All that kept repeating in Vic's head was 'that it was all for Moira' like it was a broken record. It pained him to speak before he got use to his new son but if he didn't the situation would only grow worse. "M-my son.....you're mine....." It came out as a whisper again but he wasn't finished. "...my family now....so I.....I love you." Well there went his reputation right out the window, into a taxi, and off into a plane. Boy he sure hated to talk but there was not one bit of hate for the boy in Moira's arms. Vic only hoped that he would he use to talking to him fast or else it would just end in Vic feeling like the worst father ever.

Tobias continued to watch Vic, now sniffling a little. He rubbed at his eyes... all three of them, before finally relaxing. He leaned into Moira, looking a lot less worried and panicked than before. "l-love you... too..."

XXThe half-angel let out a pleased sigh when things seemed to settle down, holding Tobias closer before carefully picking him up in her arms and walking towards Vic. As she did, Moira looked down at the boy and then to her husband, "We should probably show him around the house, huh?" she asked.

That sad and rejected feeling flew away and replaced with a warm and happy feeling as he heard those words. Vic wanted to pick them both up in his arms and twirl around happily but he was sure it would end the same way as the cookie offering. It took a lot to control the want he had to do so but luckily what Moira suggested would distract him enough. He gave a nod and moved to the side to let them in first. A father for only a few minutes and Vic was loving it even if there would most likely be some tough times added.

Tobias opted to wrap his arms around Moira's neck, and then legs around her waist. He looked around the house once inside, deeming it to be quite nice. "Do I get my own room?"

XXShe nodded, slowly walking about the house, "Yes, if you would like your own room. We have a guest room that can be yours and we can go out shopping for the furniture and items you'd like to furnish it with." Moira said as she stopped in the living room, smiling slightly at her and Vic's eclectic range of collected items.

Vic followed right behind them and while everyone was looking around kept his eyes on Tobi. Curiosity was getting the best of him at this point wanting to know more about the boy. He would probably ask Moira later as well as check out the letters. Right now it was time to showing off the house even though he would most likely be of no help.

"You have a lot of stuff." He blinked a few times, trying to take it all in. It certainly was interesting, definitely stuff he'd have to check out after settling in. His stomach let out a small growling sound. "I'm hungry."

XXChuckling as she heard the small growl, Moira walked on over to the kitchen, one that would put the large-yet-outdated kitchen in the Academy to shame. Setting Tobias down on one of the chairs at the table, she walked to the pantry, "Is there anything you'd like or would you just like anything to eat?" She asked, looking at him and then to Vic. "Are you hungry too, hon?".

Moving to stand beside Tobi, Vic nodded to his wife about the offer. The Snacks he had eaten had not tamed his hunger. Plus who would refuse to have Moira's cooking, they would have to be crazy. The thought made him chuckle then he turned his sight to Tobi. The need to ruffle his hair was great but he wondered if it would be too much. He needed to try to warm up to him since he wanted that father-son relationship he had with his fathers.

"I don't like mushy carrots." He blinked a few times, shrugged. "I guess I'll eat anything..."

XXSeeing that both of 'her boys' wanted food, she took a quick glance at the clock and decided it'd be best to just make Dinner anyways. "Well then, if you'll eat anything then I'll make something special, we're going to have Breakfast for Dinner." Moira said happily as she walked to the fridge and started to gather the needed items for what she had in mind. For the average human family what she was grabbing was far more than a family of 3 would eat, but she could eat quite a bit on her own and she had no real idea on how much Tobias would eat anyways.

God it was hard to resist just hugging or being affectionate with Tobi that even his stare got just a bit creepy. It felt like he was an excited little boy getting to get whatever he wanted in a candy shop. 'One day', Vic kept repeating in his head over and over. He would probably have to check out some of those books on how to take care of your child, maybe buy too many.

"Breakfast for dinner sounds good." He nodded a little... then looked at Vic, sensing some weird vibes from him. "What?"

XXGetting to work on making the rather large amount of food, Moira was stirring up a big batch of some form of batter while caramelizing apples with some brown sugar and various spices that sounded goo with it. Soon enough the scent from the apples alone was tantalizing and could make anyone wish that they could eat just those on their own, but that wasn't what she was planning to do with them, nope not at all.
As she continued to work, she put the caramelized apples into the batter, stirring it before putting a nice large spoonful of it on a small, low-edge, cast iron pan - one which could be used for making crepes if she wanted to. While the first batch of pancakes was being cooked, she next went to one pan and put some apple wood bacon on it, which started sizzling rather quickly.
