Such powerful and forceful words. Licking her lips again, she nipped at small pieces of meat and thought about what he asked. Though a part of her told her to just shout "yes!" to him and tackle him to the ground in want. Instead, she calmly stood and was able to sit next to him, her head held high in pride and loyalty. Meeting his eyes, she did not dare look away from him.
"I wish to carry your pups and bring them into this world. They will be strong and powerful, like their sire. I want them to be healthy and beautiful. I want them to be yours," Titania told him before moving forward and nuzzling against him gently, brave and unafraid.
"I want you to protect them as I will. You will kill any that threaten them," she growled softly, holding close.

A shudder ripped through Taro at her words. They were powerful. Yet something else was powerful besides those words and her stance. It was a wave of calm that came with her nuzzling against him, close fur to fur.
It was as if the beast purred in approval of this female and her feminine touch to his cold hearted self. He looked at Titania seriously. "Be my mate. By rights you belong to me......." The rights of having fought for this cave, fought together and calmed together. "Be mines forever. A forever that Taro was very capable of handling despite his demeanor.

The young female smiled softly and nuzzled in close. She gave a soft purr-like growl and leaned up, licking his ear again. Titania was grooming him in praise and appreciation. Her smaller white form was close to his gold and black one, their fur melding together. They fit together like lost puzzle pieces finally finding one another.
"I am yours," she whispered softly, "Forever."
Titania didn't hesitate. She didn't even think twice. Her heart was beating swiftly and her breathing was ragged, but she was not afraid. In fact, fear was very far from her mind. Trust and loyalty were blooming anew and she was happily harvesting these new emotions.

Taro watched Titania. For a moment he felt as if that muscle that everyone called a heart increased an inch in size and slowly doing so. The fierce Titania wanted to be his mate, the barer of his pups, the partner he had dreamt about when he was so young but knew would never exist with his madness, that monster, in the way.
Flaring his nostrils, he pressed close to Titania and licked her ear slowly his voice low as he spoke to her. "Then make your place at my side Titania. No other will take it." Titania was his....He was going to make her his and let her know it.

The female wolf gave a growl-like purr and nuzzled her new mate in complete trust and happiness. Unlike humans, the bond between a couple can be sewn together quickly and securely. Now they would hunt together, sleep together, and face the world together, no matter the obstacle. She would take on the responsibility of baring his cubs and carrying them, protecting then with her life. He would defend her while she carried and protect their bond with the most ferocity he could muster. Titania knew she could count on him and that's all she needed. Though just yesterday they were aiming to kill one another, that no longer mattered. Instincts were in control now.
They fit together and nothing could break the bond.
"Taro," came the soft whisper from her muzzle as she drew impossibly close and rested against him. As soon as she was fully healed they would be back to fighting, but this time it would be in play and no doubt end in mating or grooming in affection. Besides her wound her next health issue would be making sure her body was healthy for the cubs. And the cave... Their cave was now to become their nest. Closing her eyes she breathed happily.
Bowing her head, she bared her neck and scruff to him. This was the sign that she gave herself to him, only him.

Instincts. That what it was that ruled him and his sudden responses to Titania. She brought them out of him and he responded in kind. He was going to be the provider, the protector, her lover and the father. Taro was going to be given the chance to be...normal. With his monster. His monster.
Nuzzling Titania's neck he nipped lightly before lowering his head to touch her nose. "If we are to be mated....There is one thing you must know. I'm a monster."

For a moment the female just stared at him in curiosity and bewilderment. What did he mean? Monster? Her thoughts lingered back on what she had seen during their fighting and the amount of ferocity that took over when he was finishing off the bear. She would admit that it was more than she had ever seen before, but still fear did not enter her mind.
Leaning in, she licked his muzzle and neck, grooming him in adoration. She noted how he wore this "monster" title as if it were a curse, but she saw it as something complete different.
"Then I know our cubs will be safe. For a monster will guard our nest with unmatched power and strength. I will no fear for my safety while I carry your offspring, for the monster that I have chosen as my mate will keep me from harm. Monster or mate... whichever you choose to use, I trust both. I trust you," she whispered and nuzzled against him, getting warm.

