Sin was unfortunately right on Belladonna's path and sneezed as the glitter rained down on her. So much for keeping a little of her dignity, the glitter clung to her skin and turned her pale violet complexion into a riot of sparkly rainbows. To make matters worse she stumbled onto the path of what appeared to be a sweet little teddy bear...
Nope not so sweet! Sin scowled as it tried to molest her leg and gave it a swift kick. Okay perverse as ChristmasTown but not as dangerous.
She cringed as she saw Mort having to stave off the attack of a dove and quickly reconsidered. Just as perverse and just as dangerous, this place only tried to look all pink and innocent.
"Ixnay on the glitter please..." She frowned and tried to get the image of all these teddy bears coming at her out of her head.

"Whoops, sorry Sin..." Belladonna mumbled as she watched Sin sneeze, trying to offer the girl a friendly smile as though that would make up for dusting her so thoroughly in the glitter. At least it complimented her skin tone! The witch was about to say that very thing in attempt to steer them onto a different topic when a teddy bear jumped out of nowhere and grabbed the succubi's leg. Not wanting to be privy to that, the witch instead looked ahead to see Mort fight yet another dove. With a quick jog, the witch appeared next to him, laughing at his little dance. "Its the sword." Belladonna said as though that totally explained everything. She winked at him and paused to usher the little heart that still followed at her heels into her hand so that she could better carry him once they entered the town, but she halted on the path as she noticed a very strange... Pumpkin? Belladonna glared at it, snatched up her heart friend and stood, before she raised a foot and squashed the little pumpkin. The heart was tucked into the crook of her shoulder where it was happy to sit before the witch darted back to her spot next to Mort. "Maybe we'll get to go shopping! Ohhh~ That'll be such fun!" With a gleeful clap of hands the witch turned to her heart-friend and winked at him. "Do you like shopping Ricardio? What kind of shops does Valentine Town have?" The heart, thus dubbed Ricardio, only looked up at her and hung onto her neck as she skipped along the path. It didn't answer, but that didn't bother the witch for she only kept going, glad to be having such fun. With a wave and a turn of her head, but without actually stopping her forward momentum, Belladonna waved at the others with a smile and called out to them in a sing-song voice. "Come on slow pokes! We're almost there!"

She hadn't quite finished giggling when a.....rather skantily clad Cupid flew past and pelted her with an arrow. Her hearts and little horsie hiding behind her petal skirt. "Good use you guys are...." Mei gave the little critters a pointed glance as they kind of looked shameful. The hearts vomiting up little glitter bits and it seemed the horsie had taken up to some sort of flower cannibalism. Sighing, the Jiang Shi merely shook her head. Brushing the scroll upon her forehead aside for it to simply fall back into place between her eyes. Continuing on to follow everyone else to the shops. Sin was pretty fed up with this place, but she was trying to keep calm and carry on despite all the obstacles along the way. She gave Belladonna a wry smile and found it was a bit hard to be upset with the ghoul. Her aversion to reapers seemed to have been cured by her encounters with hunters, because nothing was worse than those jack damned hunters. Nothing.
"It's alright Belladonna I probably would have gotten glitter splattered by something else along the way at the rate it seems to come down..."
She ought to have kept her mouth shut because just then another heart popped out and the glitter burst out around her. Sin sighed and put her hands together giving a little twirl as she accepted that she wasn't going to get through this without ending up coated in the stuff. A long shower would be required when she got back home and probably an enchanted broom or something. She smiled as she shook a little of it off before pausing, she didn't want to shake TOO much after all this outfit was still precarious at best. Think happy thoughts Sin, pumpkins and your unmentionables...and your boilfriend would be so proud of you...if he wasn't busy being disgusted by the glitter you're coated in.

