Stashing his family scroll back in his bag, Kiyoshi walked over to the shelf and looked through the scrolls there. Finding one for a taijutsu style from another village, he grabbed it and started looking through. Satisfied, he went back to his dummy to start training. For the first technique, Kiyoshi backed away from the dummy a bit, then ran at it. Jumping, he threw a highing jump-sidekick at the dummy. After impact, he pushed off the dummy with his foot, and landed back in his stance.
Next, Kiyoshi prepared himself, then launched himself at the dummy again, throwing a barrage of punches and kicks from every angle he could manage. The dummy was quickly rattling around on its base as each of the genin’s attacks landed in quick succession. After a few seconds, he relented resting for a couple seconds to catch his breath before moving on to the next technique.
Digging into his pockets, Kiyoshi found a toothpick he’d grabbed after eating breakfast that morning and stuck it in his mouth. Taking up his stance in front of the dummy again, He acted like he was going to attack, then spat the toothpick in the dummy’s face. The pick hit, ricocheting off and Kiyoshi was able to catch it and go back to chewing on it quickly.

Genin "Keep going no matter what it takes,"

Nodding in agreement Aiden would walk towards the water where the hyouton user was. As more people arrived Aidens shyness would return as he no longer felt comfortable in the surprisingly large academy. People seemed to be flooding in to learn more jutsu and to have fun with the others. As he looked around he felt himself close to laughing as the raikage talked with her husband and AIdens teacher, a pair of twins were messing with the cat lady from earlier which interested him as to why she had ink and his new found teammate was training. The katon user interested Aiden greatly but his interest at the moment was the hyouton user Hitomi as she was called. As he got closer to the water he noticed the ice users technique and it caused him to clap. She had made a wonderful display of skill and it caused him to wonder how but at the same time worry that Balto would become sick from the cold so he put him in his shirt against the barks of protest.

Hitomi heard the sound of barking and clapping and turned towards it as she dismissed her ice for the moment. She tilted her head and clicked her tongue a couple times to get an idea of who she may be faced with and smiled softly as the 'image' of tall young male, though her echolocation didn't reveal details to her, so she didn't know hair color or anything. She waved slightly and tilted her head as the barking continued, "Excuse me.... But are you barking at me?"
I choose the hard road, not the easy one, because nothing worth doing is easy. I will prove that I'm not someone to be pushed aside. I will not be forgotten.
Malakai smiled at his wife, he somewhat enjoyed teasing her some from her position. Turning and looking at the members of what would be his team he thought about the test he was going to prepare but a few of them seemed a bit overly preoccupied. If he would have done that some might have been overly in danger without proper means to defend themselves. Holding the thought for another day he decided to move over to the Inazuka and Hyouton. Watching the Hyoutons techniques he was a bit impressed. He was thinking he was going to have to start from scratch with everyone. Looking closer it seemed as though she was in deep focus with her techniques. After watching closer he began to discover that she was actually blind. The heavy focus he was noticing was her listening and feeling out her surroundings. He has seen it once before but never someone performing jutsu. Never the less he slightly felt for her loss but at the same time he could tell she had adjusted over the years. Giving off smiles a few times during her techniques. Crossing his arms and looking over to the other explained to be on his team. He was a bit on the skinny side but he sure seemed to have a way with his fists. In a strait up hand to hand spar he might have given him a run for his money. But no matter his job was to teach and grow these students. Turning his attention back to the Hyouton it seemed the Inazuka had approached her. He watched and waited to see how his new team would naturally get along. Hoping they would be compatible with each other.
Taking a deep breath to focus, Kiyoshi squared off with the dummy again. Rotating his hips, the genin fired off a powerful punch into the chest of the dummy, sending it flying a good 30 feet across the room. He’d burst after it at full speed, trying to catc it before it hit the ground.
Once he caught up with the dummy on the ground, Kiyoshi would drop his weight into the dummy’s chest again, delivering a downward punch. This hit would drive the dummy into the ground,, nearly denting the ground. If Kiyoshi had been stronger, this hit would likely have created a small crater, or simply crushed the dummy.
Setting the dummy back up, Kiyoshi would appear to disappear for a moment, appearing below the dummy and kicking upwards, launching it into the air. Launching into the air himself, the genin wrapped his legs around the dummy and held onto its base. From this position, he would bgrace for impact and drive the dummy head-first into the ground. On impact, he flipped off the dummy, and landed back on his feet, then set the dummy back up on its base.
Kiyoshi would kick the dummy up into the air again. This time, he would appear below the dummy, and look for his set up for another attack. Thinking of something, he torqued his hips in midair, swinging his leg to throw a powerful downward kick, sending the dummy crashing down again. Landing, he reset the dummy and scanned the scroll for the next technique.
Kiyoshi would then think of a way to link a bunch of moves together into a long combo. He liked combos. Charging at the dummy, he slammed into it with his shoulder, driving it back a bit before bracing and slamming his knee into it, sending it sliding back more. He then launched himself at it again, throwing two quick kicks in midair. Missing the second kick, he ended up behind the dummy, then spun quickly, kicking at the dummy’s base, sending it flipping over itself and hitting the ground with a thud. He’d then brush off the dust, and wipe the sweat from his forehead before setting the dummy back on its base.

