep re-wrap it if you don't like it. Just like if they came out horrible, I'm sure we could all try again. We probably should, either way. Make more than one batch to give out." He shrugged a little more and patted her head again, almost as if he was petting her.

So..he had mixed the ingredients together. The initial step seemed simple enough but he wondered why there would be different outcomes that did not receive identical ratings. Were they being shown how humans viewed the quality of these concoctions? Danirate was not looking for any immediate answers to queries that came to mind about current happenings though and went on to proceed to the next step given.

Tomoko leaned into both boils with a small sigh, ears drooping. "But..." Whimper. She knew Thackery would love her badly wrapped spookies either way, but she still felt bad about it.
Which left her glumly mixing more dough, the first present she'd uber-failed at wrapping hidden away underneath the table for now.
Still, perhaps the dough was rigged based on the fact it turned out more or less the same again. Not that she mind, even shoving a small amount of it into her mouth. Nom nom nom.

Hm..perhaps the previous outcome has an effect on how the..cutting step turns out..? Well, in any case, he didn't end up with broken shapes so far. And yet he has yet to know what determined this to be either a 'good' or 'bad' thing. On to..the baking step..

In his attempts to cheer the little kitsune up, Jack wasn't paying attention to his own concoction of cookie dough delight, and when he finally looked down to see that he had somehow created some kind of cement mixture.
Ah.
He had created a TERRIBLE MISTAKE.

Since Uller had managed to get his batter right for once, he managed to share with Jack and Tomoko. "Here. You shared with me, so.." he shrugged his shoulders and just gave a tiny-little-kind-of-an-awkward-smile.....? Maybe it was a smile?
It certainly wasn't his normal expression.

Millie's wrapping job was worse than the cookie. For a long time she just stared at the box.  Or what was supposed to be the box... A piece of cookie still stuck out one of the sides and even her bow looked sad. Millie was sad looking at this "gift" Millie threw it in the nearest trash can before she started shedding tears and went back to the mixing station to try again.

Keen on trying to do a better job, Millie went very, very slowly. By some miracle, she didn't manage to spill anything this time. She let out a whoop of Joy as her mixture looked amazing.

Because the cookies was in the oven for too long, it was completely overburn. AJ tried to take it up but it was too brittle, part of it broken. What's next? He took a quick peek at the little bottles of icing and the tiny candies. Oh yep, decoration. The amphisbaena boil stared at the cookies for a while and grabbed the white icing up. He moved the icing bottle in zig-zag manner so that the human shape was like wrapped with white bandages. Next, he put two green round candies on the head part as eyes. Finally, he added two red one as buttons. Finished. With the decorations, the cookies did look much better. Next step. Quote: If you scored 2-3 Your cookie is really burnt! Well at least you can still use it... it might also be crumbling a little. (Click here to decorate your cookie) Cooking points Mixing: 2 Cutting: 0 Baking: 0 Total: 2

For some reason though, the dough just wasn't good enough to cut. Millie ended up with something resembling a little man-cookie, but there was something a bit off about it.

The act of mixing and cutting cookies sadly had taken all of Millie's concentration so when the gnomes showed up and challenged her to a dance-off, Millie was SO ready for some dancing and fun. Sadly, this made her cookie just as burnt as the last one she tried to make. She put a few candies on it and a little icing. Thankfully that made it look a little better than the burnt mess her cookie was currently in.

Huh. The gnomes' sudden appearance and dance off he'd ended up partaking in were both an unexpected addition to the eccentricity. The cookie was deemed a little burnt and upon learning a decorating step was included, he took a moment to consider what he'd opt to do with the materials provided. It didn't take him long, however, to decide it was a stroke of genius to design the cookie as a human failing at imitating him, the, why of course, fittingly enviable Danirate Levinski.  And now, next was..wrapping..

Despite the super start she had, the cookie -and- the wrapping job looked just as bad, if not worse than her last try. Tossing that in the garbage can, she decided she had had enough for a bit and went over to pout on the bench where her single normal present sat.

His wrapped present was awarded a shiny star. Danirate took note of how the wrapping could turn out to different degrees and confirmed after doing so that his present was entirely exquisite, an exemplary combination of each of the task's possible results surely. His grin broadened as he felt that from this workshop the peculiarity of humans is being further ascertained to him.