Somewhere, deep in the woods, as Belladona's text reached Desu, a tree was flipped due to happiness. Texts were the BEST. a heart sent back, Belladonna would get a few bleeps and bloops with the hearts. Not much else. Can't heal over a phone after all. As the students made there way through the forest, they would find Desu just at the edge, the candy stores just across the street. "GOOD. NOT DEAD. OKAY NOW WE CROSS STREET." Problem: The street had all 4 lanes filled with speeding cars. No street partings eater. The Cars looks like- "LOVE BUGGIES. PAINFUL. GOT TO JUMP ACROSS." Pink heart and blue eyes looked to the followers with a smile. "TAKE THEM TOO. FODDER IS GOOD." Jumping on top of one car, he hopped her way across. Waving, she waiting for them to apparently, do the same. "GOTTA GO FAST" Was what she yelled. Somewhere, glass cracked. Quote: Car Hop(Sorry for the delay!) Players must have their characters hop from car to car, along with their followers. This is done with you guessed it, dice! Each student may chose: Run, or Jump. Jumping means you roll 1d4. If any roll lands on a 1 or 4, they fall, getting hit by a car and now must RUN. If hit from jumping, you take 3 damage. Running means you roll 1d6. Any roll lands on a 1 or 6 they are HIT. If hit from running, you take 5 damage. You must roll 4 times successfully to make it across. BUT WAIT, WHAT ABOUT YOUR FOLLOWERS???If you are hit, in any instance, a follower dies leaving behind what looks like a small red gem. If you want to collect the red gem you must roll AGAIN to try and dodge an additional car. IE: I roll and get hit, killing a follower. I want to collect the gem it dropped so I roll to dodge a car again. I get the gem but I still have 4 rolls to successfully make in order to cross. If hit while picking up a gem, yes, that also will kill another follower. KEEP IN MIND: Desu jumped probably for a reason.

"Mrrr, is what shops're for, no? But m'guessing have lots've candy n' heart things. N' glitter," he added with a slightly sour look. Ricardio? Mort caught the joke and snorted as they walked, hand by the hilt of the sword in case he needed to slice a few more things.
As it turned out, they instead went to the next part of their journey: and it was not pretty for a zombie. "Running" was not one of Mort's strong suits, much less jumping, and those love buggies were moving at quite a pace . . . But he was supposed to be Mr. Fearless Leader, right? So it was only right that he started them off.
And, as Fate so enjoyed to do, it was only right that the only example Mort would set was how not to jump onto a car. With a cry, the zomboil mistimed his leap and rolled up and over the hood of the one behind his intended target, flopping on the ground with a thud. "M'okay!" he said hastily, waving a hand about as he pushed himself to his feet.
For now. Give him a few seconds, he'll be roadkill.

With the text message from Desu, a cute little heart on her shoulder and covered in glitter, Belladonna was feeling pretty swell. So maybe she wished she could have more black in her outfit, or in her glitter, or well, anything really, but that was nonsense. And besides, they were so close to the town that it was really no matter. Look at all those... Horrifyingly fast and sense assaulting cars. "Does no one here have any sort of refined taste?" The witch asked as she took a deep breath, preparing herself to jump like Desu had. The idea of running was so silly, especially considering with what ease Desu-chan had jumped successfully onto the car. But the witch should have known better. She didn't have a broom, or any other object she could use in which to fly, so she should have been more prepared for what happened. But the moment Belladonna picked up one foot in preparation to jump, she looked up to see Mort get hit with a car. Belladonna let out a shriek of terror, jumped from her surprise and leapt out in front of a car. To her further shock and horror, Ricardio bravely dived from her shoulder and into the path of the car. He was hit and exploded into a beautiful red gem. In the middle of the road, Belladonna stopped and let out a horrifyingly loud shriek of pain for her fallen comrade.

Jackdamn did his ghoulfriend have a voice. The ringing in his ears hadn't stopped from her first shriek before the second one assaulted him. Was she really that distraught over the glitter-vomitting thing? Well maybe snatching what was left behind would calm her down. "Here, will try -"
And then a car ran him over before he could do more than take a few steps and threw him several feet away. ljfsdlkfjsdlfsldkOW. "M'still o-okay!" Mort assured with a hand that was just a bit more twisted off its joint than before.

Though the screaming didn't really make her feel altogether too much better, it at least distracted her for a moment. But that moment passed quickly as Mort tried to be her valiant Death Knight and dived for the gem. Only to be hit with yet another car. This time Belladonna was able to keep her shriek more like a terrified squeak as he rolled away.
"Oh Hecate, oh Hecate, batshitbatshitbatshiiiittttt!" The witch fretted as she ducked down to grab the gem. Thankfully she managed to take a dive that she quickly rolled out of all the while managing to dodge the car that came careening toward her.
In a moment of anger the witch stood up and shook her fist at the car.
"HEY. I'm walkin' here!"
If it did any good, she's be vastly surprised.
As for the zomboil the witch waved a hand at him.
"That was very kind of you, thank you so, so much Mort! But please, just worry about getting across! I'll be fine! Really!"
She swore to Hecate, if you got killed by a car Mort, Belladonna would personally rant to your body pieces as she sewed you back together. And it'd be a very long rant indeed!