Davis sat down for a moment with a smirk on his face, he knew that he was making great progress... but he needed to sit for a moment and catch is breath. He looked around and saw that people were chatting with their teammates and assessing their skills... he wondered what people though about his skills; it seemed like he was catching the jutsu pretty fast and was happy with the progress. He had two more scrolls that were in front of him and knew that he wanted to learn those tow before needing to relax. As he sat on the ground, he looked at one of the scrolls, it wasn't much of anything... but he wanted to know all the jutsu that he could before deciding to take a break and really catch his breath. He was excited that he would be advancing more and more, this was something that he had thought about for a long time. Now, he was going to be able to utilize his Jutsu for the better of the village. He stood up and took a deep breath in and did a quick string of handsigns, upon exhaling a small funnel of fire came out and didn't go very far before it dispersed.

Davis was felling slightly fatigued and knew that this was going to be the last jutsu for a second... the hot springs seemed like an amazing idea. He stood there for a moment to catch his breath and decided that the next technique would need some space. He jumped away from the dummy and looked at the space, he thought that this was going to be enough. He remembered what he scroll said and he did a string of handsigns and exhaled hard, a strange mist came from him. It seemed to surround the dummy in the corner, he knew that this was a combustible mist; he just stood there and observed it. He didn't want to trigger it at all considering that he was in a building with other people. He used the release handsign in hopes that it would disperse and it thinned out but the slight smell remained. He sat down for a moment and decided that it was time that he was going to go to the Hot Springs.

Drawing his katana, Kiyoshi Focused his chakra into the blade, extending its reach. He then burst at the dummy as fast as he could make his body move, to the point of appearing to fly. As he reached the dummy, he swung his katana, cutting into it deply as he sped past its chest.
Sheathing his katana, Kiyoshi launched himself at the dummy again, spinning as fast and hard as he could. He’s then reach out with his leg and hit with a powerful heel kick, making the dummy slide across the floor a few feet. With another burst of speed, the skinny genin appeared by the dummy again, kicking it upward, knocking it into the air slightly before it landed back on its base.
For another combo, Kiyoshi grabbed the dummy by the neck and lifted it into the air. Pulling back and dropping his weight, he launched upward with a palm strike, launching the dummying into the air. Jumping, Kiyoshi appeared below the dummy in the air, He hit the dummy with a roundhouse kick, then a backhand strike, then spun around it and kicked it down towards the ground faster, finishing with an axe kick into the ground. Kiyoshi would land lightly next to the dummy, which had crashed into the floor hard. He’s then pick it back up, and set it back on its stand.
Squaring off with the dummy, Kiyoshi launched himself spinning rapidly into the air. As he started to drop, he came out of his spin, trying to land a powerful punch on the dummy. Sadly, he missed and went falling face-first towards the ground, catching himself and flipping back to his feet.
Trying again, Kiyoshi flipped into the air, spinning rapidly. Coming out of his spin, the genin threw another hard punch. This time, he actually landed the punch, making the dummy rock back on its base, but not quite knocking it over.
Thinking he almost had it, Kiyoshi tried the attack one more time. As he spun in the air, he focused some of his chakra into his fist. As he sprang out of the spin and started falling, the chakra fueled fist burst into flame. He then managed to land a powerful punch that knocked the dummy over and burned his knuckles into its chest.
Focusing his strength, Kiyoshi leaned down, thinking of what this next technique was supposed to do. Reaching out with his hand, he poked the ground solidly. Nothing happened….
Trying again, Kiyoshi tried to pull up more of his strength. Reaching down and twitching his finger to tap the ground, he tried to create the earthquake and fissure. Again, nothing happened…
Frustrated with himself for not being stronger, Kiyoshi berated himself internally for a minute, before remembering something he’d read in a physics book not that long ago. Force was a combination of mass and acceleration…he didn’t have the mass or brute strength to plit the ground, but maybe with his speed, he could still generate enough force. Dropping his weight quickly, he pushed his finger and arm down as fast as he could. This time, the ground split from where he tapped it. Creating a widening fissure that reached around 10 feet out in front of him. Smiling to himself, the genin went to put up his scroll, having finished all he could for right now.
Davis walked back into the academy after relaxing in the hot springs and looked around, it was still filled with the same people from earlier. He was happy that the same faces were here... it gave him a sense of hope that these people were going to be here to stay; he knew that this was the shinobi world and people were going to die. But, this was the moment that everyone was here. No one really knew him but he was happy to be there. He walked over to the wall once more and decided that he was only going to grab two scrolls, the jutsu seemed to get progressively harder but he felt like he was ready for them. He walked back to his usual corner and opened the first one, it seemed like a taijutsu attack but it was katon based. He was excited and looked at the handsigns that were displayed on the scroll, this was going to be awesome. He did the handsigns quickly and his palm got hotter and hotter before there seemed to be a small flame in the palm of his hand. He jumped into the air and brought his palm down upon the dummy, the strike was hard and brought the dummy to the ground. He moved his hand and a small burn mark was left in the dummy.

