It was good to know that classes were random at best, that made joining in a little easier. As far as the classes coming up Mitsu looked to Shun warily. "W..we'll see. I just hope the classes aren't rough." Because she had nothing going into them, if they needed to know something prior she was going to be guessing at best.
"You keep saying that. That you are weak. What makes you weak?" Mitsu asked curiously. She didn't seem to see the same thing he did.

"They vary. But they usually aren't quite like normal classes," Shun stated before looking down towards the ground.
"Coming up short. Failing so many times. I couldn't protect you. Those sorts of things," he whispered.

She tilted her head as she regarded him, her ears swiveling almost oddly at the top of her head. Her expression seemed thoughtful as she finally asked. "Doesn't everyone do that? Fail I mean? Or is it possible to be perfect here?" She wasn't being condescending, she honestly sounded curious, looking at Shun expectantly for an answer.

"No. No one can be perfect. But I feel like I should have been able to do more. I wasn't able to stop them. Even growing up my efforts were never enough to meet the expectations," Shun frowned before running a hand through his hair.
"I still have a long ways to go."

"If no one can be perfect why fret over failure? If you're still alive you can learn from it right? Or is...that not how it works?" Maybe she had that wrong.
"Maybe I just don't understand. Nothing quite makes sense." She leaned back into the couch looking tired again. All this talking was wearing her out it seemed. There was so much to absorb.

The Reaper let out a soft sigh.
"There is truth to that," he murmured quietly, but he was still not entirely convinced.
"Though, the fact that I still have so much to learn would imply that I weak would it not?" he said before frowning to himself. Shun soon saw that Mitsu was looking pretty weary.
"Perhaps you should get some more rest. I can go pick up some foods you liked while you do so," he offered.

"I would think weakness would imply that you hadn't learned anything. Though where that leaves me I don't know." She didn't have anything, memories good or bad. Just the now.
Nodding to the idea of rest Mitsu looked toward the bed again. "You don't have to go to the trouble. I'm not very hungry." Maybe she would just stay here on the couch, Mitsu didn't look inclined to get up.

"Some food may help you recover. Besides, I'm sure once you see and smell it, your stomach will think differently," Shun said before pushing himself to his feet so he could toss on a not ruined and bloodied shirt.
"You aren't weak. Far from it. This... is only a little setback," he assured as he moved back towards her and gently placed his finger under her chin.
"I won't take long," he whispered while looking into her eyes.

"If...you say so.." Mitsu was already easing toward going to sleep, her eyes heavy as they drifted closed. She hadn't even moved from the couch, instead she was propped up in the corner content to stay there and rest.
Her eyes only opened again as Shun placed a finger under her chin to slightly lift her head. "Promise?"

"I promise," he said quietly before gently running his hand through her hair, lightly stroking her right ear before moving back. Shun watched her get settled, then made his way out to go grab some of her favorite things.

Mitsu watched Shun as he made his way to the door, offering a weak wave as he left and a 'be careful' as the door clicked into place. She waited for a few moments, listening to his retreating footsteps before she looked around the room again regarding the different items and pictures. This occupied her for some time before she finally drifted off.
When Shun would return he would find Mitsu laid out across the couch deep in sleep. No matter how much she was jarred it didn't seem like she was going to wake.

There were some pit stops along the way, but Shun did come back to the room with the food in hand. He had two small bags. One to contain a meal for her, while the other were some pastries he knew she enjoyed. They were sans chocolate of course.
Coming on in, he noticed that the lycan was still sound asleep on the couch. His eye softened as he set the food onto the desk and approached, crouching down by her. She seemed like she was in a pretty deep sleep right now. Looking her over for a moment, he gently placed his hand at her face and ran it through her hair. As he did this, a few thoughts ran through his mind. Some of the things spoken about while he was out came to mind and he wasn't too happy for it.
"I know you're in there... still sleeping," he whispered, though he wasn't quite referring to her literally being asleep right now, "Please.. wake up soon. I miss you.."
Leaning forward, he placed a light kiss to her forehead before sitting back.