Sin was happy to see Desu, oh good the stealth and sparkles part of the mission was hopefully over. Sadly for Sin a fresh new horror awaited her and she stared at the cars with a frown and a memory. The moving things...were bad...she recalled a mad dash across the hard black river once before and that had been awful. To top it off the advice given wasn't exactly going to help, but at least Desu set a good example of how to get things done.
Leaping car to car in a tight little white pair of pampers and a skimpy sash was probably the worst fashion mistake in the history of ever. Fortunately Sin had retained her boots and the heels were sensible enough that she made the first jump and landed safely...if being on a strange moving vehicle and getting ready to leap onwards was 'safe'.

Sin cringed as she heard Belladonna shriek and kept her eyes focused on the next car trying not to let it distract her, but she was so tempted to turn and check. Guilt swamped her for a moment, this...this was why she survived because she was callous enough to let her friends get hurt while she shoved onward. Turn around Sin, turn around and make sure Belladonna is okay, just peek over. She wanted to, badly, but instead Sin threw herself forward gasping as she landed at an odd angle and had to scramble to stay on top of the moving car.
She hoisted herself up and crouched to make another jump but first she looked down at the road and Belladonna and Mort. Good, not dead, see Sin they'll be just fine without you. Deep down she still felt guilty though, what if they had been attacked by something or what if one of them had needed her help? With a deep breath she tried to shut out the sounds of the others attempting the dangerous crossing and focused on her next leap of stupidity faith.

"Mkay . . ." No complaints from him so long as they got moving. Though he had to wonder what the red gem was for and thought to ask Desu -
- WHUMP!
And then another car decided to smack him senseless. Mort yelped and staggered about in a daze, the blood and glitter on his face dazzling him further. He did, however manage to catch sight of the succubus hopping cars like it was nothing.
Oh, the envy in his eyes.

Now that the witch was caught in the middle of the busy road, she had to continually edge herself forward and backwards to keep from being hit, the little gem clutched in one hand. For a moment she flapped her hands, not yet prepared to jump forward or backward. Yet a streak of purple caught her eyes and for a moment Belladonna watched in awe as Sin soared on top of a car, and then onto another one. Why, she was actually doing this! A loud whoop of joy exited the witch and she couldn't help but punch the air. "Get it Sin! You show Valentine's Town how succubi do it!"The cheer had given the witch a bit of bravery and she almost jumped forward to make her way through, but jackdamn she just had to care about her boilfriend and the fact that- NUUUUUUUUUU, MORT!!Now she really flapped her hands in worry, her face all scrunched over in fear. With a great leap forward that brought her into a roll, the witch dodged forward and quickly picked herself as she darted around another car. Good thing her outfit wasn't altogether abundant in fabric or else she would have lost some to the very close calls she made as she dodged through the traffic.

Sin heard the thump of a car hitting something and it was as if she could FEEL Mort's envious stare on her. She made the jump but Belladonna's cheer started her and Sin tumbled with a huff of pain as she landed hard. She stood and rubbed her diaper padded rump with a grimace and then eyed the road with terror.
Oh no, now she had to run across...and she'd been so close too. She was half tempted to rush towards Mort and Belladonna to ask if they were okay...but really that seemed a bit late now. Karma was going to kick her a** for not stopping and checking to help them earlier it seemed. She was side swiped by a car and hissed in pain trying to dodge and move while rubbing her hit thigh.
"Jack damn this place..." She muttered under her breath.

Ignoring the painful bruise forming on her thigh and trying not to think of how unkind it was to not stop and make sure the others were alright Sin dashed ahead. She would stop and look back to help the others with...encouraging shouts once she made it to safety. She was so close too! She dashed and narrowly avoided another quick moving car.
The little tail end of her skimpy sash fluttered as another car zoomed by in front of her, good thing she wasn't running full speed ahead. She looked left and right gasping softly at the panicked speed of this whole situation. Why did she keep going on these trips again? Oh yeah, the joy of learning.
A succubus was supposed to know how to romance and dance and all that...well she knew how to avoid fast moving cars at least.
