"Psh. Normalcy is over rated. If we want to go to the pet shop, then we will go to the pet shop. And everyone everywhere can just shut up and be jealous about our date, because they will be. Because it will be awesome. Just like hanging out here with you is awesome." Cambria sure could talk herself in circles.
"But I do want to see those flowers you were telling me about. So we should go back downstairs so you can show me." She looked at Fred thoughtfully then snagged her hand with a smile.

Fred smiles nervously, leading Cambria down the steps and out the back door. Outside there were two greenhouses, and a large outdoor yard. to the right was an inflatable pool, surrounded by the perennial flowers of the season. To the left seemed to be more of a relaxation area, with a koi pond and a lovebird's swingset. "This is the outside area where we grow all the flowers for the shop..."

"Ooooh cool." She said as she looked around. "Those greenhouses look neat too. And I like the little pond, are there more fish in there?" She looked up, well it still looked rainy but at least the drizzle had stopped for now. This really was fate. Cambria nearly giggled at herself.

She nods, pulling Cambria over to the pond to look in " These are koi, although they are expensive fish to buy." She nods, letting go of Cambria's hand and walking to the swing, giving Cambria the chance to explore if she wanted to

Cambria did peer closely at the koi fish. They were the coolest giant goldfish ever. And they were so bright and awesome. Fish equal new third favorite thing. She took to wandering around the back yard looking at everything and occasionally calling a question back to Fred.
"Hey Flippy, why do you have an inflatable pool if the water bothers you?" Cambria asked, while thinking that 'Flippy' was the cutest nickname ever.

"My Grandmother is old, and can't travel very far. She likes relaxing in the pool for time to time." She pauses "Also a very tall friend of mine bathes in it." That won't be awkward at all. Yes, she needs to know about Zephyr and his bathing. yes.

Cambria paused in poking the pool. "A really tall friend huh? Well. Okay." Whaaaatever. People were weird. If some tall person wanted to bathe in the back yard then that was up to them. It was begging for a prank of some kind though. "I'm glad you have the pool for your Grandmother then. Will you show me the greenhouses?"

"mmmhmmm..." To be honest, Fred wasn't feeling too well; maybe she had been soaked more than she realized. She stands up, pulling a key off a keyring and unlocking the greenhouse. inside was a variety of summer plants, the blossoms closing at the sudden onslaught of cold air. "Would you like some to take home?"

Cambria looked around in awe. This was a lot of flowers. Wow. "Oh, thanks Flippy, but I don't have a vase or anything and they'll probably live longer in here." She said as she wandered through the rows of flowers. How cool was this place? "This is awesome. Greenhouses are so coo-" A loud buzzing and beep from her vibrating phone startled her. "Cool. They're cool, let me see who's interrupting me." She rolled her eyes at Fred to show she didn't care for the intrusion.
"Ugh, it's my room mate reminding me about that stupid paper I have due tomorrow. Look, I hate to cut this short, but I've got to go finish the annoying thing. Here, give me your number and I'll text you so you have mine. We are going to have all of the fun at the pet shop. And you should probably go back inside and rest. You're looking a bit off again." Cambria rambled.

"Oh, alright!" Frederique smiles, grabbing a card out of her pocket and handing it to Cambria "Er...Ignore the name." In bold green was 'FLIPPY HACKINGTON' and right under that was a bunch of binary code Cambria probably wouldn't understand. In even smalle letters was a phone number "Feel free to call anytime."

"Oh I will. Also did I tell you how cute a nickname 'Flippy' is? Because it's great." She tucked the business card down the front of her shirt and into her bra with a saucy wink at Fred. "Please return the favor once you've got my number." Cambria said and scampered out the door before Fred could fluster or anything over the placement of her number card.