The cogs were turning in kichonas mind. She needed to sell that she was still just a child in most ways but benefit herself as well in most cases. She ran from the puppet, toward a corner of the room and when she got there she turned around, growling a little weakly and forcing herself to look winded. From there she just waited, cornered by the capture puppet.

Without waiting or saying anything, he moved the puppet forward and the capture chamber enclosed around her. Pulling the puppet back, Nori looked at his puppet. "C'mon kitty, let us down and I'll let you go." Nori said with a smirk, the blood rushing to his head quickly now.

Kichona let the puppet swallow her up. She even pretended to cower slightly and thumped her tail against the inside of the puppet, over and over again to mimic escape attempts. While she was inside however, she had out her ink brush once more. She drew a very specific symbol on the upper inside of the puppet, where the capture chamber ended. The symbol was kichonas seeking symbol that she placed on her teleport locations. At that point she would just cancel her jutsu and prepare to spring from the inside of the puppet, scrunched up in the back of it facing the door. While she was in there she started meowing loudly, her voice muffled by the wood of the puppet and scratching at the door to the trap mechanism. She would go on and on with this until she was let go.'

As she turned Aiden couldn't help but laugh at the thought of him barking. That was something he hadn't done since he was a young one in the forests with Balto. With a look Balto calmed and knew that Aiden was thinking the same as he was, that the girl was blind. The fact that she wore a blindfold was a big denomination as if she was wearing a sign saying 'hello i'm blind' though the clicks through him off. He hadn't encountered something like that other than when he was met with bats and they tasted delicious to the bot. "No i wasn't barking my partner here Balto was" Balto barked in response, "You're hitomi right? I'm Aiden i'm part of your team." he said with a smile and slight twitch as he held back his laughter at the thought of him barking.

Hitomi blinked behind her headband and smiled softly as she shrugged her slender, delicate, shoulders and stepped from her icy little haven, she didn't want to get them sick after all, and it was rude to be so far from the one you were speaking with."I am Hitomi Hayato. It's a pleasure to meet you both. I take it you are a tamer then, if you have a partner?"The girl said politely. Her hands were itching to pet the puppy, she loved animals, had ever since before she'd lost her sight. She brushed some of her hair from her face and over her shoulders with a smile "Can I pet Balto? Or would that be an insult? Since he's not a pet?"

He nodded as she asked if he was a tamer. Aiden was surprised that the girl was so polite to them. It wasn't everyday that you'd meet someone with such manners and politeness so as she walked to them he noticed her hands shaking and was curious as to why. Her being a hyouton user he didn't think that is was from the cold so what caused it? As she asked to pet Balto Aiden would take his partner from his jacket and hand him to her. "
