Syl smiled back, deciding to take a slightly new direction and 'test the water', so to speak. It couldn't hurt, right? She hadn't mentioned a word about a significant other, so he believed he could safely assume that there wasn't one already in her life. "I'm glad I found you, too. For.. for more than one reason."

It was now or never. He decided to jump in with all four paws, hoping, really hard, that this wouldn't mess up their new friendship. "Well, we're friends now, so of course I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to you, and.. and I like you." He gave a nervous smile while waiting for her response. Oh, things would be so terribly awkward if this went sour..

Her fur heated up a bit. "You...do?" That brought a blush to her face, though her fur hid it. A few more pink orbs shimmered when her tail moved. "Really?" Neone wasn't giving a negative reaction. Rather a curious one. She hadn't met any that liked her before... as more than friends that was.

He watched the orbs that appeared in her tail's spot, relieved that she wasn't waving his confession away. "Yes, yes I do."

Xe-mu-na-su Ooc == Neone likes her cuddles~ She sighed as her ears twitched, and she shivered as though a bit cold. "Ah... It's...chilly..." Neone gave a nervous laugh, not sure if her slight bluff would catch him. "Do...you have bedding? Or... somewhere we could rest?"

He felt a special twinge in his chest when she said he was the first, then slightly blinked when she shivered. Oh! Silly me. I've been so caught up in her that I forgot to show her to a room! "Yes, this way," he answered, leading her to a spare bedroom, not catching her use of 'we'. "Here we are~"

A small smile settled on her face as she followed, limping slightly along as she moved toward the area, her shimmering balls of light following after, leaving a lit path to where she had been. "Thank you..." Neone moved to settle down, looking at him as though she was expecting him to lay at her side. "Are you cold?"

"Mhm!" She giggled softly, seeming to be fine as she was, nibbling on a leaf, sighing as she rested her eyes more. "Mmm...Tired."
