She said, twisting the hem of her cloak slightly. "I will need to borrow your son for a time soon." She said, looking into the chieftains face confidently despite some nervousness. Stoick looked at her when she spoke but he was rather surprised, "You need to borrow him... huh I never thought that I would hear those words to come from any attractive woman..." He said rubbing his beard but this caused Hiccup to blush, "Dad!?" He asked feeling embarrassed but Stoick laughed a bit, "Anyway... you have my permission... I hope that your people can see that dragons aren't as bad as we once thought." He said thinking about it.

When they were done she bowed to Hiccups father. "Thank you very much, with Odin's blessing." She said, straightening as the blush receded from her cheeks. "We should be getting back to the dragons though, Myrkrinu isn't entirely in good health yet." She said, shuffling her feet. Hiccup looked at them both but then soon he nodded but he looked back at his father, "Thank you for allowing me to help her, say hello to Gobber for me." He said as he went and began to walk back to the home where they could start to take care of Myrkrinu. When they were close to his home, he rubbed the back of his head, "Sorry about my father..." He said feeling embarrassed.

"I suppose I should be flattered and honored." She added. "I mean, your father is the chieftain, so..." she let her sentence trail off then and just listened to the sound of their boots crunching for a while. "Who's Gobber?" She finally asked after a time, figuring the silence was getting a bit awkward. It was strange to her really, normally she had no trouble speaking. She decided to chalk it up to the fact she was in a strange village with people she hadn't known her whole life and the strenuous journey she and Myrkrinu had taken to get there.╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════╝╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Hiccup looked at her when she said that as she spoke but then heard as she tried changing the subject, "Gobber is basically a good friend of the family and he use to make the weapons that we used to kill dragons with before we found out that they weren't as bad as we thought... now he is a dentist and doctor to the dragons as he seems to know a lot about them due to having well... killed so many..." He said rubbing the back of his head but he knew that Gobber wouldn't hurt a dragon unless for a good reason.

Runa asked for sake of conversation Yes, she'd noticed the dragons handicap, but at the time nothing would be gained by bringing it up, so she'd just noted it and let it slide. The same could be said of Hiccup's leg, but vikings were proud and she didn't think bringing it up would be appropriate. Though, he doesn't seem much like other vikings... She thought, looking him over. It was true, she expected any other viking would have at least challenged her presence upon finding her hiding out in a cave on the outskirts of their island, whereas he'd chosen to help her. She didn't think that was solely because of their similarities in dragons. Before he could answer there was a dark shadow and suddenly a large Monstrous Nightmare landed before them with a thump. Sitting on it's neck was a stocky boy who looked like the typical young viking, from his horned helmet to his cocky smirk. "Hey Hiccup, where's your dragon?" He called. "Hookfang and I have been training." He said, hopping down. ╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════╝╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Hiccup looked at her when she asked that but he thought about it, "No, it was actually me that made that tail piece, well Gobber trained me in blacksmithing to make weapons but I used those skills to construct the tail for Toothless when I found out that he couldn't fly without it." he said explaining but then noticed her look at his foot, "Gobber did make this though, I messed with it a bit but he made this for me when I lost my foot." He said remembering that day, fighting that giant 'queen bee' dragon that used the other dragons to get food. Hiccup soon looked up at the nightmare but thought about it, "Sorry but Toothless is at home still... another time." He said hoping that he understood.

"Who's this" He asked, staring at her. Hiccup looked at Snotlout as he got off his nightmare, "Snotlout, this is Rina... Rina, this is Snotlout..." He said introducing them but he began to lead Rina away, "Sorry but we are short on time... I'll see back at the academy later." He said wanting to check on the night furys that were at his home.

Hiccup sighed a bit, "Yeah, I guess that you can call that... more like a student or classmate then anything..." He said as soon they got to the house but he looked at her as they got inside, "Toothless, we are back!" He announced.

She saw Myrkrinu come around the corner behind him, though not quite as quickly, looking better. Runa scratched a place beneath her chin. "Maybe we can take a little test flight in the morning, huh?" She said quietly. Myrkrinu stretched her wings a tad, as though agreeing to the idea. "How about it Hiccup? Would you and Toothless be up to a morning flight?" Hiccup looked at toothless when he moved to him but he scratched Toothless but soon turned to Runa and gently nodded, "If Myrkrinu is up for it, then sure, toothless, are you up for it?" he asked kindly to him but he nodded to Hiccup.

"I suppose we should be heading to bed then, right?" She said, resting her forehead against Myrkrinu's "Be good down here." She said before heading up to where Hiccup had showed her to sleep. She leaned over the banister. "Hiccup...thank you for all this."