Taro watched her wondering how he, a monsterous wolf who only wanted to find a home in this winter wonderland away from other wolves or at least with minimum contact as possible ended up with....The most amazing female ever. He admitted that to himself. He was admitting alot to himself and that was just strange for him.
Looking at her he licked her cheek pressing close in his version of an embrace with his head curled around her neck. Titania was his female. His mate. But Taro was still Taro. "Then as your mate I command that you lay down while I bring the bear pelt and make a bed for us."

"As you wish," Titania answered smoothly and without any loss of pride. He was caring for her and he wanted her healed up. As soon as she was able they would begin to mark this cave and the territory as their own. Any animal that wandered in would know that this land belonged to them and if either was threatened, deadly force would be used. Their family would remain safe no matter what.
The white furred female made her way back to the wall and laid upon her belly, relaxing and letting her body heal and regain strength. Her eyes never left his however and she made sure she could watch him as he dispatched the rest of the bear and prepared their mating nest. She smiled and watched his strong muscles move along his body as he moved and shuddered at the thought if those muscles close around her smaller form.
"I never anticipated this," she murmured with a smile, "but this is much better than what I predicted."

Taro nodded and went back to the bear. The male proceeded to strip the bear of everything until it was nothing. One thing he learned while on his own was to never waste anything from a kill. The bones could be used to sharpen teeth and claws, the fur to keep warm. Every part of the meat was edible and could be saved for the next few days.
The yellow and black wolf found a clean spot, surprisingly, to place the meat in with a cover of bear fur. The rest of the fur was cleaned and dragged to a nice corner where one could still see the entrance of the cave yet was protected from the elements from touching you in the middle of the night while able to go further into the cave if need be.
Looking over at Titania he walked and nuzzled her head, stepping over her neck to lick her ears. "Come rest."

"Gladly," Titania responded with a soft purr-like growl that reverberated through her snowy form. She relaxed under his gentle attentions, warmed by his protective stance and caring demeanor. She nuzzled back against him in happiness and slowly stood. When she was steady, she walked over to their new nest, made from their first trophy.
As she lay herself down upon the fur, she sighed and nuzzled into it slightly. The bear had been getting ready for winter so his cost was plush and soft. This would be perfect for pups. Smiling slightly, she looked to him and yipped.
"Join me," she coaxed and lay on her side gracefully, her head lain down on the fur. She looked completely comfortable there on the fur, her belly exposed. Her trust for him was absolute.

Watching her move over to the fur nest, Taro admired her graceful moment, the perfection of her fur and just...admired Titania. Giving a barely there smile, he walked over to join his female in their nest and pressed close to give her warmth, licking her paw. They were in there home.....Taro was rather glad it turned out this way as he was going to have a partner to share things with and being lonely wasn't an option.

As soon as Taro lay comfortably beside her, she nuzzled into his side and gave a purr-like growl. This was their home together now. They would raise pups here and watch over this territory with eagle eyes. Licking his neck slowly, she watched him. She just watched him breath, blink, and live. He was so beautiful and strong, a pure piece of clay molded from dangerous parts of nature and the wild. This was her mate and she would never let him go. If another female dared challenge their union, she would slaughter them.
"How many pups do you wish for?" Titania asked curiously as she nuzzled him and groomed his neck and ears slowly.

Laying there he relaxed with the warmth of his mate at his side. It felt right. That was a good thing. Closing his eyes at the lovely attentions she was bestowing upon him, the male sighed deeply. This was....wonderful.
Peeking an eye open to look at her, Taro turned his head to face Titania. "I wish for as many as we are gifted. I wouldn't mind an army but I doubt you would approve of so many trouble makers." That was his great attempt at a joke and presented a faint wolf like smile.

"An army would seem rather appropriate," Titania responded without dropping a beat. She gave him a wild grin before leaning up and licking his nose. She gave a playful yip and nuzzled into him and settling once more. Though he was joking, she could see it. Their offspring would be strong and in numbers a pack like theirs would be unstoppable and safe.
"Little white and gold fluff balls running around, terrorizing bears the world over," the female joked back before laying her head down and picturing their beautiful cubs causing trouble all over this winter wonderland.
As long as they were kept safe from her old pack, she would be happy. A frigid shudder slid over her form as she thought of her sire hearing of this. Her heart stopped for a moment and she hide her face against his side, not wishing to think of such things.
